This app sucks. When I take out money, it would update my account on the next 30min to an our meaning its inaccurate and slow. Shouldn't have to go to a ATM to check my balance because this app is slow!!!!
I Love this app! I can check the balance of my accounts, make transfers between my checkings and savings and the money is available asap and most importantly I can pay on my Rev credit card from this app!
So does the app go down often? App was working fine this afternoon while i was opening my account. Now its down and hasn't been up since. Not off to a good start. I like to be able to view and move my money whenever i feel the need to.
Awesome. Easy, intuitive, without issues. Being with this credit union for near 30 years, I'm happy their app keeps our relationship comfortable. Thanks. : )
Inaccurate account balances for checking and when taking pictures for mobile deposit, the check outline/guide does not align with the check.
Will not allow access to online banking. States, "Sorry Please enter valid login credentials." Yep, now locked out of my phone. Called the number, when I hit any option, it hung up on me. Now, I have been sitting in the queue to get someone on an online chat. UPDATE: In order for me to finally get access, I had to hit "Retrieve Credentials" and reset my password using the APP itself. I followed the instructions the email sent on my computer first and had access on the computer only, at first. Everything works great now. UPDATE to 2 Starts. No Mobile Deposits.
Easy to use, convenient. One thing I would like to see updated would be to easily find the routing number while logged into the app. I had to pull up the full website in a browser to locate because I could not find it in the app.
The app has improved since the system overhaul, however, mobile deposit is no longer as simple as it used to be. And we do not have access to pending transactions. My account shows that I should have $x but my available balance is lower. Why? We dont know since the pending transaction feature is gone. Please bring back so we know where our $$ has gone!!!
The bank personal are normally very courteous and helpful but this app is horrible. I was locked out of my account multiple times from this app and the older version and constantly get the error that it cannot display my account information. Had so many issues with the app and estatements im considering switching banks.
I love this bank because they gave me my first start at financial stability. And the app is just like, it it is very easy to use. I would just like to see them bring back the options of tapping on an item to see what the purchase or deposit was.
Had this app for a long time and LOVED it. Worked great especially when I lost my debit card and had to freeze it. Since the new update, it's completely useless. I can't even log in anymore. It was perfect the way it was.
I have been with HTFCU for a long time and this is a major disappointment. Like many of the other reviews I have read, its a total step back. I also followed the correct steps and still got locked out of my account. Customer service seems like they did not have a clue as to what happened when I called. I have a secondary account at another bank and their app is PHENOMENAL. The app developers should be ashamed of themselves. I am thinking about running for the Board of Trustees to make sure stuff like this doesnt happen and member's time and money isnt wasted on poor apps. DO BETTER HTFCU!!
The previous app was a lot more user friendly and allowed you to do mobile deposits of checks like other banks. In this new app, I feel as though they took a step back rather than forward. I do like that I can still log in with my fingerprint though.
Very easy to use. I have the app on my phone and I can go straight to my account with the touch of a fingerprint
I followed the instructions emailed to me, and I am now locked out of my account. Called the helpline and the automated system kept telling me the option I chose was invalid... after instructing me to choose that option. I don't generally have time to physically go to the bank, so this is really not cool.
Such great security you can't even access your own account. Log in as directed and it refuses to let you accept the terms and conditions. When you try to restart the app after trying to accept those terms 20 times, it tells you your password is invalid, call for assistance. When you call you get the "all circuits are busy now" message. No wonder. Did you guys have a 5th grader design this app?
Great app! Can do everything on the app I can do on the computer. Keep up the great work!
I HATE it. It was a mess trying to get in the system. Spent around 3 hours the first day in the lobby waiting to get logged in... about 2 more another day. While the actual people were super nice helping me I still can't see pending deposits and withdraws. And apparently you can't do mobile banking. Bring back the old one.
Overall this is a user friendly app. I really like being able to deposit checks with it. However, the ability to show and hide accounts is missing. I mention this because it is a feature I often use it on the website.
Transactions take hours to days to go through and the numbers showing how much is in your account is always inaccurate
This updated app is good WHEN IT WORKS!!!! For the last three weekends I've had trouble either not being able to transfer OR not being able to log in at all. WHY on the weekend when a member needs this app the most?
Super easy and fast service
Doesn't let me log in and when I tried it locked me out! This is bogus! I'll definitely be calling all the heritage trust federal credit union offices in my state to find someone to pick up my call later on! I'm not playing! When it comes to income and money it isn't a joke!
Love it! I can see all of my accounts, the dates of my transactions, where I used my debit card at too. You can also get a quick balance without having to open the account.
Works great! I don't have any problems with this app.
Clear, concise and secure
I love my REV acct. It's very clear as to what is in your account and where the money has gone as well.
I closed my account with Heritage Trust because of this app, and the website. I wasn't able to login to either one to check my account and everytime I called, I would get put on hold and subsequently hung up on.
Unable to login put in correct username and password forced to change it multiple time and even called to verify. Still unable to login tried ten time no luck at all. System check is flawed.
Very easy to navigate and do whatever transactions are necessary. However I don't like that it isn't descriptive about the transactions. I think it needs to have a more indepth description.
