I am calling from du sim and i have more than enough balance. Even today morning i tried, it still shows the same problem
I'm trying 2 days it's not working at all. Message I am getting invalid international number. I tried again and again still not working. I have to dial manually the number. It is asking me to add # but unfortunately it's not working at all with #. If I manually enter the number without # it's working some time. Some time the message I am getting is "we are experiencing technical problems" . It is so hectic and not recommended.
I have been trying to call since morning today, the app is not able to dial from the contact or history by default and is saying the dialed number is invalid. Have tried to reinstall and issue still persist. Tried multiple times but in vain.
so bad. the app is not as flow as five card dailer. crashes millions of times. sometimes the call is connected but cannot hear the voice. sometimes cuts the line by itself and losses the credit. pls solve the issue
I dont know, the App or the card which one is not working. I tried call through this hello voip card, with app and without app but its never connected. So i called to customer service, continuesly for three week they telling its technical issue, will solve with in two hours. Almost three week finished but nothing use for this card.
It seems like the issue has been fixed. Thanks. Worst app... Asking to select language.. again and again. No use even if we select language. It'll keep asking it... This is a language selection asking app., ðŸ˜
Why it is asking to dial manually?... When I checked the reviews, many times its been mentioned that you have fixed the issue but its still persistent. In this case you really don't need to have this app if it has to be dialed manually every time.
After adding the amount in this app its not connecting the call it shows some technical error call back later,,, its a worst don't loose your money its not worth it,,, i send the e mail several times and called to the customer service they are not providing proper service
It's have been using it for very long time and it's been great working very well, but resent it's is not working again over a week now, I can't can't make my call technical difficult all the times I tried it, please someone do something about it
I have not been able to use the application since morning and i have called 10 times the helpline where either the Agents disconnect the line or they put on hold without even saying a word. This is ridiculous. Poor customer service.
Hello card is not working previous 3 days as I try many times. If this app of hello card is still have problems and u can't solve the technical problems so I can use the other calling card. Because many people r worry about to cal for family n friends. Solve this issue On the perority basis to provide the good service. I hope u wil consider it as I can use it again. If u need start do it first. Already I m using du Sim.
I've updated the latest version and still I'm not able to make calls.Continuosly it's saying that the number is invalid.The problem started happening from yesterday.Still it's not working after entering the avoided call option in app settings
wow!! its really working . i would like to suggest a feature :- * it will be more better that if you add a call time counter, how much we talked and how many minutes left. for example :- i have 60 balance minutes and i input that value in call time counter and i used 10minutes out of 60, so the app should display balance 50 minutes.
Unable to call directly from the contacts. Need to dial each number to make calls...its so annoying.. each time the number has to be copied and pasted from contacts or has to memorize to make calls...
Useless app. You can call only the first time. When you are trying to call second time it's always telling the authentication number is incorrect even though it's already saved. Even it doesn't deserve a single star. Use less app and developers are trying to cheat customers.
Before it was working normally , but since last night am trying to call but its not working at all, even i disable avoide auto call ending. I request to fix the issue. Everytime its showing ( conditional call farwarding active )
Its good and the best but recently it's been bad here in Dubai cant eeven make a call anymore after buying the card it becomes a problem to call and over 2 cards has expired while wetin for the app technical issue to be resolved please look into it because a lot of people don't use anymore and that is bad for business
Recently auto picking up of contact is not working, even after dialing thru the app, it asks to dial intl no. Updated the app, still not working
The worst service, and the worst customer service i have seen in my life, they hang up on the customers face, don't answer at all, and when they answer they are useless, very very low standard.
it's not working on my phone. i did the du as a primary option. only single sim i am using. call getting disconnect automatically. every thing i did as you said but still same problem.no i can't call through app but through phone i can call
The app had a bug which needs to be fixed...but no response from Hello caller app team...the Du team will not have it fixed...the card is paid for and everytime the same issue cannot make calls...guys... find a solution soon guys ...also bad customer service.
I was not even able to call to my home. Such a waste of money. When i tried today (29/05/2020) to call to india. Its said there was a technical issue. I also tried to call the support team. No use the customer care doesnt take my call.
Worst ever....having mins left and they starts experiencing technical issues and this is not the first time 😑 Pls fix it or you remove your app from the play store.
very bad apps the no. that im calling which is right they always tell me to add 00 and i did its complete.. but its same thing nothing ending they always request to used country code my god they eat my brain whole day.. pls admin fix the system problem..i un install and install many times but its still same...
Have issue with invalid number. Tried installing it nothing is working same issue... About week back it was working fine.... What's the issue.... Can u solve this immediately and revert. Same issue it is not resolved?
Tha app is not able to dial from contacts or history of calls. Need to enter numbers manually ...updated the latest app. Issue still persist.
Not able to call... It still says invalid number dialed... no shortcuts working.. plz fix!!! It was working fine till yesterday... Tried un installing and reinstalling. . But still says invalid number..plz help
Does it job well. I would suggest to improve interface so that we dont need to watch how to ise tutorial. Its is intimidating for newbie or non techy person. Because it was hard for me to expalin its usage remotly, in the end I went with the traditional way, used the hello card without any app. Secondly kindly add a call time limit feature to hang up call after certain time.
