1 star because i cant put 0 The app feels like its a prototype, using promo codes is finnicky and impossible if you dont know how the system works. The food is great though
Promo codes dont work, app is very unresponsive. Seems to still be in a prototype phase of the app.
The user interface is cluttered and promo codes are hard to use.
Spend a few minutes ordering with special instructions paid with my card confirmed it and when I get to the window they can't find my damn order so I replace The order when I get there sit there for 5 minutes maybe even 10 someone else comes out or to the window and says did they take your order I say yes he says OK I found it can you pull around front so I can bring you the order when it's ready I've got a weight on the next customer are you ship me finish white non me damn it. Not really impressed miss food had better be damn good. But I can already tell if they can't get their ship together to get an order apps foods gonna suck to I had special orders you think they remembered those doubtful.
This app is literally trash. And the workers were absolutely no help at all. Basically 30 minutes of my time wasted trying to work with it. Almost guarantee I will never come to Heffs burgers after this experience.

It sucks. I hate how we can't talk to an actual person if something isn't working right. It won't let me proceed past the selection screen so I can't pay. Can't stand how there's not an option to pay with cash at arrival. All around worst app ever for a food place.
