It constantly disconnects from the band, the messages to my guardians stopped since a month ago, I lost a whole day of measurements even though it marked the device as connected. There's no where where to find support. When it is actually connected it works pretty well, but is nearly manual to keep your measurements.
Not happy with this app. Everytime I try to use it, the calibration process fails and says error. It asks me if I'm wearing it, even though I have it on. I'll retry and still doesn't work. Can't verify anything else. At first I thought maybe there was a problem with the bluetooth connection. But have tried in so many occasions even leaving days in between to check it out and still doesn't work. Would like if these reviews from the customers would be taken seriously and fix the problem.
No recorded readings since July 2019, even though the both the app and the device are supposedly up to date & the device is fully charged and connected. So far no sign of this issur being addressed at all. Very disappointed, especially after the amount spent on this.
Stopped Working Since the 2nd July it stopped working. It won't allow you to do anything not before you do the skin collaboration YET IT WONT PICK UP the skin so canot use it all. For what we have paid, i constantly have issues with this. Fix this bug pls because we have paid a lot for this device. It is NOT broken as the green sensor still come on every 45mins yet it cannot record any data. And when you select "skin collaboration " the light wont come on. Please sort this out!!!! Frustrated!
This update turned off my sensors in both Helo LXs that I use. Both of them are clean and fully charged. I had great service since 2017. Installed this app and now it keeps telling BS. It won't let me go into the settings to troubleshoot either. The company is not supporting Helo LX in it's firmware to push people to buy the new model. That is very unethical.
I have the HeloLx which doesn't have the skin calibration option, however this Heka+ App tries to do a skin calibration as the first step to connecting the device to a phone. There is no option to skip this step but as the HeloLx isn't designed to do a skin calibration this app renders the device completely useless. Have used the Helo for about 18 months and loved it, but have now been waiting 7 weeks for a response to this current problem. Need the previous Heka app to be made available
Updated as of 10/3/19 Still no joy from previous review. Company has switched names and is now selling new device. Do not bother with this app., it is totally useless. Do not get this app until you see my next review indicating that it works. I got a new phone and after 2 weeks, I still can not get a pin to register. The company is under a new name with a new product, so to those who have a bracelet, we might as well just throw them away because I don't see them living up to any standards.
this app used to work fine with my helo lx and now it wont get past the skin calibration part. this has rendered the helo lx completely useless even for the most basic of functions. this is upsetting because as world has now evolved into vyvo...will this ever be fixed? i feel like there may be a firmware update my lx never received because when it tries the skin calibration the green sensor lights never light up like it used to. please fix this!
Very Accurate, user-friendly, feature-rich yet well-organized and very low memory requirement. I am impressed and regular user of this. I am hopeful that everyone can count on this as no other app and wearable gadget offers such an amazing combination of value and accurate clinical-grade sensing of 8-12 body vitals and even Accurate DNA profiling and sensing
I'd give it ZERO if I could! Finally got this out of storage to use again and had to uninstall and reinstall the stupid app so it would even effing pair again and now it will NOT COMPLETE the skin calibration step. Which appears to be a huge problem for multiple people. Way to break something that was pretty hit and miss to use before.
To all who have a Helo LX that doesn't work any more, don't bother with Worldgn. I have been emailing support and have basically been told too bad. It's not there fault, even though the app stopped working properly since the last update. I have$2000 worth of Helo's that i basically have to throw into the bin. Worldgn have moved on. New company... New product. Bad luck for Helo users. What a disgrace.
I am very disapointed about this incredible espensive rubbish: Poor description, no interpretation of results, no guidance want to do with it, I don't see the benefits, looses measured data, very buggy software, keeps crashing or not conecting to the device
All parts are good except the ECG part, it does not give you a good reading, I have tried many times with wet arm and dry, doesn't make much difference, still get a bad reading.
I have been able to download the app, but it won't send a code to my phone or my email, so I can't register and use my Helo. I've already sent one message with no answer from customer service. Very disappointed because the original Helo app worked so well on my old phone.
I've been having a lot of trouble with the app recently. I have to keep uninstalling and re-installing it. This morning it added all my steps from today's workout onto yesterday. ☹
This app does not work at all.. Every time I hit the button to start it says error try again and continues to do so every time It's a very poorly supported device and should be removed from the market as its a scam
Doesnt work with latest android. Cannot get past registration screen. Keeps prompting "error, check again". Sad, but IOS version of application works.
Works Great! Installed, Connected Helo, Calibrated, Scanned, and no complaints. Glad I tried even though other people had trouble. I have had no problems with it! 👍
after my phone reseted. i can't pair my helo lx, heka+ with my phone's bluetooth device. it needs the PIN thingy😢 and i can't use it anymore because of the skin calibration error. it there any chance to fix it? it was expensive omg!
Those use this app will risk the chance to save themself for this unstable app,and amazing function with never working on most device. But those who selling these device have amazing experience for their wallet.
I had quit using this device because it is 3yrs old. I mistakenly thought newer devices would work better but nothing on the market today comes close to the accuracy of my Helo LX +
Newest update doesn't allow the skin calibration to complete. Which means i can't get any readings. What a waste!
LOVE it. Works Great for me (on my LG Stylo4 Android Phone). Best gift ever. Everything I need for my health records, doctors visits and more are all in this App. Phenomenal!!!
Just installed it but cannot register in mobile and email. Tried it many times but failed to register. Useless app...
It does not work anymore! Before it worked well but now when I connect It says Callibration failed! Please fix this.
still when trying to download firmware update it doesnt work. my heka is still useless! waste of time and money. pls do something about it. we paid hood money dor the gadget. this is so unfair.
how we can stop skin detect calibration? when device is connect skin detect calibration process start and everytime fail. now what to do??

Minus 1, cannot even get in it!! All that $ on my wrist and no download to activate!! Less than poor app.
My biggest frustrations are the inability to switch off specific notifications. I don't need my sleep schedule 10 times per day. I don't need any notifications 10 times per day. Next, why does it think I'm sleeping when watching TV or keeping still for certain work tasks? Lastly, I miss the run feature. I hadn't really tried it before the new app dropped. That said, connectivity was spotty with the accessory app. To sum up, I do like the general features, but fewer notifications would be nice.
