This app is just a wow. I didn't have to walk to any bank to change my pin. All I had to do was register by following their text instructions. I just had to wait for around two days for the acceptance of my application. Hassle-free experience. I recommend you use this app, especially if you are a PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card plus holder.

Hi, This app is no longer worked using my new Pag-ibig Loyalty Card. When registering, I stuck at the step to manually enter my AUB card number. It doesn't allow me to delete the first 6 digit numbers that is embedded which are different from my own new Pag-ibig Loyalty Card AUB number. I am looking forward for the fix. Thanks! Ritchie

It's easy to use and knowing that it's already and ID while at the same time my atm card it's not hard to identify who owns the atm in case it gets lost. I can also use it to check my pag ibig needs. What I just didn't like is that it didn't allow me to do fingerprint log in so I need to type my password everytime which isnt a big deal though. I tried applying it but it didn't work i guess i need to explore it more

This is app is so stressful,sometimes I can open the apps but most of the time I can't log in, it always says password or username is incorrect Eventhough it is correct!!! Time consuming! Uninstalled now! Wasting of time!

User-friendly App. Easy to navigate interface and informative icons. The presentation of menus is orderly, simple yet helpful to the user. The spaces between icons provide clarity.

I cannot register. The AUB ATM CARD NUMBER has already intact 6 digit number. The same number on the example showed in the guide icon. Such a waste of time. Please fix this issue. I HOPE THIS RATING ALSO HAS A PHOTO UPLOADING SECTION, SO I CAN SHOW WHAT MY CONCERN IS.

User friendly and real time transaction especially if you have loans due for payment in Pagibig. In addition, you can transfer via bank to bank online.. One weakness is that I can't use the virtual MasterCard in online transactions, most of the time it is rejected in doing online transactions.

cannot continue on sign up with new pag ibig loyalty card plus. my AUB number series is different from the App series which i cannot edit. please fix.. FYI my pag ibig card has AUB logo.

User friendly and intuitive. Minimal walkthroughs needed as the instructions are ver simple to follow and the app itself is easy to navigate.

Working perfectly fine. I received my salary loan and was able to transfer funds using this app to other banks. The features are great too.

Account registrations keep on being rejected for the reason of unclear photos where in fact the in app camera quality is so bad. It is like zoomed in 4x and quality is like 148p

I can't verify my email because the app is not sending code on my email. Tried many times but can't I keep on waiting for the email.

I want to change my cellphone number here in this apps but as per AUB they cannot change the number only pag-ibig. When I went to pag-ibig office my number is already update but my account is still not changing my old phone number in this apps.

I installed the app unfortunately it keeps on stopping at the first step of my registration which is capturing the loyalty card. How can I proceed if this situation always happen.

User is not allowed to change his/her profile picture or terminate/close their mobile app account. Kindly add these features please. Thank you.

Unbelievable Upon registration, the app has a preconfigured first 6 digits of card numbers. There's no way to edit. You can only add 12 more digits, which won't make sense. Unless your card number starts with 602914, you won't be able to proceed to registration. Remove the preconfigured card first 6 digit numbers. This is important!

Very easy steps to follow how to be registered online..Hotline agent callers were very accomodating and has that patience when plenty querries being asked. Apppreciate this apps. Thanks so much.

Can't register my loyalty card. When putting my details, stucked at AUB card number. I have the new card with different initial 6 digits. Pls fix it.

User friendly, at the same time it's my personal I'd, and atm card also. So easy to use.

This app is very inconvenient and takes a very long time to validate my account just for a simple verification, because of it my multi-purpose loan can't get through since my loyalty card can't be set up properly, it's very frustrating!

Overall good but I hope there is a save contact function so we don't have to reenter recurring transfers
