Hello Everybdy

Love the content but app is not well integrated. It needs to interface with the Android OS and sound so that I can pause or skip from a dropdown menu of active apps, and it should automatically pause if the bluetooth connection is broken--all my other audio apps do this. It's really annoying that pausing the music is one more thing to do to get the kiddo out of the car. On a positive note, this semester was the first time I didn't need to logout/login to get it to recognize a new collection.

Pray that you can just rip the music off the CD and put it on your phone because this app is a nightmare. You can't create a playlist from multiple collections, it's difficult to navigate and it may just wipe your codes. I had an issue adding a new code which was cleared up quickly via email but a week later I had none of the music from the codes I added. That was it for me, it wasn't worth a reinstall or trying to sort it put with the mothership.

frustration. I am fully logged in, I go to the "music" bubble on the home page to open my library, all I get is a spinning circle and a message "retrieving your music" and the circle spins and spins... forever.... music never loads. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4x, and still the same glitch. I have emailed support.... though I am doubtful they will fix it.

I have found that you have to reload the app and re-enter code if your play list dissappears. I have to do this on a regular basis. I use the app as a back up for my classes but I never count on it. Frankly, few apps ever work as promised. Everyone is trying reduce costs by going to apps but customers are paying the price. CDs and paper are infinitly more reliable. Internet has a looong way to go before it actually works...

So many issues. Can't natively cast audio. Frequent sync problems with audio. Loses access to your music collection, requiring log out/in. Doesn't create a Notification in Android, so it will play over other apps, won't work with car controls, won't stop playing when you disconnect Bluetooth. The worst audio app I've encountered.

oh my what a nightmare- this app does not sync properly to my bluetooth van audio so I have to use my phone to skip a song or heaven forbid I want a lullaby to put the kids to sleep I have to manually press the back button on my phone! terrible! then when I get out of the van the app has no clue and keeps playing music in my purse until I again manually turn it off. this app is so bad it is a safety hazard.

zero stars. love the class, been in it with my daughter for over a year. but the app never works. everytime i want to access anything i have to logout and then login. half the time i forget my passwords so i ask to reset and the link they send me doesn't work. when i click on it it tells me the link is wrong! whenever we start a new class the codes they send me to access the new music don't work. i am told they are invalid. i have to logout and log in multiple times to get it to work

This version absolutely doesn't function at all on a Galaxy Note 9. App loads, but when trying to log in to get access to my multiple class songs, the screen just dims and no log on prompt appears. I have to force the app closed to exit out of this stuck state.

The app is really buggy. My songs disappeared last year. This year, it wouldn't recognize my new code until I signed out and signed back in. The way it switches between years is probably the worst design I have seen. I hate that my tuition goes to product like this.

Extremely frustrating that the app logs you out every month or so. It then requires you to reset your password because the one you reset it to a month ago no longer works. This is just simply too much trouble to use.

Incredibly buggy. Now I'm unable to make a new playlist? I've run into countless issues with this app. Horrible UI, laggy, you name it. As a music together teacher and advocate, this app disappoints all around.

Glad that the ability to create playlists has been added, but it's not very intuitive. How do you actually add songs from the different collections to the playlists you havr created?

Mostly good except for these points. No drop down controls when outside the app (to pause etc.). Music doesn't stop when another app starts playing music.

Lost access to my library after update. There is no way to contact support from within app. Very disappointed, between 2 children about 6 years worth of songs so far and counting.

It's ok, the app freezes from time to time while playing music and the lyrics stop. Would have been better if casting was supported too.

Hello, just bought the story book "she sells sea shells" and the pages are not in order. Very disappointed. I did close and reopen the app, but still, no page is in order.

Good app, buggy on iOS though, and would like the feature to play an entire album without vocals, instead of having to reset each song.

Currently the app is displaying all five of our codes as the exact same list of songs. I have found this app incredible slow.

love it! i love the microphone adjustment as well to adjust vocal volume. this is such an easy way to access music st home from class. 😍

it was great until over half of my songs disappeared and were replaced with other songs that are not even a part of summer banjo. please fix.

We love the music and the classes. The app is good - I juts wish we had the ability to easily reorder the sequence of songs in Favorites.

Simple.. no need to take/gather so much personal information for a kids music app (clear gifs in emails and the like). Didn't make it past the terms of service.

Great songs, having the lyrics and the ability to play the music without the vocals is great!

App regularly crashes. App revoked listening privileges for already unlocked songs with the update that provides the option to buy them in the app.

No problems so far in getting an account and the music set up. Happy with the app.

App works well on my Pixel 3 XL but the lack of Chromecast streaming makes it annoying when casting to our speakers.
