It's annoying when the majority of the upgrades are behind a paywall, making the game unfun to play. You can't get workers unless you pay money, so you have to continuously struggle while playing the game, which makes it too stressful to even play. You can't get other upgrades like chairs and furniture unless you pay. It makes the game unplayable.

I've been playing this game throughout the passed few years and just recently got back into it. However, I'm very disappointed as now the game has upgraded and became a major money grabber. "Heart" coins were once easily accessible in-game but now it's highly difficult to obtain, thus abstaining any fun gameplay this app once had as managing the cafe is difficult without atleast one more character to help, pressuring players to spend money to unlock at least one character. /:

I've been playing this game for a long time and still enjoy it a lot. But I just encountered an issue: the counter for the next bonus is showing an insane number (18500 days or so)! The date in my device is right and I tried to clear the app cache at no avail... any advice? EDIT: Ok, so I finally took courage and uninstalled the app. Upon reinstalling the glitches were still there plus I lost my progress and all the purchases I had done! That is really something that should not happen!

This game was fun, but then it just became very stressful to play. The rewards earned are not even close to the difficulty increases as you go up levels. After a point, you can only use hearts to upgrade your tables, etc. and you receive very few of those. It makes the coin aspect useless too. Good potential but I'm not going to spend real money in this game. It seems like a trap too as this game is probably attractive to young children, but it's all about spending your own money for upgrades.

I think it's a very cute and time killing game! I also like the aesthetic charm! But my problem is that we can't get free points in some way. Perhaps we could just watch ads to get them if we don't want to pay for them? Or maybe we could earn points in the game. I want more that 2 people working in the cafe, otherwise it's just challenging and stressful

I would rate 5 stars because I like this game. except for two things. First, to be able to really play without really, really struggling, you need to pay money. Second, I have paid for in-game currency, but many times when I do I don't receive the coins. It has happened three times that I can remember, twice with a $0.99 purchase, and once with a $1.99 purchase.

Cute but not worth playing. You can't get any other characters without paying, and you really need other servers to get anywhere because your first character is too slow. Takes too long to upgrade things. Overall you can't keep up with the levels even if you are a great player. Not really worth the time.

The game is really fun for about a week. But since most think needed to progress in the game cost actual money, it got too difficult to play. Wouldn't recommend if you're a completionist.

This game is so stressful unless you pay money on the game and just a the farther levels you go the more harder it will get. But i like the designs and the efforts the devs did but im more dissapointed than great. I dont recommend this game, its just a waste of money if you pay for this game the dev got greedy so thats why (the game is not good and its not bad either. Just neutral)

It's a SUPER fun game! I would give it 5 stars but there are some stuff in the game that cost heart coins and I never get ANY rewards for them! I have to pay money on the Google play store but I never get any money ugh! I only get the regular coins that the customers give you! I get like...10 angry customers because of the lack of stuff I don't have. I'm incredibly good at the game because I've been playing since this came out a few years ago actually...Overall, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!💞💞💞💞💞

Would give this game all stars if it were easier to play without using real money. It isn't impossible but extremely hard. You can only buy one more character without real money and it costs way too many tokens. The characters you buy with money are too expensive as well. Only one character you buy with real money is even reasonable. Update how expensive it is and I'll give it all stars. It is an adorable game.

Love the game but like many people coming back, I'm disappointed. It literally becomes impossible to get a good score with only 2 characters and everything maxed out to the point where u have to spend actual money. I remember loging in back then and getting the daily rewards ☹️. I never finished the game back then and now I never will.

You can't earn heart coins, and everything cost heart coins to buy. I tried purchasing heart coins, it wouldn't even let me do that, and the daily rewards don't work. Someone need to make some changes. This used to be a fun game, now its stressful, and annoying. Imagine someone saying that about Hello Kitty, stressful and annoying. Do better.

I really like this game but it's obvious the developers just didn't continue on their work. I didn't even notice that I want getting my daily rewards. I've been playing this for about a week or so now. It's so hard to get money even though I'm upgrading everything. The customer's just come in faster and eat more and it's really stressful. It's super hard to upgrade workers I feel like they still walk and work slow even when they do get upgraded. I see the difference but it's not enough...

Game is fun but, the talking prices are ridiculous. After a while of playing this game, it gets less fun because tokens are needed to buy the other characters but you need to use actual money. I had this game a while back and you would get daily rewards when you log in. The daily rewards included tokens so you wouldn't have to pay actual money to play. Now, every time I log in, it's always saying "coming soon" as if they're working on it even though they had it back then. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

The game is really fun to play with adorable animation, but it is extremely hard to keep on playing with only 2 characters helping around. Not only is it expensive with tokens, but also with real money. It makes the game tiring and not so fun. Please consider changing that then I'll give all stars.

It's really cute but the game is extremely hard. You can only but one character without using real money. Honestly it looks pretty cheap too :/ Instead of starting of slow it starts really fast. Having to control 2 characters at once is also difficult. Definitely not for kids

First I thought, that this is a cute little game. I started playing with it, and realized, that you can only unlock helpers, if you spend real money on them. Second, that it sometimes it gliches, and freezes you phone. I'm very dissapointed at this game, as a Sanrio fan!!! 😡😡😡

back in 2015, i had a tablet with this game on it. i decided to try it again on a whim today. its mostly the same game, with one big difference: the only way to get coins is buy spending real money. the daily rewards dont work at ALL, and i don't think the programming for them was ever finished. the roulette that would give hearts after levels is gone, and so are the coins the characters occasionally drop. its near IMPOSSIBLE to keep up with the 2 free characters your given.

I dont understand why its rated 12, its perfect for younger children. But, this game makes you pay irl money for almost everything. You can only buy one other character without money for 3000 coins. Also, i downloaded this game literally a few minutes ago, and already i can agree with other reviews that this game is extremely stressful. I love the character designs and all the designs of everything but its so hard to get stuff without paying :(

I would literally have played this game for hours if a majority of it wasnt kept behind a ridiculous paywall. It becomes so hard to play that it stops being fun, all because you can't upgrade anything without using real money. It's just another souless money grab using cute characters you can't even play with.

The game becomes so difficult, it's unfun. Not only are most of the characters, including hello kitty, behind a pay wall, I'm convinced the power ups you grind for in-game don't work. The chairs/table upgrades don't seem to make the customers more patient. It feels impossible to improve your score. And I can't even use my Google play credit for more help because nothing happens when I press the button. I couldn't even give this game my money if I wanted to!

I really love this game but I'm frustrated that all of the sudden I'm no longer accruing coins. The number is outrageously high.... like 18,000+ days until it's ready. I don't like being forced to pay for things in order to continue playing. I was so excited to find this game as I loved it when I was younger however if the lack of the ability to progress continues I'll probably just delete it.

I love this app! I think you should download it if your bored and I love the style if you don't get your rewards just reopen the app! It works perfectly fine for me! I also love how the cooks don't take long to cook the food! 😊 favorite app for kids!

The game is alright, I liked it at first but it becomes really difficult since you can only have two servers for free. I think they should make the game easier (or at least at a slower pace) and actually put the daily rewards with the golden coins or another way to get golden coins.

I love this game. This game is for all ages. But we can only get 1 helpers by giving money. To purchase other we need to pay real money. That's i don't like! When the level will grew its became difficult to serve with the help of 2 waiters. I think the game needs to help us in buying other waiters without paying real money. Please change this system of game. 🙏
