Lol. Mind boggling. Need more simple easy to use layout for mass adoption. More information and step by step guide through is important specially if it is something that is gonna be integrated.
Display is wonky. I can tell there is supposed to be a red and green button but the text is cut about 20% from the top. HBAR is a great idea but poor execution of the infrastructure is going to ruin it.
Decent Ui and mobile app. Technology is not abstracted which limits adoption past the 2% who are in the technology space. Would prefer real time updates and being in sync with the network. Manual maintenance of public keys is also additional friction.
Just tried to send HBAR from Binance to this wallet, as no other wallet support HBAR for now, and Binance is saying that the withdraw address format is wrong. Really? All I did was to copy paste it. Over all not an intuitive wallet. And if I can't use it to hold HBAR what's the point? Hedera need to step it up. I don't see anything coming from them. This wallet need an overall simplification and to support the token it represents for a start.
I tried to have HBAR transferred from a Bittrex account to my HBAR Wallet and couldn't get it to work. Bittrex provided the following response on October 9, 2019: "You cannot withdrawal this coin to an address that has not been announced/funded on the block chain. You will need to research funding/announcing your address for this coin type. You will need to cancel this pending withdrawal." I then explored the HBAR Wallet app (with 5 HBAR in it) to see how I can "fund/announce" my address on the block chain and was suddenly charged a fee to update my address without a notification to warn me what that means and how much it was going to cost me. The internet was no help either so I uninstalled the app.
Update the app. It's been a year. 1 billion dollar market cap - come on - invest a little bit in fixing these issues!!! Update: so after 1 year you update the app and everyone is having the same 'restore wallet' error - get someone on it ASAP
Just downloaded and installed the app for the first time, opened it up and it instantly went to restore an existing wallet. I never even got to setup a wallet so how can I restore one that I never set up in the first place?
I was trying to perform a wallet restore because I purchased a new phone and the old data did not port over to the new phone. I tried restoring my Hedera wallet using the 24 word paraphrase along with my ID and I get an error message stating, "Invalid Signature". I logged on to the Hedera Portal to verify my account.I see two account IDs on the portal, with the primary ID being the account and paraphrase I was using to restore my wallet. I have alot of HBARs I DONOT want to lose them.
Next big thing, app is still very biggie, crashes a lot and has some functions missing like coppying stuff. It is very annoying that my recovery phrase has to be sent by email.
Requires some technical knowledge but that's expected if you know what you're dealing with and how. Currency conversion other than USD would be great.
App have good interface and run smoothly but sometimes it's crashing. Should need to solve this problem.
Grear app. Big fan of the Hedera company as well as the technology it developed. It would have been so much better if this app made it easy to buy and sell Hbar tokens without having to use a marketplace.
Now, keep having Invalid Signature when I tried to send out some HBar. In Dragon Glass - it shows my balance. Stuck!!!
I just sold all hbar because of this wallet that is not user friendly, not straight to thw point, very complicated that normal people will not understand.
App initially opens with restore wallet. I am a first time user so can't use this. Why would I trust my $k's with a team who can't even make an android app? Everyone knows normies like shiny apps, sort it out and watch the price fly
After ages my account validation failed, no reason provided. Seems only 'friends' have access.

Same issue. Can't restore before wallet is setup and they screw it up.
New to hedera hashgraph, the wallet is a little confusing to use when request that doesn't have a wallet address can anybody please help explain how you receive from an exchange?
The app failed the update and lost all my hbar. A real disaster.

Hedera Hashgraph is ten times better than blockchain.
The wallet has it's issues, when asked to update the keys by the developer within the wallet, it constantly error's, gives you new keys but fails to update. When trying to send HBARS to another wallet the message "Invalid Signature" always appears and it is impossible to send Hbars anywhere.
