The food was never delivered. Hello food's customer service can only chat with you which adds to the frustration. No calls. They lied twice about contacting the restaurant and promised that the food would be delivered within 10 mnts. I had to call the restaurant myself to find out that the order hasn't even reached them. You are better off ordering directly from restaurants or using a different app.

It's good when you know what you want. The search function could be improved as there is no deep searching. You can only search for items on display on the current page. Further, pictures of food items are not clear. Again it's bet when you actually know the meal. Restaurant should also get an option to put a brief of the meal description in case of a new customer.

No real customer service My ordered never came despite confirmation that the resultant got the order. At the 90 minutes mark I had a chat with customer service and the best they could do is ask me to wait 10 minutes. Another hour goes by and still no food. I asked for cancellation and took my family out. Horrible experience and zero customer service even after keeping us waiting for 2 and a half hours.

I have literally spent thousands of dollars on hello food I've used the app for over a year almost daily. They need to fix their support. I cannot count how many times they charged my credit card and I never received my food or a refund. I have never been compensated I take it as a loss. I had to cancel one of my debit cards from america and charge back because I had frivolous charges I didn't make after using the app. To top it off most restaurants lie about their menu and hello food doesn't hold its restaurants accountable if they did they would remove many of the scam restaurants that prey on hello food customers who present as if they have decent food like the pictures with a price to match then you get food that isn't suitable for a prison. Especially at night. Furthermore the app says its closed late night but then some restaurant s are still open and it will let you make a cart but when you go to place order it says hello food is closes but the restaurant is still in fact open. All in all I use hello food a lot. Like too much. But it is only because talabat burned me worse. As a westerner in the gulf just trying to avoid going hungry hello food is a tough app to count on. I wish it would shape up and work better. Especially at night. Also, it now says I need to update the app to use it. It won't let me update now. Please get it together hello food.

I stay in Somolu and when I make an order to the available eateries within my area, I get a phone call informing me that they don't deliver to my area, so why in world is it an option at the beginning. Secondly I placed an order with white house and it was canceled twice with no explanation. This is app OK when it work, but the issues are many😩

Service depends on the restaurant you from. Customer support is bad. Do not pay up front because you might not get your order at all

Worst app worst communication i ordered 3 hours ago and no response from both hellofood and the restaurant . Talabat is way better. Lesson learned. Thanks

I just cancled my order which I placed from this app! After placing the order from Hellofood that give you time 1 hour or 55 mins for delivery, and I cancled my order after 1 hour 25 mins.. my order didnt reach on time. This happened 3rd time in a row! After this long waiting of time food cant be fresh! Pathatic service. Wasted my time in ordering and waiting for it! It would be better if I go by myself and enjoy my fresh food!!

Very very bad application, do not respect the customer's time. Very late deliver. Very bad customer service and bad live chat service because the chat was waiting for long time and close it

Now when you get an app like this you feel thrilled because you set it up thinking you'll order from your favourite places without the hasstle of going, that is until you figure out most of the places usually listed aren't despite them being closer than ones that are. So what's up with that? MAJOR issue IMO.

There are a lot of restaurants,the delivery usually take the exact same time as what they told me . Wonderful experience thanks for that hello food

No one calls back when there is a complaint. And the live chat doesn't work aswell.

Unsatisfactory service . I cancelled my order due to too much delay in the delivery. Waited for 2 long hours and still no sign of delivery . Pathetic , atrocious service.

U guys are unprofessional and liars..u cancel orders without informing ppl and u don't even answer the phone.

The app keeps telling me to update and it's not working. Even when I reinstalled it, it still tells me to update

many times i made an order and no one calls no one cancel and no one answer the ussless live chat.. used to be the best service but now uninstall forever.

A locator feature would spare us the hassle of going on endless phone calls with the drivers. Every time I have to give directions and it almost makes me want to cancel my order.

I ordered 7 pm I got the delivery by 10 pm, really discustteng app. I am totally not happy with the service.

No one answers in the live chat and the resturant didn't contact me for 2 hours so far, the order was supposed to be delivered in 60 minutes. I don't recommend using this app

Pathetic service. One item from my order was missing The food was all cold It took 2 hrs for delivery When called driver he dropped the phone without listening.

Sometimes delivery takes much longer and sometimes even didn't received my order even after contacting customer care.

After 2 hours of ordering using this stupid app, i called the restaurant they said there is no order! They didnt receive my order from hellofood.

The meal quality depends on the restaurant but as middlemen you guys do a little above average. Its nice that you keep in touch throughout the process, keep it up and it could get better, get more restaurants as well.

3 orders , 3 different restaurants and all failed , not only that never received the call from Hellofood ...shows why the whole thing is failing.
