Tried the app because web appointments were not working. App is even worse. Asks for registration multiple times. Even asks for NIC for registration. Search doctor function does not work. Does not even give proper error messages.
Giving all possible errors. Doesn't the developer know about QA
Who is the kid developed this prematuare App?? Can walk in to the hospital and make an appointment faster than making an appointment here... Terrible. Hemas, better not to have an App for the sake of having an App, this will harm your goodwill...
Piece of trash that crashes every single minute
useless app.
I decided to make a chanel from the app. But system got crashed when I tried to register. I tried 3 times.
Lots of errors. Developer has to do QA
useless app. when you want to get an appointment it gives a phone number to contact. The people who answer the phone after a long wait are clueless abt the online malfunction. Its much easier to visit the hospital and get the appointment.
