One of the worse app constant problems when placing an order and constantly always out of stock on products on the day they state they are available the company doesn't put enough time and effort on the app and is funny since they are a multi billion dollar company and can't even have a working app.
When common man is not able to use your apps then what is the use of making apps. And neither is able to get any kind of information about your product.Create strange apps User ID and password are kept...
Worst app.... very old version...i am struggling to do forgot password for my own....ZERO Star this app. Very slow and very bad working..not at all user friendly.
Everytime this application needs mobile authentication. No matter i have checked on remember me. Really a poor experience

The previous page button does not work on all page so sometimes you have to start from the beginning. There are no details or discriptions on any of the products. The app is slow and it's just not fun to use. It would be nice if these issues were fixed and had more functionality
Much better than the website, however quite slow and the "notify me" option on the out of stock products doesn't work. Some navigation areas once products are selected tend to be slow and order process can be frustrating if there is big volume orders
Love the app. Still an error when login fingerprint. And sometimes slow with certain areas, but overall. Thanks for the app. It will open lot more doors into the future for people not so good with technology.
The app is ok, but you really need to work on the navigation, like when I view a product, then open up a frequently bought together or recommended products, then I can't navigate back to my previously viewed products, even if I tap back. Which equals me having to tap through the product catalog, over & over again

App is very slow in responsiveness. Takes more than 5 to 10 seconds to just respond to a click. Even after so many negative reviews/feedback from customers, they didn't update the app for better speed and performance.

Too late in delivering items ordered throuh App. App is quite sluggish. Ordered on 12th Dec, as on evening of 15th Dec, they are yet to dispatch the order.

Horrible App for user interface. At no point of time, without a"Cart View" button on the top status bar, it becomes an herculean task to search & review your cart before checking out. Nobody is bothered to correct this anomoly even
User friendly interface and great experience
Uttar waste guys.. I was a part of herbalife few years ago, but now i dont have membership, so connected with 1 of the herbalife dealer, he suggested me to download the app and referred me.. He is big time waste, now he got credit for referral but my application was still under process for more than a month now.. And now i am unable to login also to this waste application, if i try to reset password it is asking some security questions which i never setup in the app.. Ugh. Worst experience.
Extremely slow app , it asks for verification code everytime inspite of activating finger sensor , whats the point of having fingerprint sensor when you have to make us wait like a fool for code and on the code page also there is a box ☑️ to check remember me , but it obviously doesn't remember anything since everytime i have to go through same ordeal . Order page also is like super slow , in today's world which app takes so much time to load data . I mean pathetic experience
