Hebrew Bible Study - Commentary & Translation

Firstly let me appreciate what a wonderful concept this app is. It is truly a wonderful tool for someone who doesn't want to open the sefaria online everytime for reference regarding a passage. But please do make changes in the way we navigate the app. Going back from the verse to the list of chapters of the particular book must be enabled. Also please enable note writing and highlighting. Going back to main menu everytime is definitely tedious. There is a general lag in every step.

Awesome Bible studies. I just got started, but so far so good. Especially the audio. I didn't see the Books of Enoch, Jasper, Jubilee, Mackabee, etc. I like to read those books too.

Learning so much, not only about scripture, also the ancient Hebrew language and meaning. Great commentaries that are very helpful. Thank you for this app.

I don't like a lot of notifications especially with sound. I've done everything I can in-app to eliminate them but they continue. This morning at 5:22 AM I heard the bell prompting me that there's a discount on the premium subscription! NO THANKS! I'm deleting the app instead.

Excellent for devotion, Hebrew and for ancient Jewish Biblical commentary ; as Hebrews 11.39-40; there is no us without you and no you without us! May God richly bless your efforts. As a student of Biblical Hebrew this is a very good tool, for translators into other languages it's a very powerful tool to check the original sense God intended for His chosen people to receive His Word. I invest a good amount of time well spent in this apk Amen!!!

Great app ! Ready access to many Jewish sources and nice option to hear the audio for each individual verse. The voice control to slow or fast is greatly appreciated. I just have one comment concerning the audio quality. Not the voice of the person reading, but there seems to be a little interference in regards to clarity. Maybe it's just my internet connection. Toda raba!

It is a good app.The only issue I have, that it doesn' remember where I left off reading. Moreover, if I switch from book to book, it takes me to the beginning. As far as navigation is concern, I am not sure if I bookmark the chapter in the book & start switching from book to book, will bookmark, take me where I left off. I think some instructions would be helpful. Then it is a 5 stars. At this point, it is a good app, yet it needs some improvements. Nonetheless, thank you, for app design.

There are nice features in this app (eg,easy to use interface plenty of traditional commentary). It is the only app that I have found that reads the Hebrew one verse at a time The speed control to read the Hebrew aloud only appears after pressing the button to start the reading. It is not in settings.

I am learning Hebrew. I love the scripture reading suggestions and all the extra helps that have been provided by scholars. there is a whealth oh information available. It's easy to use and read. keeps me involved.

Simple to set up and use. Very resourceful, enlightening and accurate. Enjoy listening to the Tanach (holy Scriptures) in Hebrew or English.

Great app for students of the Holy Scriptures. It is easy to use with excellent and readable Hebrew fonts. I appreciate Rashi's commentary along with the commentary of other great Sages.

I am still learning how to use this app. So it might be too early for an informed review. However, i am not computer adapted. Therefore for me to be able say i havent given up yet. Is a great review at this point. If I find out differently, I will leave a updated review.

The Bible is wonderful and a great addition to my Bible study routine. I am absolutely enjoying the readings, but no matter how much I adjust the audio I'm still coming up with an unabashedly unpleasant, mechanical female voice that generously mispronounces a lot of the Word, while the read-along screen bounces merrily thru the reading, often irrespective of the audio's pace. Still, for all the quirkiness...a blessing that keeps me interested and engaged. Thanks!!!

The best app for bilangual text in both Hebrew and English. You can search a word in google or copy it, ect. Very intuitive unlike similar apps. Very comprehensive. Includes commentary, midrash, qabbalah, musar and much more. Overflowing with information for each and every verse. Sheer pleasure! Thank you sooo much! G'd bless you all!!!

I think it is very helpful in understanding OT. I might be wrong but I thought when I originally downloaded it, it was in the original Hebrew format and order with only 24 books and that was put together in Law, Prophets and and writings. The order that the OT Christian bible is sectioned is a bit confusing for me to follow. Like I know that the OT ended w Chronicles. I preferred that instead.

This is a great Hebrew Commentary and Bible Study and it helps you learn the Hebrew language of the Bible. Today is my first day using this app, but so far I like this app.

It's a very good app. I purposely downloaded to learn how to read Hebrew perfectly. Apart from the audio play for Hebrew which sometimes sounds not really clear. Apart from that, everything is great. Kudos to the team.

The BEST online Hebrew study Bible I've been able to find! I'm a student of the Hebrew language so I'm constantly looking at definitions & historical accuracy. This app gives me almost every area of study with answers that I need to refer to for a clear concise understanding of the true meaning of the scriptures. They have done an excellent job & are to be commended for such a great work!! Berakah!!

Awesome and very more detailed than regular Bible

All in all it's great The speed of the reading should have the option to slow down for those like me who are not so strong in reading Hebrew as yet . Also having the option to change font style would be awesome Then for me it will be perfect.

This needs to be installable on my SD card. Not everyone has a huge amount of memory on their phone.

I've desired for years to find a Bible Translated from a person of Aramaic decent that could correct / clarify the exact words spoken from Yeshua (Jesus) the name given by Greek scholars which means "son of zeus" (myth ) that were not exactly schooled on certain hyphens in Aramaic that when misplaced..whether intentional or not..change the way it may have been meant.. or distort clarity / perception in the Path of life of one seeking a deeper relationship with the Heavenly Father / Immanuel.

Got this rate changed and raised to 5, since the developer has addressed and fixed most of my complaints. Toda raba, Moshe...., HASHÉM bless you! ------------ The first chance I installed this app, I got many commentaries displayed, but after updating, not anymore. Such a disappointment ☹ Moreover, now the contents can't be copied, as it used to be. More disappointing ... 😞😞😞
