Helicopter Sim Flight Simulator Air Cavalry Pilot

Good scenarios and options, good controls but one or two problems. Mission 7 I've done but it never says complete. I can't abort a mission half way, I have to bin the game, shouldn't there be a pause button. My biggest problem is the cost of all the different aircraft and the maps. Can't I pay a reasonable price to unlock all? I would say £5.99 is about right. On the whole it's a great game, absorbing and challenging without being ridiculously difficult. Well done devs, hope it improves!

Excellent game but I have some suggestions. The readings for speed, altitude and fuel could do with being a bit larger as theyre not very visible on smartphones. The map magnification button needs to be a bit larger too as often if youre not precise, you accidentally change the viewpoint. Random weather conditions, snow, rain, fog, high winds, sandstorm would make it really challenging. Youd have the option to turn weather on and off. Otherwise a great game.

I just have to emphasize how detailed the cockpit view is. The Apache features day/IR swirchable modes, toggle zoom, and switchable white-hot/black-hot submodes of the IR gunner view. The gunner and pilot seats are hot swappable and the gunner even has a functional helmet-mounted cueing system! The physics are solid, but could use a little fine tuning. The helicopter models are well-detailed. In my opinion, the only area that could use improvement is the environmental texture detailing.

For version 1.97: Accelerometer is very buggy for some aircraft. In past versions would sometimes have a problem with the accelerometer not pitching the helicopter properly, or not keeping it level, even after pressing Center. For this version the pitch goes awry, especially for the Stealth Hawk. I tried playing one mission and even after constantly pressing Center, and changing how I was holding the phone, the helicopter kept pitching to the right when I tried to move straight forward, or would move forward only even after I moved the phone 45-degrees to the left; I could only yaw left. Please fix this! Overall this is a pretty solid game. It has a lot of helicopters, yes helicopters (like the title says) not planes like people are requesting. The only thing I really don't like is that there are usually only 3-4 scenarios per aircraft, even if you pay for all locales, e.g. Carrier Ops, Vietnam, etc., though I understand the need for cash flow to keep the game updated. The Chinook missions are mostly as a sling-load cargo carrier and only carrying personnel missions (though one is hilariously carrying a Zodiac boat from one body of water to another, over mountains, using the sling-load method while the marines are in the boat).

No way to pause a flight, most helicopters have to be bought. Also the gyroscope based control system is annoying, should have an option to switch to a more conventional directional game pad control set-up. The graphics are decent and the selection of copters is good. Would like to see the KA Kamov, Apache Longbow added.

I love the game. Only down side is that I can't play the campaign with the Kiowa, unless I am on the mission that requires it. You should be able to choose what aircraft to fly in the FLY mode and tutorial. Also, make the FLY customizable. Like adding in the different targets as we see fit. Thanks.

The game is pretty good and the helis are awesome. The only drawback is that the change view button is literally inside of the right pedal button, so plz add a feature where you can move the buttons around.

Almost perfect. However you should have gone for smaller but more detailed maps. Also, air cavalry also includes soldiers, so, controllable soldiers that the player could deploy would be pretty damn awesome. Other than that, one of the best games for mobile for sure.

Update: uninstalled this game. Keep getting the mission complete sign on level 6 but game will not let me go on to level 7. Waste of time. Frustrated. At first was optimistic. Then as I get to level 6 and completed the mission, the campaign menu doesn't say Completed. So I can't move to the next level. Level 4 did this for me also but at least I was able to move on, unlike the 6th level.

Ok , this game is got to be the hardest and the worst game I've played , everything in this game is good except One thing , it is the helicopter controls , it is so hard to move and it is so bugged , it moves around by itself , sometimes it goes back by itself or crashes , please add joystick controls in settings , thank you! :)

A very good game! Great play and physics. Graphics are good. Flight model I love. Only gripe is the trigger button is set just a bit too far left and is a bit cumbersome. Also, adding an option for a package purchase would be nice. Expense is pretty minimal so I dont mind paying for copters or terrain.

A good start... Variable input pressure for the tail rotor pedals would be nice. Hard right and hard left doesn't give it the most realistic feel. Also, a single slider for this would be easier and more realistic than having to take your thumb off the altitude control to hit the left pedal.

The game is great,but an idea that came to mind is if you could walk around an walk an get on to the helicopters an state then like a proper realistic simulator game. If you can make it more graphical an more realistic an make the game more updated an add more missions, I would of given 5 stars.

Brilliant game! The thing that bugs me the most is you have to buy the helicopters in the game the missions could give some money and do what other games do, do the missions then buy using in game currency or if impatient buy using real money. The other issue I have its laggy FPS wise its not a good high number like 40fps or 60fps I reckon its about 15-20 fps which is laggy but not too bad. Overall give this game a try, the up side is brilliant controls and physics!!

I really enjoy this game. The controls are good, missions are fun and the graphics are excellent. I would love to be able to buy the content all at once (a Pro version or something) and I'd pay around $10 or $12 for the package but at around $32 to buy everything it's too much for me I'm afraid. Whether the developer could make it pay at $10 I don't know.

I wouldve given this game 5 stars but i have major issues #1: when ever i plày a mission all of a sudden it exits the game with out me touching. #2 i understand your trynna make some cash but pls add more free helis not all people have that much money you know? #3 i recommend you add a joystick option for the controls

Great game as always but there needs to be an option to purchase all the levels as a package. That's my only complaint. It's the only good chopper game with controls that are even close to realistic. Have been waiting a long time for this to come to android. Thanks devs!
