Very easy to navigate the app. They have an excellent showcase of items. Have not purchased anything yet, but looking forward to it and would sell items with them, with no worries or concerns.
It is great I wish I could actually talk to a expert in stead of texting everything. I wanted to send a picture but not sure if it worked. It just stopped working after sending the picture to expert.
So after I signed up for my account. Put my credit card on file and my bank account. Even took a charge from them for very small amounts. Then I finally find a book I been looking for and go to place a bid. Then I get a pop up that says please call customer service as we can not verify my account. If my account isn't verified then why did you charge my card.
I haven't had a single "hiccup" when accessing this app. You will find any and everything you are searching for as well as materials to learn from. If you cannot find the specifics you are looking for, the very knowledgeable & professional team members are always happy to help. Displaying swift response times that highlight their true care for you as a collector. If I could give Heritage 10 stars, I absolutely would! 💯 Thank you very much Heritage!!
Easy to use with clear, simple, interface and features all categories of what the website offers. You can buy, sell, and search a wide variety of older memorabilia never had trouble with this app and seriously would recommend it!
So far heritage auctions have displayed numerous examples of everything I have researched, They definitely give u many examples of value,pics, current and past sales or even what will be in the upcoming auctions...I have enjoyed my research thanks to heritage auctions...thank you so much for such an amazing app. 4211186
The app doesnt have quite all the features of the full website but is a great and simple way to browse and bid on your favorite auctions. Love it! We recently consigned some items for the Sports Collectibles auction and had a great experience! Thanks Heritage!
This is the best app to check and see what sales at Heritage Auctions. It helps me see what certain coin's sale for and the kind of coin's that are most looked at from buyer's. And there service is great because I'm soon to be having some of my graded coin's to be auctioned off from there. It's my number #1 go to every day to work with seeing what sales and how much coin's are worth plus what they sale for. A must have app if your a coin collector. Love it!

FIXED IN LATEST UPDATE v2.1.0: When you tap on the item image to get a closer look, the thumbnail icons at the bottom don't "minimize" as in the previous version of the app. Therefore they block the bottom 25% of the item image.
I just joined Heritage Auctions today and have had an overwhelming adventure once all the paperwork got completed. My self ,I'm fairly new to the Numismatic Industry, and just having one whale of a time. I just kick Myself in the rear for not having starting collect ing, 30 years ago. And now that I'm in full bloom, this is the perfect App that I have been looking for. And I would just like to Thank all the staff at Heritage for leading me through the system. Which is awesome. Be careful, these guys sell you products they don't have. I found myself waiting for weeks for something I ordered, and every time I called they told me "we have just received your item it's in our shipping department". For weeks they have been dishonest. Only later to charge hundreds of dollars for shipping. On top of the the 20% premium they charge
The search bar is frustratingly useless. Half the words I type the line will jump back a space and I get words spelled like "psoter" instead of poster. And if I type slowly I can see it jump back. Beyond infuriating
It would be nice to have more information about categories and different things on the app in addition to instructions on using the app itself because this is my first time of looking at selling anything at this auction. So for me a, layperson at this, I don't know what some of these filters are and some of the items wouldn't even let me click on them
Exceptional! Laid out well, you can browse easily or dig as much as you want. images are big. And its fast too. One of the best sites, period.

So far I've been satisfied with their inventory and their knowledge of products. I haven't sold anything yet so I can't rate any experience with that but overall function of their website and app is satisfying.
Heritage auctions is the best place to sell your coins. You get the highest price even when using the app. Navigation is very simple and will direct you 2 the proper page.
If you are new to selling collectables and coins, then this is the absolute best place that you could be. If you can read instructions and snap photos then you've got it made here, and if you want someone else to do the work for you...well Heritage does that too! Happy Hunting, & selling. Outstanding App. Been very well pleased with the whole interface of this app. What a wonderful site you guys have developed not only to buy but also to sell. Coins is my favorite, so many resources on everything. Great Job!
Surprisingly intuitive and responsive. It sends you over to the website for certain features which is a good idea.
Issues with going back to previous viewing. No options for dark screen mode. While searching, if entering a keyword and you try to delete it mid word. It will back delete leaving the previous letter. Hard to navigate, bids, lots, and orders. No multiple options to filter for viewing. No option to delete previously failed bids. No viewing preview of the buyers premium before entering your maximum secret bid. If you are outbid and rebidding it still holds previous bid. $10 ob) $30rb =$1030maxbid.
