Poor UI design. Wrong logic. How do you tell me to update to version 99 when I am already using version 104??? So helb can't hire good developers. If this is what you present to the public what state is your backend. I am tempted to change my hat 🎩
Kindly you sent me a billing schedule=180,000 ksh in 2018. My employer did not effect it through my salary. From then I have been paying via mpesa. To my surprise, my loan balance now reads 272,000 on the app. 2 months ago, it was 168,000. Why the inconsistency?
Terrible.....It's not possible to register on this app...always it's like ""update to latest version 99""yet I'm even in the latest version 104!! or should it be a downgrade
The app has a really nice presentation layer, well placed navigation bars. It almost instantly connects to your servers, I like the site conversion rates. However some features are not working and it almost immediately crashes once they are clicked. Please fix the bugs and release an update, or a patch asap. I need to use it. Thanks in advance. Always saying you have changed your hadset please use *642# and am like how have i changed even , this app is full of errors , replace your software developer!!!!!!!!!!!
It is the first time downloading the app yet I can't log in the only response am getting is "upgrade to the latest version 99" Kindly look into that.
It keeps saying upgrade to version 99🤔 very annoying. Its easier to go to the helb offices than using the app....
It lacks some basics,loan history, option for downloading, statements etc,you need to improve it more actually it does a little activities
It works very well and the user interface is quite easy to understand. The only downside for the app is that clearance cannot be done through it.
I installed this app long ago but uninstalled it since it couldn't complete my registration ...It always notify me its under maintainance....I have installed it few minutea ago but the problem is still the same...it needs work.

Am using the latest update but when I try to log in it keeps telling me to update to the latest version, hence unable to log in.
It doesn't allow me to login . It embarrasses by telling me "seems like you have changed your simcard or handset . Even when I dail *642# it doesn't help. Please repair this
Can't update the app after downloading it, It recommends me to update to version 99 inorder to use the app which I can't find at play store
This is one of the most stubborn apps. No verification of the number, I don't know if it takes decades to verify the 1bob. Then Everytime it is error, an error occurred. Currently after paying the bob again it wants to be updated. Nothing is working on this app better the previous process of application via the website.
It's impossible to register with this app please don't download it. Trying to register with my email but it keep saying it's not valid

The app has to be disfunctional or sth. I just installed it but it can't generate the pin. Keeps telling me to upgrade to version 99. So I go to playstore, search for version 99 and turns out to be the one I installed. I open it and try again, nothing

Every time I try to complete my registration so that I can apply for subsequent it keeps on telling me either the system is busy or ju system maintenance it's been two weeks now and I've not been able to complete my registration.... I've installed and uninstalled this app like thrice now to no vain.... It's really frustrating. There's a deadline in subsequent application and time is running kindly do something about your app because it's really frustrating
I can't apply subsequent loans keeps on saying that institution details are missing, when I click update, it has never been updated
All was going well with my application until I lost my internet connection. It keeps telling me that my institution details are missing. Your customer service is terrible since emails haven't been replied to and it's already been 3days since I sent one. No agent is ever available to assist when calling even after waiting for over 10min. Deleted the app. Very inconvenient. Sigh. But you have never responded to my E-Mails...it has been well over two weeks since I enquired on the same
The app is so much slow. I don't know why it needs an update after every week. So after a week it's when it's completing the sh 1 payment?.. And then after the payment and opening it, nothing is going on, it keeps on telling me an error as occured, i don't know why, and the network is good.. Kindly.. I thought with the app it'll be easier😥 but now it seems I'll complete the process in a month, with an app? Why?
This application was well, I could login any time but since, subsequent application was opened, it has been the worst application I've ever seen. Each time I enter my password the account is locked and can't login anymore. Please help us with this everyone is crying over the same issue. Why don't you return the services to portal,, because this has already failed and you're doing nothing about it.
Personally I haven't experienced any problem using this app. This is a great improvement that HELB has done and you have really saved us time and money that would have otherwise been used traveling to schools or Huduma Centers to do the same! The app is displaying alot of misfunctions because am unable to complete the process..i have tried this Everytime for almost a week now. I dont know if you are going to extend the deadline for us because if we continue like this the app is going to treat us abnormally. Its my hope that this issue will be solved with immediate effect. The app is great, after paying the 1 bob, message popped up, an error has ocurred. I sent again, and went ahead to complaining to their email that they've provided. It was useless since the confirmation comes after 24hours. So, for them that are in hurry dont be, the app is working. Pay once and wait for the 24hours for the confirmation then go back to applying and you are good to go.
I am a software developer, and I am disappointed with this application. Poor UI design hence bad Ux , poor performance, errors like "update to latest version 99 to proceed". Unreliable Application. You mean Helb cannot hire competitent, cheap Developer for Kshs 200, 000?This is the worst application ever. You should contact me and we can setup a contract and I will develop for you effecient and reliable application.
