My watch worked for a day and now it shuts off completely, acting like I've drained the battery within the first 3 hours of using it, with a full charged battery. It disconnect to my phone, so I have to connect it and get it to pair. If this app and watch doesn't get fix, then I'm getting a better one.
Worked fine for the first 3 weeks then suddenly stopped. Says my watch is connected but will not show anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still won't work. It was great when it worked.
so irritated can not get the app to work and the face of the watch is not even. i have tried to get the app to work several times but it will not let me register. i have tried with different emails and passwords but keeps saying registation failed.
It's a good app but really wish I could get my text messages on it. I can get my phone calls and my social media notifications but really would like my text messages too. I have an android phone. Will give 5 stars when this can be fixed.
This app is not too bad, although hard to pair up with the smart watch. Bit pointless though, as the 'smart' watch gives dubious ECG and blood pressure readings.
It automatically sets my watch to sleep mode at 10 pm and "wakes up" at 7 am. I work an odd shift and am actually in bed between 8:30-9 and up at 3 am. I don't like how I can't change this feature.
It will not pair with the watch. I love it except fo this problem. I have heart problems and low blood pressure with TBI which has caused me to have horrible seizures. Idk what needs to be tweaked however, take care of us , y'all have newer I get it. This doesn't make me want to upgrade . so 2⭐⭐.5 for now.
I have been tryng for several hours to get this watch to connect amd it aint doing nothing!!!! I'll just buy another watch causethis aint it
very good all as should be, however would be better if had choice of more intervals of auto heart rate detection, instead of only hourly, every 15 or 20 minutes would be better.
I like the app and the watch. Is there a way to set up the time? For some reason on my watch the analog display is 1 hour behind compared with the digital one. Thank you.
I looked the old app this one does NOT connect to my watch at all, does not let me do again until I let the app run my phone. THANKS but I will go buy a different watch. Can't load my health info at all. Not impressed.
The thing that annoys me the most with this app is that when you set an alarm, there is no way to tell wether the device received the command
Dear developer Whenever I refresh my phone the samrt watch and HeroBand ll connection breaks. And I can't get the information. Can you provide a better solution.
I can't get my heroband to do anything regularly. It keeps going back to zero and setting the time at midnight.

The app worked for a while, but then disconnected from my device and won't reconnect.
I like it but wish I could find accessories for it my band is broken and cant find anything compatible please help really love this watch
Unable to get it to band to notify me when I get text messages.
Please add more HRV functions like continuous hrv and ecg measurement with real time curve display! Real time display of hrv! So many other apps can do that but not yours!

How to connect or sync with Google fit app
it has not been a very good experience. my watch band broke week 1 but I was able to fix it. buy my biggest complaints, when a text message comes through you cannot respond and you dont have time to see it. next the app doesn't work with other fit apps such as google fit or samsung health which are connected to apps that give discounts for working out and walking. can you please fix this.
