This app is terrible it's always something going wrong with it. I haven't been able to get it to work properly since I've downloaded it and set it up.
Don't know anything about this aop.
The app works well for checking balances and transactions. However, the check depositing feature does not work.
My issues with the app were resolved fairly quickly and it's back to great! Only thing that could be better, would the ability to view previous statements in app.
I used to love it. Now I can't even log in!! I've called and changed my password a few times and it continues to say invalid password.
The last few days it keeps saying error and won't connect. I liked it when it was working but now you can't even use it!
Used to be great...now it keeps telling me "error establishing the appropriate connectivity during handshake" Please fix
App will not open. Say error establishing the appropriate connectivity during handshake.
Keeps telling me the camera failed. The camera is fine. I just turned the app off and used it.
It takes 5 million questions to just sign in. It's asking for my security key AND my pin on the same line, I put it in and it tells me "invalid" I know what my info is, this is supposed to make things easier but Jesus H Christ you can't get in the freaken app to even try. If it were possible I would rate this a -5 out of 5.
Miss the older versions
Need bill pay option on app please.
But would like billpay banking available too
Keeps saying not able to connect because of a handshake tf does that even mean
App is really easy to use and makes life easier without having to go to the bank all the time even to deposit checks.
