The old app worked perfectly. I use this app almost exclusively for depositing my checks since I dont live near a branch. The new and improved app signs me out every time I try to deposit a check. No help from the help desk,they recommend deleting and reinstalling the app which I have done 5 times. Useless! If it wasn't broke,why did they try to fix it??!!
This rating is for their website. I dont care what they do to the app because I use the site more. I liked being able to login and see everything at once including loan due dates and amounts due etc. Now you have to click click click click, its irritating.
Improved banking, very easy to use, have two accounts with them, and when I had a problem, they were very pleasant on the phone and handled it promptly.
Works well usually but I switched from fingerprint access to just imputing my password and it would not work, had to delete and redownload and now everything works again.
Would like to put this as a review for the entire company. The absolute worst bank i've ever been with. If i use my debit card for a bunch of purchases half of the charges will disapper for days on end and then when i go to check my bank account on monday i get blasted with the $30 overdraft fee. If i had $30 for everytime they charged me i would have close to $2000 right now. And sometimes they charge you sometimes they don't i have ahd them charge me $30 for covering a $5 overdraft.
The name is "ebranch" on the shortcut.. no mention of the name (throwing off alphabetical order), you can't get previous transactions, only TODAY'S BALANCE. boooo..
Uninstalling. Whenever my phone restarts I have to remembers to manually force close the app because it starts in the background, hogging resources and using data. This last time, it was enough to cause me to be charged for another G of data
Great way to manage your accounts and bank loans. However I wish some options were available without having to contact them to set it up.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always helpful. Better than any bank except one so far. Tied for the best in my opinion.
one of the only banking apps I've used that seems to work as intended.
Everything is right at the tip of my fingers. I don't have to leave my house it's great. If I do have any question I call my local branch and they help me through.
I love being able to see where my money is going and being able to transfer money into my checking account. It's especially great for the days I cant make it to the bank.

this app needs to be more hands on with everything having to do with the account and payments.
All the staff members have been very helpful and polite and do the best to answer any questions I have.

I like the new look of the app. It is streamline, and easy to read. I enjoy the ability to see our HFCU credit card account as well now. I'm still learning what the app can do. After a bumpy start (getting locked out multiple times at launch), we're finally running smoothly.
