I signed up for a week trial (no charge) but my account was debited with R1249 before the trial period even ended. I don't like this App and I want a refund. How do you advertise it as a no charge trial but debit accounts before the trial ends and without notice😤. Following my complaint. My account was credited with the full amount. Thanks for resolving this speedily.
Despite showing as having different developers, this app has a strangely similar set up process to the LingoKids app: long-winded forced account set up requiring an email or login via social media and very limited daily free use. In fact, this app even recognised the same profile used for the aforementioned app! This kind of information extraction, just for trying out an app, is off-putting. The content itself is ok, but nothing compelling & similar content can be found in other apps.
Amazing app for kids. Learn and fun as they say. My kid is able to correctly pronounce all letters...all thanks to Hello English Kids. The pro version gives access to a lot more activities and detailed progress reports. All in all...its a must have for your kid.
This app is very disgusting.1. when I don't know about this app it knew my name and started emaling me it showed that every skill it has I have 0%.2.when I login to this app it showed that my internet strength was weak and it can't connect but my internet strength was good enough.so please fix it so I can give better star review.
Trying to buy pro subscription for a month 299/- but when initiating the transaction it is deducting 1999/- for a year's subscription. Tried 3-4 times. Sent email with screen shot.
I signed up for a trial period. But they Rs. 1999 was debited from my account before my trial period ends without any notice. I don't want this app. When I cancelled my subscription then they refuse to refund my amount .... Why??? Please refund my amount. No one reply either on app nor on mail till yet.
my boy was using this app and he liked it,but mostly levels were locked. to get access of locked app we have to pay £26.99. for hello kid pro. when i paid this amount they didn't unlock the levels and i tried to call them email them but they didn't reply so for me they are fraud and if they have app they should respond their customer atleast. i am so disappointed. my 2 year old boy was so excited to use this app but these people took payment but never unlock the levels
After subscription nothing is working properly, unable to do any activity. I was really happy without subscription and every day activity. But this is really ridiculous. I need my money back
There are better subscriptions. There are about 6 songs without animations and a load of games with wrongly pronounced phonics. It expects kids to spell out 'electrician' using letter names but sends me reports saying the word 'duck' isn't in my 3 year olds short term memory. I also notice all the professions are white men. Has potential but they need to get advice on teaching phonics.
After my son downloading the app and myself being charged a subscription fee, I contacted the company and they were so helpful. They responded quickly to my query. Very impressed with their customer service
Amazing app for kids. Fun and has a lot of actitivities and games. The pro version is totally worth it. Covers a lot of topics and very infornative report cards.
It shows opposite screen and not so good. It's time to short... And it brings lessons opposite side of mobile phones that disgusting...
Not really good. How can you think a 2 year child can understand the word "alligator". Seems like it's stressful for children not with enjoyment and there is nothing in free version
App is overall very good.. My kid loves to play with it and we are also happy he is learning a lot from it.. Recommend it for every parent..
It is not activating on my mobile after showing the message of registration of email id. After pressing OK, the screen shakes and again show the same message. Please help me out

Stop sending me notification in my email I don like to hear about this app it's useless for me. This app can make my child learn infact he got spoiled and also without any notice money is deducted from my account. I don want this app. It's all filled up with stupid things .
Basic app services are fine, but the subscription has nothing additional to offer.. moreover there is no customer support for subscription related queries.. would not suggest to take subscription and waste your money
I had a error n left a bad review over here n after some day they called me n they were extremely sorry that n they solved my error within a day n refunded my money n gave me 1month free subscription 😁 I really really appreciate it never found such services for any app thank u so much Hello English
Downloaded the app but dnt wanna go further, I was suppose to be charged on 5sep but they already deducted 49.99 from my account on 4 sep, I cancelled my subscription on 4 sep so is this possible to have a refund plz.thanks
Downloaded for 7 day trial. App confirms I can cancel on 7th day with no fee. Cancelled my subscription on 7th day but it did not pay/cancel the payment they got from my credit card.
They are just pushing clients to promote page by sharing through whatsapp n all. App owner wants to promote app, owner should do by any mean but not by forcing clients to share app. That is so irritating.

Really fun and educational. My child enjoys it alot.
I dont have kids, but I'm a college student and had to do a presentation on apps for kids with dysgraphia (spelling disorder) and this app is great!! Would definitely recommend for parents whose kiddos have a hard time with spelling! Not just for learning a new language. P.S. Love the voices!
