With Helo You can
– monitor your heartbeat (Heart Rate)– monitor your blood pressure (Blood Pressure)– remote monitoring of your loved ones (WeCare)– send an SOS SMS in case of trouble (Guardian SOS)– monitor your breathing (Breath Rate)– perform an electrocardiogram (ECG)– check for steps, distance and burned calories– carry out a full heart check (Heart Check)– check your sleep quality (Sleep Quality)– check your mood and your level of fatigue (Mood/fatigue)– receive detailed notifications about your measurements (Notify system)
These data will be stored in your Personal Dashboard and you can get daily, weekly and monthly reports on your health with a trend chart.
A scheduler will perform automatic measurements to keep all your values up to date.
This app requires Android 4.4.2 or higher.

25/03/2017 : Firmware updated again, but now this Sony Xperia Ultra phone Bluetooth has not been able to reconnect with wristband. OK now. After a re-install and app update, a popup said to push the HELO button 8 or more seconds to unbind it and then re-acquired and now works.
My helo does not register. The system constantly goes back to 'Register and Send my Pin' after I've downloaded the app
Can't seem to update firmware. And sleep count is too slow
I wish i would not have spent the money on this worthless item. App is not compatible with the device. It is continually updating. Reading like BP, heart rate steps all registering incorrectly. UUUGGG!!!
Ok all you nay sayers. I Rated earlier when it was not working so well. Found out it was my phone... So before you blame the product try on a different phone or update your phone software. Fixed issues and now works perfect! Love the technology and can't wait for my LX ones to come so I can give them to loved ones! Thanks for such an amazing product!!
Excelent app. Only improvements I think I'd do are: -Undre the "my report" page I'd make the bottom graph movable (right - left) to view the history information. At current, at the beginning of a new month I can't view past history information. Same goes for when I select "week". -The "sleep" information on the "month" setting doesn't show anything other than a dot at the top of a line in the graph.
Great app incredibly accurate gives me peace of mind for my kids and my families health wish it was out years ago.
Will not work on either Samsung 7 I have.. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP
I Love my Helo! So for the nay sayers, you either have your settings set wrong, or...maybe you just need a different cell phone!
Incomplete instructions and missing app for checking blood sugar.
Well so far I have been terribly disappointed. I received mine yesterday and tried installing in conjunction with my Android Phone which is a Galaxy 7 Edge running the latest Android software. I have not been able to get the Helo LX to connect to the App despite my Bluetooth being on and me seeing it in Bluetooth. I tried to install the app on an Ipad running the latest IOS and it paired with it right away. So I thought I would try to update the firmware on the Helo LX but it failed. I am so frustrated. I had high hopes for this product but so far on a scale of 1-10 it is a -5.
Bluetooth wont connect to helo. Im using samsung note 5 with latest firmware

I have this, and it's amazing what it can do. I researched the Internet for something like this, and yes there's a bunch of old and past technologies alike, but all of those have separate functions. Separate HR, ECG, BP, bloog sugar count etc. Amazing coz all functions are in helo and it is accurate!

As still in Beta version, sometime something gets stuck but I'm so impressed with all the readings.
I want it, but..
The app worked just fine up until the recent updates that were supposed to add new features. I don't know if the new features work since all the old features no longer do. How exactly can a sell people on a product that does not work. The only thing the app still captures is the ECG and steps nothing else works. When the app works as it did a few days ago then it is easily a 5 star app but until then.........
Wor(l)d's quality control is non existent! The findings are NOT correct. Helo is also a very bad quality product although much more expensive than similar devices on the market. Both helos they sent me don't work or worked for a few days, and I returned them to world. NOT recommended at all!!!
If you sell a product, even if it's a beta, I'm paying $320 for something that essentially can't even start working because the app is so poor, ruins the reputation of the product right out the gate, makes it very tough to invest in time and effort if the product does not work.
Over priced Chinese knock off. Actually, you can buy these devices at CES in Las Vegas over in the Schenzen section @:100 units for $25 ea. They work and the manufacturers provide you APIs for further customization.
The app continues to fail, so my Helo is pretty much useless.
It workd great, a min. of issues, but it is a Beta vers. I can live with that, I have beeen testing it for a long time and it shows the right values. Perfect
I love this APP and the Helo! If you having trouble with the firmware, make.sure you have your phone updated If your blood pressure isn't showing accurate readings I had the same issue until I calibrated it correctly. Go into your setttings/Help/Watch video on calibrating BP That's the only issues I had and they were easy fixes so give the App and the Helo a chance before leaving a review
