This used to be a great game 3+ years ago. Now, nothing but a buggy, money grabbing game with programmers/developers that either don't know what they're doing or just don't care. Sad. I used to love this game. Now I'm just frustrated as hell. 12/16/21 The game is totally messed up. It's been freezing and quitting for a while lately, but today it was unbearable. It quit 2 times and froze 4 times. I checked for an update, restarted my device and cleared the cache, but it still crashes.

This app used to be good to play before September 2021! Now it's junk freezes up and kicks you off and takes more clicks to do things! The game was so much better before the big update last year! Now ucool doesn't care and takes your money and won't or don't fix problems! They don't compensate you for your time and their screw up! Game is trash any more!

I have a huge problem that needs the game support.. the heroes skills are disappeared so I can't upgrade them

They do not fix problems they create more problems they do not test the application before deploying changes

The longer this game goes the worse it gets. I retract my 4 stars to 1. Its now pay to progress. Not even pay to win. And the $$ required have become ludicrously high. I've had this game since just after release. The most recent updates make it near impossible to progress without spending lots and lots of $$. This game with not survive much longer.

Lol wow this game is literally just getting worse with each update.. you literally have to pay to level up a char while it used to free. Otherwise it will literally take you maybe a year of free to play to level up 1 guy.

This is exactly what I expect from a casually played game. I don't spend money on it. If you are just playing it to fill time when you are bored it is fun and entertaining. If you expect to be the best at everything and want to spend money go ahead its a game, not a relationship.

(Edit: 09/12 p2w increased with update. New update 05/21. New feature only way to level up reasonably is to buy it. It will take at least a DECADE at free play to reach the highest levels.)The game has become extremely glitchy, with it crashing regularly on old game features. Game barely works with wifi on and has issues without wifi. It's like the game has reverted back to it's 1st month at launch. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME. It's almost as bad as an asset flip or scam game on Steam.

Too many glitches. It takes 2 hours to do what should only take 10 minutes. Y'all really need to fix your game.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Game at one point was well worth the time and effort. Now its just a bottomless pit of spending to stay competitive which only benefits new players. Ucool has thrown the middle finger to old time players like myself who been around since 2014. The new awakening feature (which they ripped off from another game) has made it complete pay to play now. Skins while expensive was still beatable based on skill of using heroes to beat it. Just keep spending and you can hold rank without doing anything unless someone else who spends as much is around to fight you. For reference of how bad its become, in Grand Tournament I have seen 3 to 5 teams completely annihilate a lane of 800+ teams - yeah sure that's balance. Don't waste your time of eventually you will regret it as many of us have. SUPPORT - please do not lie, power is endless ONLY if you spend into new system that ruined my once powerful account from the old way prior to this.

Quickly losing its appeal. Have been playing for years. And it has gotten ridiculous how much they have made it PAY to try to keep up. In order to be even slightly competitive i have spent several hundred dollars. At least once a month they put on events to entice more money out of us. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. sad that people will pay 100's a month to play any game. But if u want to compete it will take 1000's. CRIMINAL!

Played the game for about 5 years. It became really bad P2W. Used to be events on holidays. You could spend some cash and get some good rewards. Now they are non stop. I will say a little money goes a long way in this game with gems. But, there's always more to buy, and it definitely gives you an advantage. Fun casual game. I stuck with it for forever because I put so much time and money into it. Haven't played in months. Probably never will again.

This game was good a few years ago when I used to play. The game is so jammed up and cluttered with "sales" it's impossible to play the game. Even if you manage to see what's left of your screen the game crashes at least once ever 3 to 5 minutes. Complete trash avoid at all costs.

Loved this game when I was playing it on IOS devices for years and got to a very high level. But changed device and now started a profile on the Android system, I thought having to start from scratch would annoy me and make me quit, BUT.... If anything, starting the game again from level 1 has renewed my love for the game, also this time round I know where to focus my resources etc.. Brilliant job guys! Even if you P2P it doesn't cost much compared to similar games. My FAVOURITE tablet game

I have been playing this game for a few years off and on. I had gotten the Sword Master hero, I didn't begin to level him right away. When I did start, there was some update and he totally disappeared. He is not in my to be unlocked, unlocked or not yet summoned. Where is he? I contacted Ucool and they claimed to not find any records of my having the hero. After all of the run around, I just figured forget it. I can do without having him. This was a dishonorable act. Not cool, Ucool.

Been playing this game for 5 years now and im over it. It's so money hungry and pay to win now its not funny. It used to be semi fair, but tgey addee skins that cost $170 AUD and now awakening monsters events you have to buy to use properly at $52 or $176 AUD, not to mention buying expensive tiers because they don't give you enough to actually reach the end or stuff you can't actually do because youve played so long. Unless you have literally thousands of $$$ to spend just to keep up, avoid.

You claim that you dont force players to spend any money, but you do indirectly. You give a huge advantage to players who spend literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars and those who dont spend anything are left behind big time. There are things only available by purchasing with real money. Being patient doesn't pay off if I cant only get certain items by spending money. This whole thing is a money grab scheme. I'm not just saying that, I've been playing for years so I'm not new.

Played this game on and off over the years. It is a great competitive play. Ptw is available but doesn't interfere with what you want to do. Meta holds solid for a month or so and variety balances it. There are plenty of mini games that keep you away from people that have spent real money. The main commodity is your time. Skill does come to play when choosing matchups. I appreciate that you can play for 5minute here and there allowing real life to happen.

Sadly this game is on a downhill slide that looks more like an avalanche. Every new feature breaks more and more of the existing functions and the devs answer to that is raise the level cap and add more purchasable upgrades. I'm pretty sure they are just milking the whales for all they can before this game goes completely belly up.

The best thing you can do with this game is delete it from your phone. Unless you have the required amount of money to buy your way to the top. You will always need to understand that customer support isn't real and only money will get you a response. I've played for 5 plus years. And this years is the worst. Pay for play doesn't even work. Cannot log on without wifi eventhough wifi isn't required. You'll be able to log on to spend money but not play the game. Was once a great game has been KIA.

I loved this game. Played it for years. Have spent God knows what and assumed theyd always take care of me and the game but last few months Ive come to realize that Ucool doesn't care about its customers, paying or non paying ones. Many of the games features don't work anymore and customer service doesn't even bother replying when you attempt to inform them of the issues. Do yourself a favor and try a different game otherwise you'll be very upset.

Used to be the best game around. Now, the developers are only interested in $. Too many changes, noobs that spend the $ can beat many of the longest active players. Not fun anymore. Considering quitting and finding something worthwhile.

Game was great but over these past two years it's become more and more pay to win. At one point I would happily throw money down but now it's like I have to drop a few hundred every so often. Still a fun game but not what it once was.

The game itself is verry nice but crashing often and verry expensive;the suport team seems inexistent.There are to many errors in booty cave ,time trials,war of gods and many others.I played this game 4-5years ago and then you still had a chance to evolve with a few hundred pounds but now you need a few thousands and even so because of the multiple errors sometimes you are held back and the suport team does not even bother or cares to answer or offer the compensation.

I will try to keep this short because I can write a novel on how bad this game went and how bad the customer service is. First thing first, expect to never get help from the puppets called support. All they do is copy and paste the usual "we'll forward this to the devs to consider future improvements". While it sounds legit it never happens. New awakening feature has literally ruined the game for all players mainly older ones who been around for 4 to 6 years and have spent thousands already only to have awakening devalue the accounts to nothing. For myself while I have the majority of toons maxed out on the level needed they're useless now as awakening has ruined all my progress of 6 years playing. Just hit 115 but means nada as players with high awakening and being level 100 can beat you because they spent more. Tournament signups down at all time low, outdated shops for years on, War of Gods boosters, GT meaningless rewards, Championship ruined by awakening and players boosting, awakening cheaters somehow, etc. Can go on forever but my only recommendation is play something else and save your money. I spent too much and ucool ruined my account with this "new feature" and all others in my situation who carried this game all these years feel the same way. REPLYING - no changes can be made to make it better at my point. I have absolutely nothing to do in the game. Farming is literally irrelevant now with awakening being the end all to compete. Hero development gone, only boost awakening heroes that are useful which is maybe 10 at best. If you expect me to spend more keep dreaming. When my account (which was a top account on my server) gets devalued due to new feature I am not spending more once again to compete, nice try.

The game is still unplayable. Crashes at every area. Having trouble with Google play store services. Cannot play except raid and keeps kicking me out of the game.
