Worstest app that I've ever seen. The app crashes frequently and take whole day to recover and at that time if I logged out and try to log in again the app always shows the check your network connection and try again or couldn't process your request and I check my network it shows full speed because at same time other apps work smoothly that have too much data usage so it's not my network's fault it's your app's fault. Please check it out. I hope the devloper's team will work on it in future.
As a student I face many problems in this app. It requires a high data speed to run. It takes too much time in loading. It lags too much. I is not run properly but my school officials said that it can't change and you have to face such problems. I was unable to attend my online class due to requirement of high data speed.... thanking you................... . . . . .pls fix these issues
The worst app ever for online examination. Mass examination cannot take place through this app. When you need to attach the picture of test sheet it opens gallery instead of camera. You first have to ho to camera,click the picture and then again come to the app again and attach the picture which wastes a lot of time. And sometime after clicking the picture while opening the hello parent tab again from where it was left , it reloads and then entire paper is gone.you need to do it again with left⏰
This app is not suitable for study because it stops itself during online classes and gives too much problem while there is an airtel tower just near of my home. It should not be used to study on. I think Google zoom is better to be used in place of it in place of calling people to change their review or delete them. I am still saying to not to use this app.
The app is good but it takes lot of time to run as it shows 'loading' only. And one of the problem is, it takes a lot of internet. If my internet has full network, it still shows 'Check Your Internet Connection'.
It is not a good app.... The app is not showing the option to share the screen and not even show the option of chat box.... It takes lots of data and hang the phone again again.... It is the main disgusting thing of this app... In online classes it disconnect again and again... I had many issues in my exams also about this app... I thing you should make the app update... Reallyy disgusting...🤧😵
This app is too problematic and problems have been frequent recently. It stops working any time and then resumes working . And it's also notifies that your phone is not connected to internet even though internet connection is good and well.
Update: "Sorry your request could not be processed" what's this error. App does not switch to another kid profile. Need to close and kill the app and then restart the app to check messages sent by the institution/school. Not able to view messages sent by school specially of attendance one.
The app does not work on iOS13 or any version upwards from that. It use to work on prior versions but stopped working as soon as iOS13 was installed. Interestingly, the developers have not bothered to fix it.
This app stops on its own..Even when I upload the assignment it shows that the assignment has been saved successfully but when my teacher evaluate it nothing is visible to her and because of that I am facing alot of problem in submiting hw and assignments... Also the option for updating the hello parent app is not visible to me..
There is only a shortage in this app is virtual background and messaging someone during online class. Your app is become best if you add these features in hello parent app. And also screen share and emoji's to fun and study. Add the virtual background like zoom app first please.
Worst app ever now I think it was working nice but later it was again and again showing no internet but our wifi was working and I could not take my online class we sign out and sign in it also but it didn't worked so we Uninstaller it and then I also can't find it on Google play in my tablet .Please think of a way for it
Worst app ever seen. I am not able to give my half yearly exam because of this ,it is not submitting the exam. The app has been crashed and it's not taking up the submit button I've been trying from many minutes but its not working. I have tried the site also it's not working . Screw this app😡😡 .Made in India doesnt mean we will suffer because of this app and the customer care is not attending calls also.
Our school- VIRENDRA PUBLIC school has been using this app over 2 years now. It has wonderfully easy user interface. Rarely I faced any performance issue so far. Every 15 days updates happen for smooth running of app. Parents and Teachers were able to come on board within a day. With the option of online classes and assessments added, it was blessing in disguise for our school during lockdown 2020. They have dedicated and helpful team of customer support too. It's just a good app for giving exams and tests otherwise it's just the worst app I have used ever and ever there's always a network problem with this app and it disconnects our classes automatically without our instructions and our meeting is always incomplete
It's one of the best application on educational platform. They provide good service and prompt answers are there for our queries. I will recommend to many schools. Payment of fees is very easy just sitting at home it's done. My kid Armaan is in prenursery school and I am happy the way online classes are happening. They have online classes feature in the app.
This application is full of glitches , and giving exams and attending classes is a huge deal you have to keep reloading again and again and then also nothing appears on the screen .This is *HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND*
It's very trouble it always ask for update and take lots of time but can't process rightly. When I want to take online classes it always show error and slow network problem what can I do now . Its really trouble for me please do something and answer me. I am waiting. At now I am giving this app 2 star on behalf of my starting experience

Feature rich app with almost all solutions needed. It is of great help to the teachers, students and institutions in this period.
this app is not saving Parent's Birthday information. I tried saving it 3, 4 times but it doesn't. Additionally, it is not managing the count of likes on photos uploaded. Looks like this app was not tested properly before rolling out to PlayStore.
Sum bugs are there,it will not showing class but in when class starting it will then it will show I missed some class,,some times in live class sir video is not showing ,when I minimize my phone and open the app then it is showing but on screen it is showing tap to speak with circle on all sir videos I was not able to see what is teachers is writing on board by the mic on please with circle...fix this,,don't think it is my phone problem i have two phones it is showing like this on my phone's
The new update patch after even updating is not letting the app open properly and againasking to update but no option of updating is present in the play store. I think there is some issue with the new update patch. Admin please look into the issue. Thx.
Ridiculous app I am not able to my regular classes .. i have to testart my phone about 3 to 4 times and the app is full of glitches. Do something .
This app is good but there are many issues in the app as during class sometimes the app don't start , voice don't come , sometimes no video is also there and you should add the chat option also it would be helpful please add the chat system
It messed up my exam. I am very frustrated. It's a useless app. It's submit button became non responsive at the last moment.👿👿
This is an excellent app . This helps children to do activities in this app. But there is one problem, when our children do exam and send it to teachers and teachers give marks to the children sometimes the answer gets wrong while it is right . In the daily reports, when we send messages to teachers sometimes teacher did not get the worksheets.Some earlier time there is no chatting option for the children's query , But now there is free chatting option in this app.
The app is good, but the support team is not good at all. Nobody works on the feedback. I have raised about a month ago that we are not able to navigate to the pics being uploaded in the album section. We can reach and see the pics by clicking on received notifications, but as soon as the notification are cleared you just can't get to the pics, because after clicking on album, I get the message, there are no albums available
