I always have slight issue when starting up the app it keeps buffering unlike the other apps they start quick apart from that good value for money
It's ok. Good for ordering a taxi. But the timing is not accurate at all. Says 2 mins but a wait can be 10-20 mins for a taxi. The GPS is also not accurate on locating the taxis.
Not dependable during peak hours,taxi arrived fast when I tried at night but on a week day in the morning,not a good idea waiting for one .

I tried for over an hour to book a ride and guess what? There are no drivers anywhere. We are on a small island and in 1 hour you could have been driving pretty much anywhere on the island, so I dont really get it. Pretty uselss app as you cant use it🤷🏼♀️
If I can give zero star i would, the driver didn't pick me up yet put in the app that the ride was completely in less than 6 minutes throughout the process, his name is Lorenzo around Mdina area. I am still waiting for refund from the app but this is a proper scam. Wasted my money and time for nothing. Do not download this app, just use Bolt or Ecab.
They suspended my 2 accounts 2 months ago and didn't even say why or what should i do to have them back . But still receiving all the notifications about promotion codes and can't use them
App is no good, no drivers to be found it never works is ride is liwer than 10 than nobody will take the ride. So don't use this app
My ride was very good and fantastic with blues music in a very clean car, I was like wow 🤯!!! Cause I didn't expect it. Heetch you're the best....
Great app 👌, well it has up and downs with some drivers but in general all the drivers are cool, heetch helped me many times specially late at night when public transportation is quite limited.
This app has no support. Have a bug on the app and no one picks up the phone number for contact with the Euro Taxi company.
very professional people and pleasent But this few days I take off 2 stars due to many drivers whom cancelled the orders at the last minute because they don't like the itineraries wish that they could don't put us in a difficult situations we use the service to be well served
Been using this app for 2/3 years almost everyday, it was a great experience and the drivers were nice. But these last 5 to 6 months, the quality and service of the drivers went downhill..a big majority were just disrespectful, too chatty and unprofessional. ALSO customer service doesn't care about complaints at all. They just reply by a generic apology.. Uninstalled.
The best driver service, period. The drivers are always friendly, the rides are very affordable, customer care is reactive and helpful. Regarding the app itself, I have 2 small complaints. 1, it would be great to be able to plan rides beforehand. 2, maybe add an option to pay with PayPal, Payconiq or even bank apps.

Very good and useful. Quick advice, check the price with the driver before hopping in the car. Suggestions: 1. Allow texting to the driver (in-app, sms, or messengers) 2. Specify number of passengers, cabin luggages and Large luggages). 3. Allow the app to access contacts and eventually add favourite addresses (that can be imported/exported if stored on the phone) for pickup and destination instead of typing.

Used the app 2 years ago one time. Didn’t remembered it so I tried to use a first time promo code. The app accepts it fine, show me -10€. But of course it’s not discounted on the price of the ride. You could just have displayed a notification saying the code wasn’t valid. Not very honest to let the customer think he’ll get a reduction and charge full cost anyway.
Never use your debit or credit card with this app. I booked a can two days back which the driver didn't show up and asked me to cancel and then, my balance got deducted today for that. Either you use cash or go for another Uber, that's cheaper and more convenient. So disappointed!
Installed it ... just to uninstall it 5 seconds later. Requiring your customers to connect using Facebook is ridiculous. There is an increasing number of people leaving Facebook, and many other never had an account. However you describe it (privacy, security, etc.), this is simply nonsense. You are missing out on a potential pool of customers.
The service in general is not bad . Guys you need to work on your application a little bit more : on your last update we can't see the model of the car and some of your drivers are using old cars and it's not really clean . Same as the drivers reviews it's not possible to see the passengers reviews and it's just a question of security.

I booked a 20min trip in Paris and after waiting 10min for the driver to arrive, he calls me asking if I would have payed by card or cash and when I said card he simply hung up the call and 10 seconds after he canceled the drive. I tried to book another car and the price went up from 15 to 25 euros. Worst experience ever. I immediately booked an Uber. Reliability=0. I will try it again and update the review if the experience improves.
I liked the extra option available to me to book cabs besides relying on Uber. But recently i have switched back to uber because the Heetch app has become really clumsy.. it freezes, randomly moves from.one screen to another and has become quite cumbersome going thru the booking process
Price is excellent. But no one of the drivers come, they always call us to cancel. Since i installed the app i haven't used any ride but you still take out one of the 3 time half price promotion.
