Ok, you proudly saying that you are trading on Nasdaq, but real life experience with you is far from perfect. I ordered one item, you sent me different one (and cheaper) and refused to accept the return or refund the difference. Also, you closed the case as resolved. Really? Customer service, anyone?
The only thing I didn't like about this app is that, it doesn't provide English language support. I don't understand Turkish, Every time I have to use website instead of app, and use Google translate. That's just too frustrating. Please provide an option to change language in app, i.e. to give English language support as as an option in the app. Because there's no option to change language in English, I'm giving just three stars...
adding English will be really helpful, plus add shipping to Zimbabwe too

Keeps crashing! Most of the time I am ıpening the app, it just syas connection problems. Really annoying..

good app to buy things in turkey, but as soon as you receive something broken or youneed to return something, very very very bad customer service, it takes forever, and they will try hard to not fix the problem and get you new product replacement or refund. hope you never get to deal with their "customer is always wrong" service. thank youamazon for coming to turkey
Don't have English language interface in the app! In future updates they should give options for language selecting!
They choose the seller side in all kinds of problems. They create barriers to return and evaluation for the defective product. The shipping company they direct does not come to receive the product to be returned. I have never had such a bad shopping experience in my internet shopping history. I hope they go bankrupt.
THE POP UP ADS ARE ANNOYING, AND TOO TOO MANY. I avoid starting the app because I have to see 1 or 2 ads everytime. The ads are for their grocery store that they force it on us. From starting the app till I can start really using it, every time it takes me 10 seconds or more because of the ads. Annoying, annoying.
Canceled order and refund was automatically made to their own "cüzdan" and not my credit card. No asking, no warning, no money credited to the credit card. If you missed little text saying refund was made to their own wallet you will never ever get refund to your credit card. Then you have to find what wallet in the app and manually transfer full amount to your credit card. This looks alot like scum.
I believe the developers are coding this app while they are high with no guidance from a business consultant. Hepsiexpress is a huge disappointment! Adding a note field is a basic idea in any interface design, and this app has none! Consequently, I keep getting products that I neither ordered nor need! I ordered rib steak and received frozen potatoes and mincemeat instead! Finally, can someone please send me a notification if the item is out of stock and thus canceled?! Thanks!
Amazing application and fast delivery
I sign in, select my gifts but when I try to pay the system freezes. Every time!
They have all you need, but after you order and money is out of your debit card they inform you that the order is cancelled without stating the reason ör placing your money as credit on site. instead they charge back the money to your debit card within 8 days .. so you might lose visa service fees 3%. imagine that i made order of 2940 TL!!!
There is some sort of lag in the operation with app. The worse part is that you put something in your basket and after few days, it's out of stock or change in price happens (for any reason, higher or lower) and if you don't remember what was in your basket, probably you will miss that item or never understand the price change. There should be notification for these situations.
The app itself isn't too bad, not anything to be praised either. The real bad thing about them is that you won't be able to get any support from their "customer service" when things go wrong. Simple automated responses to your questions, badly designed robot chat, very limited options to raise a complaint... They have a call center too but they only record your inquiries and never revert at all. I experienced this more than enough and I'm gladly deleting the app now.

To get a seat in the Top League, you need to consider those customers who do not speak Turkish. Thus, an English Language version will be welcome.
The shipment process is painful. Simply does not work they can't even deliver a small package in 10 days from Istanbul to Izmir. Don't use any services from them. Their costumer service is awful. They can't even change the delivery address which did not even shipped from their warehouse In Istanbul.
The application has no english version. When i wanted to pay for my order, to my surprise it did not accept debit cards! A warning popped up that ONLY credit cards are accepted. That's not practical.
Everything is absurdly expensive, something that can be worth only let's say 3 bucks is losted for 5 or even more. There is little to nothing adequate can be found, and it's absolutely a bummer go on download if you want to be crooked.
Awful experience. There is no customer support available. And they send ur item with hepsiexpress, which is total garbage. Also Refund takes ages. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NEVER USE IT.
Great app. Just wish it had an English translation. Also it's irritating not being able to copy and paste the reviews into Google Translate. Would be better if the reviews would copy to the clipboard.
İt's good only for those who can use Turkish language.. For me I found difficult because they didn't have English , i have got different than what I need , west my time 😡 and paid double for what i didn't order or didn't understand how it went. Hopefully they answer my email and return the items and money ☹️
I used to use this application on my device before, but I deleted it, then I tried to download it again and I couldn't download it, it gives an error, it's been like this for about 1 year
It doesn't have English options, plus I have no idea about the prices, yes I can Google translate but that's a lot of work. I'll be deleting this app since I'm unable to order a single thing.
