Exactly what I needed is in the free trial. *Displays conglomerated customer info. *Provides fast communication with customers, via multiple apps (WhatsApp, email, etc.) *Schedules follow up calls immediately = less forgetting. *Also syncs with my calendar. HelloLeads is awesome! I'm excited to pay for subscription plans, when my business grows more. And it's growing faster because of HelloLeads 👍🏾
It has really neat and clean interface so that any people can get a flow into this app very quickly. The content creation and follow ups are very useful and handy so that contacting the customer on time is easy.
Easy and good because it can directly to whatsapp. But maybe you can make it more beautiful. Please i dont like black theme. Can you make white or colourful theme?
I have an amazing experience with this app. I had an issue of reactivating my account and it was solved so fast. The whatsapp platform really allow the customer to interact directly with support team which is a plus for me. Truly appreciate the support received
The idea is actually super good,making it comfortable for small and medium enterprises to follow leads and give them the timely response. To me I feel the app might 10x the income for the companies. I would recommend startups with a capacity of 50 to use this,that would work great for you.

It's a very good app. It is really easy for me to scrutinize for the past weeks performances. The weekly report generates an overview where the blockages are. Exceptionally good! Hope it is beneficial for others as well. Keep up the good work team!!
I am very new to the app. Thus far, from the perspective of organizing my contacts, having a ready reminder of follow-ups, having a useful calendar, and being able to attach a specific value to a particular client or prospect, it has been extremely useful.

It is certainly an excellent CRM product, exceedingly superior to the many that I have so far tried. Keep up the good work! I've been trying for over one (1) year now, and I haven't seen any CRM working the way HelloLeads does! It's the kind of app that truly enables one to seamlessly manage the sales pipeline, from capturing the leads, nurturing them via timely follow up, right through to conversion to being customers.
It is an awesome App for business. I t really support to get connected with your leads and follow ups.
Warning!! As of 4/1/21 This app has some major issues! I am unable to open & view quotes via my android devices, I have reset both my phones, updated.. When I choose to view "quote" with intention of sharing to my customer I am unable, the quote just opens, immediately closes!! I cannot share quotes from Android!! It useless! The whole point it's to send from Android! Email integration is not working for office356.. please fix this stuff!!
i ma in trial run ..liking it. Can you add feature like target set v/s target achieved on say top right of the screen whenever we are viewing leads. This will give a whole new meaning to the experience. An app called salessure is providing this feature. Pls check. thanks.
Free trial version is very helpful to explore the app. Since it doesn't require credit card, I feel safe to explore all the feature during the free trial. And thank you for not restricting any features during the free trial.
This CRM's interface is clean and easy to use. It doesn't have all the insane features that other products have, but that is what sets Helloleads apart because they are trying to keep it simple for all businesses....
Using HelloLeads, we have been able to completely eliminate Excel sheets which we have used last 12 years. Our Sales team has also been able to be fully integrated onto the platform. The transfer over to this CRM has been much easier than it would be on most platforms. Now our team members are utilizing email functions through this, as well which is an added advantage of us.
What's app templates in this app this very useful to connect with customers quickly
This is just an amazing thing .Actually I was searching for long time for a simple and easy to use CRM . It's been a month. Lead source integrations are possible. Team is actively using it just like WhatsApp. Far better than Zoho and other big CRM in terms of pricing !! One bug I could say is about the customer qualifier not reflecting in mobile app. I hope they are working on it . Still lot more can be improved on this if they receive feedbacks from customers on a monthly basis.
Prospecting is a bliss...thanks to you guys!! Had a hiccup which might have been caused due to a network glitch at my end and I got a very prompt response from Deva at CRM who helped me resolve the issue. That says a lot. Cheers guys...keep up the good work!!
The app was good,I suggested for developers please make the app for more colorful and clear like amazon,flipkart beacuse this are all the maim requirements for people and companys.
Good app to followup on leads. But I wish they made it more convenient to add contacts from call logs. Right now that option is very difficult to access.
Lead stage pipeline in graph helps us to filter of leads easily. This crm app saves time for our sales men.
Please make it such that reminders for appointments pop up as notifications on one's phone instead of being sent to email. Its very inconvenient because its easy to miss email alerts. Other than that I like the app very much. It has really simplified things for me.
