A simple, bare bones app. Fairly easy to navigate once you spend some time familiarizing yourself with it. Shows you all the stats your watch records, and allows you to download different watch faces and manage what notifications get sent to your watch. Has a permanent push notification on the lock screen showing you your step count and step goal with no way to disable it in the app - you'll have to go into your phone settings to fix that if you don't want it constantly taking up screen space.

I've never had an issue with this app, which is a first for me with fitness watch apps. It is a bit hard to navigate certain parts, like finding past performance, but the basics are easily accessible. It would be amazing (5☆ worthy) if we could set multiple step goals for a day, I have a minimum before noon, then a minimum daily, & a 'great job' goal per day & would love if my watch could alert me when I've met each without having to change my goal 3 times daily! Never noticed any adds honestly.

Was having an issue with updating the weather. It took me days but I finally figured it out. I went to settings on my phone, found the app, then scrolled all the way down until you see where you downloaded it from (mine was Google Play)I clicked on it. When I went there, it told me to update but just going directly to the play store and then the app, it did not say it needed updating. Once I did that my weather started working. Happy again. Other than this issue it's worked fine.

It won't even let me download new faces, I had to reset my whole watch because it stopped connecting, so I had to re-download my watch faces and now the downloads keep timing out. Also the BP are waaaaay off. I mostly use for the step counter, now I'm starting to wonder if that's even accurate. I think it's time for a new watch. -_-

I found a way for weather to come on when the watch app doesn't want to work with its weather app. Of course as a backup until the weatherbapp on the watch starts working. I go on to the phone's weather app and it places the temperature on the notice messenge app that's on the watch......update all is working now. I please and happy with it. Update date on post. Please update the app because the sleep function stop working. It said no data and the data on the app is working. So it should work.

Not really happy with this watch. Half the time it doesn't show my steps; it only shows 0. Other times, it counts steps up to a certain point, then stops. Weather won't show at all. Would not recommend.

I like the app but have some issues with the sleep hours never being correct. It doesn't seem to start counting until well after midnight and then I'm up at 3:45, so it never shows the right sleep hours. Only complaint I have.

The app seems simple enough. I would suggest allowing the user to edit there workout names in the exercise section. It would even be cool if it just had a generic "workout" generic title to cover all workouts.

Good for what it is but.... I havent been able to open the app since the latest update. It no longer sends all my messages through to the watch despite the boxes being ticked. Only shows sleep at normal hours and isnt correct when it does e.g i go to sleep at 9pm it records from midnight. Its a good watch/app combo if you cant afford the named brands but work still needs to be done to it.

After reporting to the developer that the app did not start they updated their app promptly and fixed the issue! Thank you very much for sorting this. The app works perfectly and records steps/distance/heart rate and everything else very accurately including sleep patterns. I made the best purchase😊

Works fine on my new phone. Played around with app on my son's older phone as the watch is for him, but the app wouldn't open. Tried newer versions of heroband that did open on his phone but didn't recognise the watch. This app, once on my new phone, opened fine and found the watch, but make sure you reset watch & connect to it first via Bluetooth.

Good for what it can do. I'd like to see more choices on watch faces and if they could add an ECG function that would be huge step up. I wouldnt buy a watch that uses this now and would only get one that does an ECG.

Pretty good for the price, it's definitely not all accurate but thats to be expected. However, it's now repeatedly told me the app 'keeps closing' and won't let me use it, so hopefully this is a glitch that is fixed ASAP

The app is useful to set up the device. Unfortunately, my watch has stopped counting steps. There is no troubleshooting guidance on the app

When trying to add a device to the app, it doesn't see it. Even though the phones Bluetooth sees it and says an app is required to use it. I have tried for hours and I can't give up, as my wife brought the smartwatch as a Christmas present. Edited- finally got everything sorted. You must scan the QR code on the smartwatch after downloading the app. Now seems to be working properly. Upped to 3 stars, because of the issues in setting it up.

I don't get any notifications on the watch even though I set up certain message systems. It's a difficult interface on the watch itself and I have to turn off the screen to go to another "app" on the watch. It was on super sale so fortunately I didn't spend too much on it and I like being able to at least check the time, otherwise I would send it back. I also can't fine any contact info to ask questions. I don't recommend it.
