can't login to app as the area code is blank, and does not allow entering any number. secondly the app pages constantly has system error pooping up. cannot view shops and services. the webpage seems to have similar issues.

Not sure how hellotoby regulate the deals from different businesses. I got scammed getting a voucher that I wasn't able to redeem because the business doesn't exist! It was partially my fault for not checking but I won't use the app anymore.
This is the second time I successfully and efficiently found service providers through Hello Toby webpage. I found a very nice guitar teacher as well as a very efficient graphic designer. Now I doubt on the app junk call issue mentioned at another comment...
I think Hello Toby this app is a great app for people who are looking for freelance jobs. it creates great opportunities and serves as a freelance platform for all kind of people. There is a great number of people who uses this app to seek design service and building work. I would highly recommend this app.
One star because of the default notification settings for ads which you can't or is difficult to disable. Annoying af Edit: or u could just disable the ads?
This is a good app, but Trends Mobile Security displays some privacy risks at this app. Please fix it well as soon as possible.

Living room air conditioner was working before the cleaning. Broken after the cleaning. Toby service man keeps telling to leave the air conditioner off for a few days and call him back if it's not working. Repeated that 3 times. Cleaning has already charged to credit card and Toby service support was hard to get hold off. Even their voicemail is full. Their app only shows 5.0 ratings but not other reviews
