HelloVan connects previously registered carriers on the platform with IKEA customers to transport their purchases, assemble their furniture or remove some used furniture and deposit it in the nearest clean point.
HelloVan is easy to use, professional and fast thanks to its simple system to calculate the service and contact directly with the carrier just after making the reservation.
· The profile of the Vanner: Each carrier has a verified social profile since we are the ones who register them on the platform, allowing us to know useful information before making a reservation to request their services (vehicle photos, registration, profile photos, valuations, vehicle capacity, ..)
· The opinions: HelloVan wants to create a trustworthy community with millions of opinions (IKEA clients that use the service will be able to value the vanner service making it possible to build a quality and trustworthy online service).
· The price calculator: HelloVan automatically calculates a price for each service based on the kilometers distance between the IKEA purchase facility and the delivery address, in addition to the purchase amount. The assembly service will be calculated according to the assembly time.
· RESERVE Service: In the reservation of this service, the user will calculate the cost of the service and the same will decide which carriers will take the purchase, choosing a delivery time slot from the next day.
· Service NOW (Express): In the service Now the client will request a transporter at the moment according to the availability and the proximity to the establishment where the customer has made the purchase.

Complete waste of time. Useless app, it happens. As a solution Offered to pay cash on the spot but refused, just wasted about an hour trying to make the app work while standing inside IKEA while kids wait in a car but no luck whatsoever. IKEA in murcia is useless but this company is suited useless partner. Poor staff looks helpless and doesn't know what to do about useless app. CEO needs training on how to run a small company. Extremely disappointing...
Doesn't load on latest Android OnePlus 6T or 7 Pro with Orange 4g. Van driver registered on his phone, but password length on web Vs app is different. TL;Dr, buggy
Installed the app. Tried several times to load the delivery address which wouldn't load so gave up. I'll hire a van instead.
Could have been better.
The idea for the service is absolutely great. I wish it were easier to do simulations for other small moves from point A to point B. I'm sure it's possible but other than the move from an IKEA store, it's difficult to get prices. I'll edit if I find a way to do it. Keep working on it, it's a great concept.
