Not intuitive, not easy to use, can't download banking transactions into my acctg software. When attempting to log in the text message to verify you're the person trying to access the account sometimes takes 15 minutes to get the verification code. When attempting to deposit a check through your mobile device you put the amount of the check and take the pictures of the front in the back check and then it tells you to write something on the back of the check like for mobile deposit only.
I have nothing but issues with the online service; It never likes my information and I know it is correct. If you do not get it fixed by the first time it says it is not valid information....no matter what I have tried it will not let me in. I have to call for assistance every time. Very frustrating.
My job (frustratingly) does not do direct deposits. I work long hours M-F and rarely have time to go to the bank. I was so happy to see that I could just use the app to deposit my check! Very simple and quick process. Especially helpful feature now that Covid is on the rise again.
For the most part it works. But when I'm pressed for time and I tried to deposit checks it gives me a hard time. But yes it is behind the times and needs to be updated compared to another credit union I belong to which their app is great!
Very easy to use! I highly recommend. It saves me so much time. Bill pay is excellent. If I have any questions or concerns my local Phillips branch is always there to help me. Excellent customer service!
Overall very useful. Internal transfers to pay a "member" is somewhat frustrating and not very intuitive.
It works. Moving money and applying for a loan is pretty easy. Just wish it show how many transactions between checking and savings
Simple to use. Compared to other apps, the design of the app is simplistic and easy to navigate. Well worth 5 stars.
Been with heritage for about a year and this app is great when I can remember my password. Its so easy to navigate and transfers are soo easy. (20yr old noob)
Took a bit to get use to kind of inconvant u have to have a password and user name for each checking account and a code but easy and fast to transfer money
I just wish we could see who taking the money. Like I payed so so for this purchase. Sometimes you cant see it enough so if I look back I dont always remember.
Great app easy to use. Easy to do mobile transfers, mobile deposit and get balance. Like it more than the online site.
Love it due to the lady at Ladysmith,Wi put the app on my phone for me and then took the time to show me how to use it..... Sorry Im 54 and my very first smart phone and still am learning after 8 months.
I really appreciate this opportunity to use the app 😊 but one down fall is how many times you can put your money in your account from savings to checking 😢
I still can't login. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same error message comes up. Y'all need to fix this
I felt this app was way behind times. It was very hard to use felt bulky and cumbersome it really needs a major update!
I think the app could use a few upgrades like finger print log in. I have used much let but so just ok
It keeps popping up an error message that I'm not connected to the internet when I am this is extremely frustrating.
Its a handy app but the "not connected to internet server (when I have full 4g signal)", is getting real old ..fix it
There's twice its randomly said that my password is invalid, but otherwise it's a decent app.
I love this app. I am in complete control of all of my accounts. It only takes seconds to make sure all is well financially.

Difficult to do transfers. Sometimes it won't open. Frequently 😶
Unless I was behind on updates or Maintenance was ongoing, this app has worked flawlessly.
It keeps telling me that I'm not connected to the internet, which is not true. None of my other apps have a problem with my internet connection.
The app is confusing and clumsy to use. Nothing is self explanitory. Also it is annoying to not be able to see the monthly loan payment due each month, only the total amount of the loan due.
