Awesome for any coach to help organise players. Absolutely awesome, oh if and when it's actually working and not glitching out. It's usually more frustrating than anything lol
Really great app easy to use and really good way to involve the whole team. Only downside is the videos keep freezing.

This app is by far and away the best tool for keeping players, officials and family members of team players up to date and informed. If you could imagine how you wish an app would perform from a team management perspective, this app does it. There are no glitches, no ads and support is brilliant. Do not hesitate downloading Heya. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Convenient to use. I don't like the quotes they show before getting it. And there are too many notifications. Maybe I can change that in the settings. But it's not enough to use on it's own. We've needed a WhatsApp group for other communication as people aren't super active on Heja.
The chat system is totally broken. Clicking into a chat from a notification then only shows that message even though more messages are there. The only way to see all messages is to force close it.
Message count is always wrong, goes from 1 message to 13 and back to 1, and nothing new gets posted. It also hangs when typing out messages.
When it works it's great, sadly there are times when I don't get notifications that there is messages to be read.
Good tool for team communication and schedules keeping in touch with parents without having to worry about iPhone/Android and receiving texts.
Clunky, phone numbers can't be updated, new versions don't update, just frustrating.
Easy to use and super helpful to get messages and schedule of events from coach. Parents can also message each other.

After an update , nothing works, heja teams try to help without results, it said enter a real number or network conections wich it make no sense
As a coach of multiple teams this is a great way to manage the communications for all my teams in the one space.
It's good overall. But when you post certain pictures it comes out blurry.

mostly excellent - a few tweaks needed for 5 stars though. For instance, you can't add a team member to an event without going into the event itself and editing it, which then sends updates to all parents. Also, it's really difficult to filter event types - our competition dates are set months in advance, and scrolling down through hundreds of different practices to get to the event you need is frustrating.
I had trouble with the app and the support team did not stop until it was resolved! Thank you so much for your help!!! I originally wrote this and they took care of everything! Since the most recent update I no longer get notifications. Everytime I open the app it makes me sign in again and get a passcode. If this doesn't change all our teams will go elsewhere - we've been using Heja for two years and loved it till then. I have a galaxy note 8. But I am not the only one. A third of the team is having the same issue. If this can get resolved, I will give 5 stars because of previous experience.
I'm really glad this app was recommended to me. I used to struggle having to text parents, message players and generally spread the word about a postponed game for example. But now I can do it in one place and then see who had seen the update, making my organization so much easier. It's easy to use, easy to add players and parents and also considering it's free, it has minimal ads getting in my way.
Easy! This is my second time using Heja. I like it a lot. It's easy to use!
Excellent app. Works well with the scheduling and announcements. We even have started using it like a social media app for the team. Just wished it synced with Google calendar a bit better.
