the agent said they cannot increase my monthly limit from R2000 simply because i use a self registered account and there is no way they will ever increase the limit because i was supposed to come to them for registration.their call center attendant asked me questions for a good 5 mins only to tell me that i used up my monthly limit which i had told him before.
Useless company to use. Funds being sent forward and backwards unnecessary. Stupid process they are using to keep on to your funds for 3 weeks while management is getting paid to do nothing. Absolutely won't make use of them again.
Sending money is good but the service is too slow for a "money service". You won't be assisted in time, it drags on and on. They definitely need to improve, because things like money need swift and helpful responses.
Worst customer service ... I have been struggling to get my cash deposit refund from 15 days . Calling them over and over with nothing comes out . The money which I should have back automatically I am struggling to get it back ...
Am really impressed with the service Since I registered with paisa banking, however there is one thing that need to be fixed, as a bank proof of payments should not have limited time.. Atleast anytime you make a payment it must automatically provide proof even if it's weekend.. Otherwise am happy
I think this is a scam I made transfer yesterday they took my money the recipient didn't get the money I have tried all possible means their agents don't respond to me these people even the number they provide is unreachable I don't recommend any person to use this app
This app is super fabulous however, lm worried with the daily send limit amount.. I tried upgrading to R5000 but to no avail.. I followed all upgrade requirements like payslip, bank statements but still lm stuck on 3000..
Faster, trusted and reliable app I just wish we could have access to withdraw money using e-wallet on the ATM that is not trusted since the robbers are attacking ATMs in nowadays...
Useless service provider, you send money and it takes days to get a simple sms for the recipient to get the money. When you phoned customer care never willing to assist you. Will go back and get the service from Mukuru far much better.
Lot's of downtime for an application serving urgent needs, leaving one stranded. Good service on other aspects otherwise.

If this app is not a scam I don't how to give a better name. They block 🚫 accounts not helping people on time. You submit what they ask and they never come back to you. Beware guys on using this app. They want you to beg them for help as if you are going you are not paying what you want from them. Is more than an interview
When updating please don't forget the small features like now this updated app cannot buy international airtime, it says server error if i want to chat with the consultant using the private message. So please work on that. Its the small things that matter.
Next update don't forget to add savings in this app, so that we can manage to separate the money for other budget

Im not happy with this bank the customer service is verry poor on this app you cant make a new pin if you foggot they ask you to call customer care yet they dont pick up the phones
I have been using this app for more than 12 months without any trouble, but recently been struggling to send money home on the app i can't even call them because I'm in the UK, i tried to delete the app and reinstall it but still.
App works fine but forget getting help when you have a problem. I've been calling for 3 straight days now and no help 😒😒. I've sent my ID pictures 3 times no but still no luck. I don't remember how many times I've called and sent please calls 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Very poor service.... From hello paisa agent. Because, they have more customers .. that's why .. As such, agents of Hello Money do not pay enough attention to customers. My advice to the customers of Hello Money is to create an account in "HOME REMITT" .. and the advantage is that the service charge is also less... Home Remitt's agent is ready to solve and serve the problems of the customers.

It's a convenient app l love almost everything about it however there are small things that are very important to us, to mention at least one off late I have been struggling to purchase airtime or data, reason being is whenever I reach the option where I have to choose whether it's data or airtime I'm always taken back to where I started. you really need to fix this. Thank you
