Payment by this app is very very annoying. How could you divide a monthly income into three payments plan. Eg. if in a particular month you are to earn 1000€ after a successful cleaning, these officers will divide this money into three payments destroying its value because it is paid in bit and little. They will pay 1st part on 17th of that month, 2nd part in the following month and on the 3rd, and the 3rd/final part on 17th of another month. At most twice payment. Work on it.

Horrible platform for the cleaners. App is laggy. They charge to sign up, then they take 1/3 in commission and on top of that they have heavy fines if you're not able to make it last moment for any reason. Its hard work for little pay with heavy investment and heavy fines. If you're unemployed, it's better than nothing but I'd recommend you focus on something else.

The new update is crashing a lot! I already tried uninstalling and downloading it again but it won't allow me to go anywhere besides the notifications area and sometimes when opening the app again I'm logged out. Please roll back the update it has a lot of bugs!

I installed the App 3 months ago and never received any notifications. After wasting so much time entering the app unsuccessfully, I decided to contact Helping and was informed that only users who pay a fee will be able to access the offers. If you do not want to pay, do not waste your time too.

I like this app but first of all it would be better if we could receive the payment the same day of the service and not in the end of the month and second there's one thing that need to be fixed, when I go to set the "filter" I always put "max 5 kilometers" and everytime it go back to 8 kilometers and so I keep receiving requests from people who are very far from me instead receiving requests from people which are far max 5 km as I asked.

Please the app is not working well on Samsung A70 phones. It opens but none of the options below is clickable. I tested on other Samsung phones and it works perfectly. I can only use the app in my browser.

App doesn't work on Samsung A series. Customer service is almost non-existent and you are charged 39% each hour for your first 3 cleans. Payment despite being expedited is never processed until you complain yet they charge you for it.

Honestly I would have given this app more than 5 stars if possible, if not for any other thing, their customer's care are wonderful! Very respectful, gradually answer all your questions and always ready to help! Again, the app is user friendly! But i would have given the app one star if possible because 1. Method of payment is poor, no fixed date at all, they pay you any time they like! So disgusting! 2. The commission is too much , if you increase ur the amt, they increase the commission.bad

Agent allows change of duration for client on actual even though cleaner has confirmed on the duration. On actual day itself, the app does not show "Start cleaning" button. Please be informed that as part timer, we take the time to go down to customer place, in this scenario, customer is staying at landed property. Please do not allow customer to alter duration as and when they like, it is detrimental to cleaner for time spent going down and the actual work done. Please include more interface

Poor payment plan.. I really like this app..I get lots of good jobs .But there method of Payment is frustrating...and also on high commission. .. i just wish they can IMPROVE in method of payment

I used the app for the first time and had a great experience with one of their helpers.the customer service was able to rectify my problem when i reached out to them for helpregarding my helper.payment is convenient as well since i do not need to pass the helper cash and all done via the app.

Very difficult to comunicate with the office almost impossible. Payment also very slow. We have no support if we have a bad experience with costumers. I do not recomend it.

I've been on the platform for 3 months now. I rarely get offers, I paid the registration fee of €10. Then i got one offer, and that was it till over a month now.

I am disappointed, the app is helpful until they can't help with a payment follow up and tell you there is nothing they can do to help.If they can wait for a commission why not push through as the contractors with people who make it difficult to pay.Basically as a cleaner there is no security and help if you face any challenges.I have reference emails for this.

It's completely fraud. Company taking 25-32 percent commission without insurance and travel and atlast person getting nothing. It's just for self employed people. It's better to open own cleaning business without this company commission and software.

It's a good app but one of my customer didn't pay for appointments it was 60 euros. I wrote a lot to this app about this matter but they didn't help me for this payment so I think they should start process about same day payment.

During sign up and price settings they only show you 25% commission. When you select or receive a booking it's 39% commission that's taken off. Total rip off.

The app response is too slow, it takes alot of time to open any interface, that is not helpful.

The app won't load when I open it. I have tried multiple times, on different devices and even uninstalled and tried again but it won't work at all.

They don't let to choose the cleaner(while giving the feeling that it's someone you picked), so I got cleaners with low ratings, and they indeed don't do a good job.

I work for almost 1 year now for this application, but in the last few months they changed payment provider and payments are delayed. No other issues

Offers do not appear in front of me. I am approved and already received 26 jobs offers, but for unknown reason they didn't show when I click on them to choose. What is this?

Great idea for freelance cleaners BUT the app has plenty of problems. I've gotten several excuses from customer service to the same problem and never a solid solution.

Helpling is the Best, i have worked with them getting to 7months now, no negative vibes, Everything good with Helpling. Try Helpling and you will not regret it. Beide Daumen sind Hoch👍.

I don't know why since yesterday, the app started crashing every time I try to open it. Please provide a solution for it. Its urgent. Thank you

The shifts are too short, about 2 hours each. You need to be chose by the customer to have a shift and it never happens because it has already many workers registered.

I'm use is app tis app is not good for any one because they charge so much money so I don't say any one please don't use this app because it charge 39% tax after that it also reduce from our income so don't requment this app
