I really like this. I just wish there was an ad-alternative to a paid game. But maybe I will purchase the rest. Hopefully there will be free alternatives or something. Adding powers like nature, lighting, ice, would be cool
100% worth the price to unlock all the chapters. Great read, excited to restart and go with different choices!
Love it i recommend for your own playthrough can't really ask more from a game like this and if you did and the author did it like the recent cheats and great updates then this author is my new favorite and Adreo I hope to be a lifetime fan of your works love it and I hope you create more choice books like or better then this I believe you can and hope you have a long prosperous I've bought every one of the hero villian series and will buy future books and also books you've already written
OH MY GOOOOSSHH I LOVED IT SO SO MUCH!! although i could only play the first 3 free chapters of it, i can guarantee you that it's a great game! as a bookworm, i thoroughly enjoyed the game~
No lie I am completely entranced with this game. There are so many different ways to play and it's a true rpg in book form. I highly recommend this to everyone!!!!
I love this keep it up I suggest you do the popular Genre of Hunters and magic beasts in the modern day and the difficulty levels should be S rank (easiest), A rank (Easy) and ect. And like hunter points to spend on stats and skills or magic. I also suggest that you make the stats more realistic like if you have strength 100 and you punch something it should break or if its durable fly through a wall.
I'll say the Cheat system makes this WAY better. I still thinks it's way too short for the cost but all in all its a good game.
Lack of dept , the story kinda boring , it not that diverse in storys and situations , words usage are mediocre . And definately not worth the money.
I really like the game. There are a few grammar errors here and there, but for the most part it's written well. If there's something that I would like added, it would be a save option. At least at the start of the game when you're finished customizing your character.
kind of short there are alot of choices yes but it can only take less than an hour to finish it hopefully youd add more choices in the next update
I really enjoy checking out all the different options and seeing where they end up. However, I must agree, I think that it should be rewritten with the aid of someone who has a lot more experience with worldly dialects. Certain dialogue and scenes could be rewritten to either flow better or make a lot more sense. Finally, I believe it could be expanded upon greatly. I was playing through the whole story about an hour ago, and found that some choices lack any continuity later on, or are one-offs.
This is an amazing choice driven game. I personally opted for a hero almost every time. It's a great game that I think the money for the full version is well spent. I only came across 3 things that I would change. 1: a grammar thing fairly early on that I forgot the specifics of. 2: there is a point where you get a text from someone and the game does not say who, I'm assuming it's the love interest of your choice. 3: limited career choices, I think it should maybe add just one or two more.
I was really enjoying the superhero adventure of the game, but the game takes a hard turn into scifi at the epilogue. I enjoyed the vast array of powers and freedom the game gave but it feels unfinished because of how short it is and how it rips control from you in the epilogue, which is so long. It kinda feels like it was rushed and clumsy at the end to try to entice you into the second book by stapling another genre to the story. I'm disappointed in this book and will be requesting a refund.
Having great difficulty making choices due to buttons being overly sensitive and choosing random options while trying to scroll down. I've had to restart the game more than a dozen times due to this bug (it even selected a random name that was off-screen while making my character!) and it's become very frustrating to the point of being unplayable. I've tried in both vertical and horizonal modes and it doesn't make a difference. Note that I've completed many other books of this type.
I love games such as this. It has a lot of potential, however, the game is rather short when you go for different endings; I would like to see the battle group chapter. But so far it hasn't been released (I dont know when it will be but I'd like to). Great character development however it lacks diversity in job plot lines. Overall: a pleasant experience
Great story with good options and multiple endings. Unfortunately I think the creators focused too much on variety and not enough on depth as a single playthrough feels very short. I know that puts them in a tough spot, obviously you want those games, especially one on super heroes, to have incredible variety in player choices, but you also want the readers to be able to enjoy their choices and options for a decent length of story. Because of these reasons, the game is for multiple playthroughs
Cliffhanger if you don't buy but otherwise great. You really feel like your writing a novel and it introduces the stress of balancing everything in a realistic way, give it a try, you might end up buying the full version. But could you make a like save button so I can go back even if like at the end of each chapter or 2 with the ability to turn it off for those who don't want it? Make it inconvient so its unlikely you would want to so its harder to cheat the system.
The story itself is repetitive. There seems to be a lot of exposition and less action. It's kind of slow at getting to the point. Everytime I thought it would pick up, it just let me down. I did like how indepth it goes into powers. A lot of other interactive stories about superheroes don't offer a wide varity of powers and abilities like this one does.
I really love this game, the battles and it's choices is really cool overall and I always come on the app store to see if new updates are being released. But, I feel like in the sequel they should add more immersion to battles. One, they should add an 'experience' stat gauge to the game, and plug-in a way to learn more powers that would sequence to their play styles. Overall, the game is pretty good.
Okay, But Could Be Great. A fun narrative that makes your choices really matter. But two huge issues hold this app back. One is that sometimes, not all the time, it will make selections without confirmation. So that person you were trying to ally with? You accidentally attacked them when you tried to scroll down. Terrible. And secondly there is no save system. Terribly tedius for multiple playthroughs. You will get sick of the story fast because of it.
Totally awesome. Captures the super hero genre perfectly. Couldn't put it down. Only knock on it is you can't do another play thru without erasing the previous character. Would love to be able to play and save multiple characters, otherwise a great game. Also I was using shadow powers but the control shadow ability wasn't accessible. You can pick it but it wouldn't show up during gameplay. Please fix this bug. I was looking forward to using thst ability.
THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE STORY. I paid for this, thinking there would be enough content to entertain me after the 3rd chapter for at least a week or two. I was wrong, and it seems like they want me to buy other apps to finish. I have gotten longer and higher quality content from other text games of similar price. I had other issues with the powers such as the story giving me options to become shadow even though I picked invisibility. There are typos, and the dialogue options are just bad at times.
Pros: - Many and varied powers. - Fun premise; though it's been done before. Cons: - Terrible, cringeworthy dialogue. - Very bad handling of generated text - the game has referenced characters with their names missing, referred to things I haven't done, as well as suddenly claim I had minions? - Alignment system flips on a dime, changing how characters react to you independently of how they acted earlier. - The worst ending I've read in years. - Time travel broke the game.
The writing is pretty bad. Awkward, wordy, overly lengthy, and unnatural dialogue is the first thing that stuck out to me, making it hard to get any emotional attachment to the characters, positive or negative, right off the bat. The general story and descriptions lack a flow and feel all over the place. I feel that the writing lacks it's own distinct voice. The power mechanics in the game are honestly very cool but don't make up for the writing.
Replayability is hard to come by in these games. Usually you get a good feel for the story and leave. Ive replayed this apparently 5 or 6 times and i think ive had a completely different story each time through
