Usable... on android 11 the app does not handle change done on fingerprints on the phone it does not even give the possibility to use the pin, remove and re add the profile is necessary

The app just keeps refusing my log in. Anytime I want to log in, always needs to do it at least 4 times til it can really log in. And there are also problems with scanning and related service that can be done before log in

Haven't really had much of a chance to use it but on first glance it's not as intuitive as other apps. A few comments which I hope the developers will take into consideration for improvements: As others have said, the video on the landing page is annoying; a static visual/background is sufficient. Additionally, it would be great if there were a feature to copy and paste IBAN/account details to facilitate bank transfers for those who haven't yet set up beneficiaries.

App keeps crashing. Making payments through Bancontact or transferring money will lead to the app crashing. No issues with other banking apps on my phone. On my previous phone, I also noticed that when starting a mobile payment from a website, I always have to click the link twice. First time it just goes to the start screen, instead of the bancontact functionality. Reinstalling didn't solve it, and no error are thrown. The app simply closes itself.

Extremely clean UI and great UX! There's only one thing that would make the app so much better - that is to let it connect to the internet via an Ethernet cable. I use my uni-adapter for a great amount of time and the error I get when trying to login is 'No internet connection. Your internet connection appears to be off-line'. This app was better before my account is locked. I'm not able to use my card to login and I'm not able to use my money any more. Neither I got a new card. This is a worst experience as a customer.

The app sometimes works good, sometimes it just messes up. The common issue I've been encountering is the "Incorrect fingerprint input" whenever I try to login my account using my fingerprint, even though it's the correct finger, even when I switch to PIN code input, it considers them as wrong as well.. pretty stupid innit? So everytime I have to reopen my account through the app just so I can see my balance, it's pretty annoying.

Concept is nice. But within a month (a bit more may be) I got twice a problem that app starts refusing finderprint(and then the app code as well) claiming "code is wrong".

I like the new layout, very clear. Nevertheless there are other banking apps with already much more features. Good app but can still be better.

The app fonctions well. I like the new design and the fonction of search. It has all essential functionalities of the website. You can basically do everything that you can do on web-banking. The app is very intuitive and cleared of distracting elements.

Absolute worst. The app is slow, annoying, and a bad UI. My card got blocked because the wifi wasn't strong enough and then tried again with better wifi. That was enough to break my account. Called costumer support and was only met with annoying general answers. Unless you get lucky, I highly advise against trusting this app & this bank with your money. You most likely will not be able to access your account.

Not reliable. Frequent error messages. I also had to change my password for 6 times because it wasn't recognized and my app was constantly blocking. Causes a lot of trouble when you have to make a payment but do not have your card reader and have to reset the password.

Constant issues. Using it for 5 years now and the app is as unstable as it was years ago. Constant errors, "due to technical problem this function is unavailable" when I try to login. Unbelievable.

I can never enter the app! Always get a message that there is another app open and thus denying access. Have closed all my apps en restarted my phone and still the message stays! How am I supposed to check my balance if I cant even get in the app?! This has been going on for a very long time. Please fix this!!

Fed up. There is no option to change language in the app. Even after getting the language updated from phone desk in the system. The app still runs in NL language post reinstall and reconfiguration as well. Such simple thing with so much of hassles and still no result

The app is continously gliching. Always have to start up twice. First time the welcome screen does not stop loading. Every time. Habe to reboot the app. Second time it works. But then aftee login, 50% chanche i get loghes out instantlty and have to login second time...

I have been trying to set up my account and actually for two days now, I haven't received the activation code via SMS, what's the problem? I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice...yet it's still not working. Is there something that iam doing wrong or is it something bad and faulty with the app?

For an online bank, it is very limited in functionnalities. Not able to add my prepaid credit card or pay on webshops through bancontact option. I switched from ING to Hello Bank and satisfied about the services but was expecting a way better mobile app. Still some work to do here ;)

Eats my battery even when not using it. Edit: yes it is related. I check my account balance once, and even a few days later hello bank is my top battery consuming app. Have to kill it or reboot my device, until I check my balance again.

Buggy slow app . Crashes frequently and sometimes it won't let me in . I tried setting up google pay but that didn't work and it told me to contact the bank also bancontact doesn't work on this . Really bad app
