To use the Heritage Valley Mobile Banking app, you must be enrolled as a Heritage Valley Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

I find it difficult to locate specific items and complete specific tasks. The interface between the credit union site and the credit card is very poor - difficult to navigate, to see payment, to see it you have already paid, to stop automatic payments etc.

The app itself works fine, but it is extremely insecure for a banking app. The first time you use it you have to enter your user ID, your password, and a 4 digit PIN. Every time after that it only asks for the 4 digit PIN to let you in. This is true even if you sign out and then force stop the app under settings. Next time in, you again only need to enter the PIN. So anybody who borrows, finds, or steals you phone and knows or guesses that PIN has access to all your bank accounts.
