I want to erase my information before I delete the app. However, there is no clear way for me to do this. Also, no response to my request to delete my information. Overall, not super intuitive for anything besides posting info and hitting the apply button. Also, time allowed for response videos is very short. Beyond that, I have concerns about job applications being treated like Tinder profiles (employers swipe left or right on candidates based on 45 seconds of video).

This app was good in theory (especially now with the pandemic) but it was developed very poorly. You can only apply to 3 places a week?? Like any unemployed person would know it's way too little. Unless of course you get 3 friends to join, clearly see their priorities. Not to mention the app is super glitchy every where. And the videos you upload are way too short and too limited in what you can talk about, you should have more freedom. They also try to be "hip" at every turn and fail every time

Keep crashing while recording. Button only there to hopefully push to record but doesn't light up or anything to let you know if it's recording. Push button again to stop but can't watch video. Can retake but left wondering if the system took the new recording. Accidentally double push or finger stay too long on the button and it stop recording.

I use a Samsung. The edge7. I spent two hours trying to get my phone number verified just to find out later it only supports iPhone. No problem, I used my brother iphone so I could verify and get into the app. I like the concept of recording videos to show managers and to see why they should hire you. I recorded myself, applied for 3 positions with it, only to find out later that 2 of my videos have been deleted. I still don't know if this will affect my applications. This is not fully developed

I dont think this app is compatble with androids. When it does work, its pretty good, but it doesnt 90% of the time. Crashes, freezes and glitches. I reinstalled it and was suppose to recieve a verification code. I cant recieve it and now possibly because this app doesnt i may miss out on a job oppurtunity i need since i was told to use this buggy app. Please fix devs.

After recording my 4 profile videos 4 different times and never having them save, and having the app crash every time I tried to apply somewhere, I decided the only use this app has is to find out where people are hiring so I can go to their website or in person and apply that way. Neat concept, but the execution is straight up garbage.

I had several issues with this app. The first main one was that I was scheduled for an interview at a restaurant that new nothing about the app nor had any jobs open. Second, you can only apply 3 times a week. Third, the app constantly crashed.

This app is super glitchy. I've spent over an hour trying to set up my account but my videos dont want to upload. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it hoping it works. If so many employers are using this app there not gonna be able to see everyone who is trying to apply cause it wont let them. It's a good concept but should have been beta tested more before releasing to the public. And the fact you are only allowed 3 a WEEK?!!! I got 1 interview after putting in dozens of applications

App will not open just says "new chat featured to scheduke your interviews faster" it is completely updated and still will not open or start. Terrible app, I am extremely annoyed because I was requested to submit an application via this app instead of normal resume by the company. One more overcomplicated and unnecessary stressor of being unemployed.

I've been very successful in using the Heroes Jobs app to find great applicants! Easy to navigate, and the employees of Heroes Jobs are friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to use this as one of our main forms of hiring :)

I downloaded the app, had it send the verification code, but there is no place to enter the code! The screen won't advance to anything but the "resend code" countdown screen, so I can't actually get anywhere!

For The Most Part it is Good, a little slow.. and it just says click on picture..but does not state you have to hold camera like circle, while recording... I Just thought there was an issue with the app.

It would be nice if the app actually worked. When you try to apply for a job, it freezes and the profile and videos (which they REQUIRE you to create) never get sent to the employer.

I got hired right away....only have to fill out one application and can use it to apply to multiple businesses. Also an agent calls you to find a perfect job match...fantastic app

Very clear that this app just wants more people to join. Zero percent do they actually care about the unemployed. I can only apply to 3 places before I get a dumb message saying my limit is maxed. Honestly might as well just add the "get 3 more applications for $0.99!" Would be more honest that way. Wasnt experiencing any bugs, but now I am. Cant even get a human to talk to

At first I downloaded it because a job I applied to on indeed said they could do a "screening " better on this app but I didnt like how it made me do 4 videos I get that those are some questions they'd ask at an interview but It was very frustrating and then to top it off I got EXTREMELY IRRITATED because it kept telling me that the app stopped working and I decided to delete and download it again but theirs no login button and when I signed it it said my phone number isn't eligible..

Heroes jobs made my life easy to find a perfect job for me. Quick with interviews and very professional work to the app for a start up. I hope there will be more features in the future.

Can't upload videos and when I try the screen goes black on my chromebook and brand new note 10+. Trash. Don't waste your time trying to contact customer service. They're not existant.

This app is horrible. It doesn't even load your location correctly. The verification code doesn't work and it doesn't show you jobs near you. A complete SCAM

I give you my number and I never received a code. I thought this was for jobs search

A place finally messaged me back and the app keeps crashing everytime i open that message and cant read it, i went on another device to see if it works and it still doesnt

Thought this app was good in theory. Until I uploaded my interview videos 3 times just to have them call me another 8 times telling me the videos need uploaded. For one I never gave you permission to call me, for 2 when I upload something onto an app because an employer tells me to then I expect that video to be uploaded. Not being harassed by a company that doesn't post what you try to post. Nobody download this app it's a joke.

This App was designed to be very stupid. What makes the App more confused is the Advertising interviews to promote the restaurants (No way to pause the ads or turn off the ads) above the lightning icon button. I'm turned off by applying for jobs through this App.

This app completely sucks you have to sit here and only fill out three applications you have to be contact by an interviewer first before you be able to fill out another set of three applications this is horrible and I've been to three interviews and all three interviews was actually racist and it's Only two joB option on here chipotle and panda express

This was so helpful in finding a job. I moved out to San Fran for college knowing no one and nothing about the area and this app made it possible for me to find a job quickly. I definitely recommend whole heartedly ✌

Can't record welcome videos. Screen is absolutely black when I press record. This is happening on my Samsung Chromebook and my new Note 10+.

Everytime I try to open the app it says there's a new update available, takes me back to the app store, and there's nothing to download so I'm stuck on that screen and cant use the app at all...

I'm unable to get past the phone number part and it send the code but I never received it could be better and use email like all the other kinds do when it sends a code ... a few weeks later I get in and put in the application and get rejected I hate this

I was scheduled an interview, but when I showed up at the exact time at the exact address, the store manager was unaware of the interview.. I felt embarrassed so thats how my first interview went.

Horrible, I cant even upload any videos without it crashing and freezing up. A job I'm applying for wants me to use the app to apply and I cant even do that. This app is God awful.
