Where to start with this terrible service. Almost no bikes are available from a huge row of bikes even though they look fine. The ones that are available have flat tires or other issues. Also the bike station at Amsterdam Zuid had been removed for some reason which was the only really useful one for me personally.
Not enough bikes, and all of them in Amsterdam Zuid only, so basically useless unless you're traveling within Amsterdam Zuid. Would have appreciated to know that beforehand and avoid wasting time signing up.
had to sign up and agree to allow the company access to my information, just so i could find out that there are no bikes nearby.
Gave away my personal details and credit card number just to discover that none of the ~10 bikes marked on the map as available works...
Quite useless, there are no bikes anywhere and the app is in Dutch and doesn't have settings.
the app works way better now since the 3.0.4 update, no app crashes anymore!
Good but I've gave it up because you don't have PayPal for payment
This app doesn't work.
Bikes everywhere, but none can be selected. Always shows an error when trying to select a bike, eventhough the bike looks fine... Response to the chat is fast, but it should not be neccesary to contact customer support everytime I try to use a bike.
