Working great for what we wanted it, and we basically use the hard drive and record, as per schedule and set-up. Just as other market leader it will send lots of notifications and sounds, when I select those options, perhaps a little too sensitive, even when on the lowest setup. However, the camera works great and we don't need to share any information like many other systems want like Google or Amazon. That was very important to us in our family environment. Works also when on a trip in Europe.

Generally works fine, sometimes it doesn't record when I really needed it. I just don't like the function where the app controls the phone's brightness---it's a major battery killer and is too blinding sometimes.

Had been great but as of today, I can no longer connect through the "try me" button. Husband's connection to "try me" is still there but mine is not. Had previously been an acceptable app bit not today.

Only works w wifi, can't use on phone when away from house which is very disappointing. Otherwise I like.

I really wanted to love these cameras, the first time I turned them on they were crisp and connected great. I needed to change the time but, didn't understand what password I needed. I was finally able to get in on my t.v. using the mouse. My kit didn't come with instructions so I am trying to figure things out as I go. Anyway, after putting a password and changing the time etc. I went back to the app and now it keeps telling me wrong password. It won't let me look at my camera feed anymore.

Great app for use with home cams. Connects seamlessly with my NVR. Able to view my cam feeds from any location, just like I wanted. Can view live stream as well as recorded video. No annoying adds or clunky interface. Smooth, good looking app that is easy to use. A++++. You will want to sure you are connected to wifi for extended viewing to limit mobile data usage.

Horrible!! The cameras quality is decent and so is the video but the NVR seems to be build under a Raspberry PI kind of system, very cheap. The App is totally used on both ends. The NVR useless under any modem browser like Chrome, Edge and Firefox. It looks like it is still based on Java. The app won't connect remotely keep failing at the username and password, regardless which user I entered. It won't even detect the system internally. This need to be burned and created from scratch!!!

Worst ever! Disco every 5 minutes connected remotely. It doesn't allowed for LAN connection, changing landscape to portrait vice versa disco, crashes and after 10+ tries finally reconnects. Intercome doesn't work even NVR enabled. The application is still very old technologies that are NOT supported by new browsers. The support is horrible and have no idead about technologies or how they work. This app if full of bugs suggesting dev team go bcak to school.

awful. port blank is asking for device. Device Type black is asking for user name. Password blank is asking for device name. And go figure, it won't connect, EVEN after it auto locate the device. Issue fixed by creating a second super user and using that name and password. But had to guess at what when in which blanks to login. We will install unit and see how it performs from here.

This app needs a lot of work. Sends notifications one day then reports nothing the next. Cannot make it personal at all. Very delayed so even with the alerts of motions from your camera, you see about 5 seconds after the motion alert so you dont see the beginning. For a security system I expected a higher quality app.

The app is sporadically functional. Playback hardly works. Today, the fields to enter config for adding cameras are not in sync with the labels. Pretty much a disappointment. Real-time monitoring works well.

I am having a horrible experience with this app. I get it and I sign on them try to set up my camera and every time no matter what I do it always tells me that my user name or password is wrong but some how I can still get alarm buzzers sent to phone from the app but it I can't get my cameras to work on it. Is there something I am doing wrong?

For everyone having password issues when trying to add device, leave info exactly as it pops up on your screen when it finds the device. DO NOT CHANGE OR FILL IN ANYTHING, LEAVE BLANK SECTIONS BLANK AND HIT THE COMPLETE/ADD BUTTON. I admit, lousy instructions!!!!!!! Anyone know how to make the audio function work? Sure would like for intruders to be able to hear me scream at them. Lol. Camera kit is ok overall I guess

Amazed at how well this system works, I installed the system a month ago and installed a 1 tb hard drive which only took less than 15 mins. Using this app I can remotely view all 4 of the cams flawlessly, the cams truly work well in automatic night vision.

Not a good device.Once I created username and password and it works for a while then it stop working.Says wrong password even if it is correct.I urge everyone not to buy this product since I have an experience using it and it is not a good product to use it.Apart from this,there is no any customer support number to contact for getting help for support t fix the issue 🙄

Junk supposedly plug and play so put cameras up plugged in hooked up to Wi-Fi and cameras came on and looked great but not recording so looked into that there's no hard drive put hard drive now nothing works but the lights on the box I have 6 blue screens went threw the setup 6 times and every time I end up at the same place nowhere

I'm getting disappointed... I am no longer able to see any Alam unless i playback the entire day, keeps saying FAILED TO RECIEVE I am cleared the cache and data and even uninstalled the app and still nothing. 5 stars once this gets fixed

Absolutely love these cameras , my 2nd model with them and their software ..I drive for 2 weeks at a time away from home and always have access to my home and property

This app alerts me one day, then the next day it doesn't. It's not consistently working right or wrong.....hmmmm.....I tried to reload the app but it's still not working

Useless. Can't even register because it won't ever send a verification code. Either to my email or phone number. Just bought a security system that's supposed to use this app and I'm feeling like I've just gotten robbed. Call the police.

Was working great on my Galaxy S20 ultra 5G on wireless network and now it suddenly only works on wifi for viewing my security cameras. Not good when you out and about and away and can't view!

You know I see other buyers ( not all) but some saying the negative things or problems there having.. and I don't get it because I've had zero problems with this set up.. plus the price you can't beat.. so all 5 from the buyer.. 💯

It doesn't like special characters when putting in the password, so make a user account with a password that has no special characters, like !@#$%&*

Nothing works no customer service china phone as service contact the worst app I also order one of theirs camera system one was broke i try to replace with no answer. Don't recommend.

I kept getting a wrong password error. I was hoping that maybe this would help some of the rest of you. I left the password blank and then I was able to get in

Viewer only. Fails to get info messages. I can't track which camera triggered alarm. No system control at all.

No matter what I change the password to, this app won't let me login and gives me a password error. Useless.

So far I have had this app an the camera system for a few months. I have really enjoy haveing it. So I can watch my home when I'm not there.

Terrible. It worked the first 2 days then stopped providing notifications.

Worst cameras.it keeps kicking me out when I enter my password, tried resetting it and it still doesn't work 😑
