I used to use DocuSign and the DocuSign app is great because it allows you to see the workflows and the state each doc is in, and to sign docs initiated by other parties. But this HelloSign app is worthless, you can only scan and sign new docs. It can't access the online account and it doesn't know anything about the current docs in the queue. If you're looking for a robust solution, look elsewhere.
Import files option doesn't seem to work at all. App has a blank screen instead of a file browser. App doesn't give any indication that you need to verify email, nor does any function (or dysfunction) of the app change after email has been verified.
horrible. it changed the format and layout once sent back to my google drive as a pdf no way of changing that setting either.i suggest using the mark up feature on iphone or samsung to sign a white image abd add in that image to your document. this app is a waste of time. and do not send from thrnapp directlynto whoevrr you intend for it to go to. the doc/pdf will be renamed to hello sign. which is very unprofessional. theres easier ways to add yohr signature than this.
Most recently, I have had trouble attaching/sending out the signed document whether it be through WhatsApp or email. Someone below mentioned that the andriod version of the app hasn't been updated in a while?
Don't waste your time While hellosign is amazing to use on their website, they offer 0 to support an Android. The last time this application was updated was in November 2017. We are now in 2020 and this application is no longer working. I recommend hellosign to either ditch their version of Android completely or at least work and update and keep up with competitors. I really started enjoying using hellosign, but now I might have to look for other competitors that actually take care of their prod
Needs a search option when looking for documents on your phone, because they don't come up in any certain order on my end. Got the job done okay, but the file through is unclear at best.
Horrible app...the app functionality and layout is entirely different than that of the site. Also, just like how cramming stuff in a drawer doesn't "clean up" a disorganized room, cramming functions inside of a submenu does not impove the user experience. Your app development team is lousy at their job--- they should try using the app themselves sometime.
handy... wish the check marks could be smalle and it can be hard to adjust a lot of text boxes when they are tight. otherwise its great.
This app is so useful and needed in a day where things are becoming more electronic and it saves in printing paper wastage! Very easy and convenient to use.
The app is pointless if it doesn't mirror the same functionalities as the web version. I have to go to the website to send docs for signatures.
Hello I just installed this app and am trying to sign up but it keeps saying invalid email. Or Google services not available. I am using the gmail account I use all the time. What can I do differently please? Thanks Peter zamora
Totally different from site. Wasn't what I expected, but it may work well for immediate demand electronic signatures.
How do I import a PDF? It doesn't tell me me what folder the PDF needs to be in or anything. I just click the import button and there are no options.
Doesn't work, don't bother downloading. It's frustrating to pay $150+ dollars a year for a service, and the app doesn't work.
Super handy. It knows my information as soon as its given permissions and makes officiating documents fast and easy.
It's A much improved user friendly interface is much cleaner and simpler ironically since they merged with Google
Cannot access on android for social sign in. I was charged for 1yr subscription when in fact I cancelled the free-trial (website) and received acknowledgement in the email.

what a waste of time trying to figure out where the signed doc is and sent to....nahhh never again ..not user friendly and what's this with the blank file created??
Can't sign documents in iPad or android. Only useful on a computer. Is it really that hard to make it work?
Absolute garbage. Uninstalled within seconds after simply trying to find the the file to upload.
Keep getting an error "Google services are not available" when trying to sign up/ login via Google account(s)
Can't use the app for much. I use my browser on my phone because it has actual functionality...
App is so out of date the OS complains with a warning dialog on open. Please update or remove this as its wasting peoples LTE data ty

I already have an account that i use with dropbox. Kept trying to sign in on my mobile without success.
I personally don't review apps but I needed to for this one. I use the web based version of hellosign and love it... But I really need a strong app to continue using it. Docusign and signnow have strong apps. The issues with the app, doesn't work. Then most features are unavailable for the actual app so you still have to launch the website. Matter in fact it doesn't even send notifications when other have signed.
