Hell's Kitchen: Match & Design

This game used to be good but now it's not worth playing . you get so far building you resturant and then it stops and says our ptoduction team are working on new tasks,but you can still play and collect rokens, it's been saying that for months now. So what's the point if and when it does finally set new tasks and you all the tokens you've collected it'll stop again cos it will need to develop more tasks. every time you ask when there coming you get the same answer so don't bother playing.

Ads for this game freeze when they appear in some other game. It destroys the session in the other game. Don't know how to send you a screenshot, but when this happens to me there is a large out-of-focus picture with characters HELL' at the top right of the screen, obviously being truncated by the right border of the screen. Can you please quit advertising this app until you fix the bug. Thank you.

Hells Kitchen is a cooking competition, this game is about building a restaurant. The match game is pretty standard but fun. Watching an ad before the game to add a powerup is a good idea, because if you run out of moves you can watch an ad, NOT TO GET EXTRA MOVES, but to spin a wheel where you rarely win the extra moves...lol...stupid. The ads frequently freeze, after you watch them of course, usually resulting in no reward and having to restart the game. After 30 levels this game has lost me.

The game doesn't load after the update. It gets up to 92% and then goes back to 80% and stays the same for ages. There's also some caption underneath saying user Id and version 2.1.0

I've been playing for a little bit. I am on like level 305, and for the last 15 levels the bonus spin before you get into the level has been nothing but 1 bonus move, i haven't gotten in any other power ups. On the "hard" levels a power up booster would sometimes be nice. Other than that it is a cool game.

Graphics are horrible. The game is fun though. The levels also get hard very early and there arent alot of moves

Please fix your Ad it constantly freezes in the middle or at the end of one's game which is frustrating. Your advertisement makes one not want to take the chance to download your game if it constantly freezing.

There should be more lives to play with the harder levels but there is not u only get 5 lives after that u would have to wait to build up again to try to bet the levels

Was enjoying this game then suddenly it keeps freezing and won't load, very frustrating!! Have uninstalled and then reinstalled but to no avail!! So i am now going to uninstall game for good! 😟 i'm sick of trying to fix it, way too frustrating! 😡

I purchased the special pass last month and this month, and I can't get past day 5, this is stupid cause when I wasn't purchasing anything I could get to the end of the free pass, I'm not wasting any more of my money on this scam, I love this game, but y'all won't get any more if my money, I'm on level 912 so apparently I like the game, but scamming me out of money is not how you keep loyal players

I have not been able to continue playing levels for over 5 months. Keeps saying upgrade coming soon?

I got to level 1300, then couldn't go any higher....the game said to " Wait for more tasks." Huh!?! Then updated the game and now I'm stuck at the loading screen. All the other reviews are complaining of the same thing and the response from the developers is to email them in the settings; how is that possible when people can't get past the Qiwii screen or stuck at 90% on the loading screen. I don't think your developers really expected people to get past a certain level and finish the game

I like the game. Some improvements: That you would be able to move a block where there is an empty space, I think it would be helpful. Something that didn't like is that when I pay for extra moves (900 coins), you could press X and I had to close the app and start it again and obviously I lost that money, it happened to me about 4 times.

I like these games that build or decorate, but this one is just way too difficult. You shouldn't have to play 2 or 3 difficult games to pick out a trash can. Having to pay 900 to continue play is excessive. I understand the developer needs to make money and a lot of players will be forced to pay real money, but come on. Because the games are so difficult and the wait times for new tries are do long, I'd recommend another game, such as homescape. Maybe the delevoper will look into this, lol.

Loving the game but like many others have said the levels get pretty difficult and almost impossible to beat. You use the boosters and they are just not consistent meaning the same booster won't be as powerful as the one before it. Also I can't understand how when we get to choose the furniture, tables, counter tops etc but then don't really like it you, can't change it to a different one as there is no option. I think you should consider adding that option

This game is pretty entertaining and the food based designs are cute. However I think they still have some bugs to work out. I've paid for the extra moves at the end of a level but the menu wouldnt remove its self after taking my money, forcing me to back out without getting what I paid for. I also occasionally run into a problem where it tells me I have no network while I am connected and other things requiring it work just fine for me.

Good but needs work.... Levels are fun and challenging enough that you want to keep playing, but the optional videos to watch for a free spin never seem to work. I might just need the one move, but I can never watch an advert to spin the wheel, so I have to accept the loss and do it all over again. It's definitely dev side of the game as my internet is on and has excellent connection... A few too many hard levels too... It literally every other level almost, and it's a bit annoying.

This game has all the potential to be a great game. But, the gameplay and controls are awful. Also, the voiceover is annoying af. Several times during the game, I'd completed the puzzle within two moves and the game count that as a loss. In addition to that, I had to hit the buttons repeatedly to while decorating and playing puzzles which cost me many moves. I would try to make a winning move but it would veer in the opposite direction. This happened throughout the game. Frustrating, indeed.

Even if you mute both the game audio and music, when the rival, Bill, comes in, his music plays. If you're listening to music or doing anything else with audio, you're suddenly overpowered by the cheesy "ominous" music, and there's nothing you can do but pause what you're listening to and skip the dialogue as fast as you can to make him leave.

The levels will arbitrarily shuffle without giving you a chance to even check to see if it was needed. You make a move and the board immediately shuffles before you can even see what the result was of the move you just made. Also it doesn't give you enough time to study the level to organize a strategy of how you might want to play it without the game immediately telling you what to move. There were several times I went to move something and it moved in a different direction.

I gave it 2 stars because I didn't want to be too critical since people put time into creating and designing the game, levels, story, etc. However, it got a low rating because of the advertisement, which prompted me to download this app. Nowhere in the advertisement did it show that I would have to play this matching game that every other design game has you play to design the place. I love Hell's Kitchen, and I thought this would be different since it is connected to that show. Disappointed.

The only reason why I am giving two stars is because of the amount of coins "(900)" that you have to have in order to be able to continue the game once you lose... I think that is stupid and very unfair. Then you want us to spend our hard earned money to buy coins etc to continue the game?? Something is wrong with that picture it really is... However the game is fun but, not worth the money or amount of coins, so I will be uninstalling until that issue is fixed. Thank you!

Really enjoyable game aside from how long it takes to wait for more lives and cost for extra moves, but I like the recipies I get and story. However after the recent update I've been having problems with ads as they have been glitching most of the time and I have to restart the game since I can't exit out so I end up either having to redo the level I had completed which is the most frustrating for me, lose the powerup or extra lives.

Audio sounds like static and does not match up with video. Video has no lag. Will raise stars once resolved. EDIT: My phone is an Aristo+, model number LM-X320TA. If it turns out my phone is incompatible, I will edit my review and update the rating. ISSUE: The game starts playing, but the audio is choppy and does not sync with the game. The chop is a cutout of audio about 2 every second. Almost sounds like a spirit box from a ghost hunter video. Rest of the game plays fine.

Had fun at first but then almost ever single level I am one move off every time. It's very aggravating. Watching a add every time to get moves and when I don't get it on the spin I want to just stop playing. Please fix the generator for the game, even the game has a hard time finding something to match. It mixes them up all the time on me.

I wish I could rate this game a 0. While the game was fun to play, when I got to the higher levels 500+ the game stopped loading multiple times. I had to reinstall multiple times just to keep being able to play. The first few times, I had no issues. This last time thought, I reinstalled. Clicked to login in for saved progress. Nothing happened. Clicked gain. Nothing. It just sat there. Finally it loaded and all my progress was GONE. Level 533 & lots of time GONE! Game is now gone from phone 🤬😡

Its a great game!! Love the idea of designing hell's kitchen. But it gets very hard to early in the game!! You have to use your boosters and your coins to pass a level and this is before level 30. Im all for a challenge but you should work up to it. If you cant beat a level, you cant design!
