I'm liking the service Alfred provides but this app has a long way to go. Links, chat, and notifications are all lacking.
This app supposedly opens the doors of my building without a key fob. Except app is terrible and there is no support. Wouldn't recommend.
Waste of time. What a joke. The app keeps on bugging. Total disaster. Same for my wife's cell phone. Alfred is suppose to make life easy. 3 rd reinstallation of the app on my smartphone. Waste of time.
Will the app ever be fixed? I haven't been able to use it in about six months. Update (3/15/22): The app is still unusable. It closes immediately upon opening.
Great service! Loving it 👍😊 Update: I am no longer a resident of building where Alfred serves. I wish to remove my card from the app but unfortunately, there is no option to do so. To me its a big flaw and security concern. I read similar review several months ago when I first installed this app and its still not fixed so far. Downgrading to 2 star for this issue and not caring to fix this either. If still not cared for, I will downgrade further.
Keeps crashing.. needs me to reinstall every other time
Can't open the app in this version as it constantly crashes. For the few minutes I could open the app I couldn't find the amenity reservation promised by my apartment complex.
Haven't been able to open the app in several weeks. It keeps crashing and never opens.
Our rent went up $200 and I assume this app is part of the reason why. All it does is crash. Can't look at anything long enough to use it. Good, good times.
Legitimately the worst service and communication I've ever encountered from any company. Literally. Don't bother. The messaging function on their app is terrible, their automated scheduling and notifications are a mess, and their employees are incapable (or unwilling) to engage in even the most basic customer service communication. Just hire your own cleaners directly. Alfred adds nothing. It just overcomplicates the process for a fee.
5 stars for the service. 3 stars for the app and At first it was a little challenging because I work from home in the morning. But when I expressed this concern they adjusted the day and time they stop by. The app is okay. Occasionally freezes and not the easiest to navigate. Pricing for some items are too high to make them worth using.
Trying to open the app but it crashes over and over. What happened? Are they not in business anymore? The app used to be good.
Absolutely not worth the effort. I'm consistently told the wrong days for requested services and then charged even when they don't show up. I spend more time trying to correct scheduling mistakes than Alfred saves me in the first place. Just contract with a cleaner and grocery delivery service instead.
The app crashes constantly. When I get messages from the app, I can't access them because the app either doesn't open at all or won't show me where my messages are. This app is just garbage.
Always crashes. I've reset the storage and cache and it's crashing again 🤦🏼♂️
The app is missing the shopper's ability to consult the customer while the shopping is in progress, to obtain their approval about any replacements, substitutions or deletions. Also the app's messaging system is not very user friendly; email or regular text messaging would be better. Lastly, I would appreciate if my preferred delivery time could be scheduled for the appointed day.
I've had a great experience with the app! Super helpful during covid. Most shoppers check in with you to clarify any questions that may come up and travel to multiple stores if necessary to get everything on your list. They do a great job!
have downloaded and uninstalled the app twice now. i keep trying to create my account (tried all methods - google, facebook, and phone number), but have yet to receive a text to verify my phone number. what's the point of verifying your number when you enter your phone number yourself? there is no help button on the app, so now i am stuck and can't create an account.
Generally sloppy and buggy app, but the worst part is all the popups every time you change the screen. Popups cover the form submit button, so it's impossible to submit maintenance requests.
In my growing number of interactions with Alfred, the company has always come off as bumbling and disorganized at best. My individual Alfred is nice and helpful; every other supporting member of their team comes across as slimy or stupid. The app does an excellent job of strictly codifying the company's disorganization, greed and stupidity in software form.
Terrible user-experience; nothing is available in the app. Frustrating to use.
AMAZING service and attention to detail! Adrian and Lindsey are exceptional at walking into a strangers (me) home and knowing how to help and how to be useful. I can't say enough ab how helpful this weekly tidy up service is for me as a single mother. And the monthly deep cleaning service that I pay for is 100% worth it. Such a wonderful blessing.
App keeps crashing immediately upon opening, so no functionality.
Constant alert spam for deals and offers that I don't need or want. Can't silence it because my apartment management company uses it for some stuff. I just want it to shut the hell up and stop spamming my phone incessantly.
The service its self is great, the app glitches sometimes. Service: Alfred is included with my apartment complex and it makes life so much easier. I don't have a car, so having Alfred get my weekly groceries is life changing! App: I have issues with the app not loading or continuously signing me out.
Unreliable service. Too many annoying notifications about nothing. Can't even open the latest app version because it instantly crashes.
this is so much more than an app. my Alfred is a human being who will pick up my groceries, bring me fresh flowers, drop off and pick up dry cleaning, make my bed and do my dishes ("tidy up" my apartment) all thru the app. I create my grocery list and other requests weekly and Alfred takes it from there. its a dedicated person so they get to know me over time. and thru the "A" button i cam submit special requests and they can usually do them (next week my Alfred is recycling my electronics)
Service is very good. Due to some health issues and lack of a car Alfred is very helpful for me to utilize needed services and goods. App. Is very easy to navigate.
Can't access app, just keeps crashing
Pictures and hyperlinks don't work. Someone will try to post items for sale and i can't see the items due to the pics being cutoff or the hyperlinks not directing to a browser (and text can't be copied either). Additionally, sometimes app notifications will be sent hours after i receive the original sms notifications. App v 2.18.1 updated Apr 8 2022 Android v12
