Facebook log in eror 30102..still not fix the problem since 2017
I played this game for 4 years and overall my impression is good. The thing that made me happy a lot is that there are minor updates in game which makes it less deserted. And I hope there will be some major changes to it, cause some of options were removed or inactive. Players would appreciate to get something new and return some of its old features.
I've been playing this game for some time now it's really fun besides the fact that some features/events of the game is not happening like daily rewards, and lucky boxes. Also when I bought something in this game and my game suddenly crashed, I relogged in and I didnt get my package, I troed messaging them through gmail but no response. I hope you can fix those errors/problems because IF you did it will be a good game.
Unplayable just says server data out of sync. Ive uninstalled game and tried everything but it's been a few days now and still same thing so will not be recommending this game to anyone since developers can't even fix problem or have game ready when they launch it. Terrible development team and launch
Can't play the game anymore stating an error message that can't connect to server, to check my Internet connection and it returns to main menu. Today it went on maintenance but issue continues... So I'm getting free space and uninstalling it.
Cannot retrieve my old account because of an error that restarts the game "data out of sync". Apparently I'm not the only person with this problem. Such a sad way to have a game die.
Scam, Just trying to get your contacts, first it won't let you in until you give it permission to access your contacts, and once you give it, it won't let you play, will keep popping error on start screen.
30 minutes squandered on asset downloads, only for the server to be uncontactable. Return to main menu and make a second attempt to join the same server... only to begin downloading all of the same assets AGAIN! Completely futile waste of a download.
Game will not load. It says the server is out of sync. Tells you to contact the in game support if the problem persist. How can you do that if the game doesn't load?
Horribel, absolutely horrible. After The new company took over, zero support, zero responses. Facebook login doesnt work, personally, my 6 year old account is gone. Do Not download this.
Have recently tried to install the game again today 5/19/21 have left acouple of reviews seeing if any updates have been made. A year later still wont connect to facebook to retrieve a linked account. Sent a ticket over a year ago no get no response 2/13/20 still no responseFirst review on 2-11-20, today is 2/12/20 still
Just logged on my account is completely deleted have to start completely over and was at like lvl107 and had some awesome celestials and have to start from the beginning again ridiculous
It used to be amazing. Now it doesn't even work and i don't want it to after what i saw when the game went through an overhaul
The game keeps telling me that I'm not connected to the eble server when I AM connected So you better fix this or you'll forever get one star from me😡!

Lvl 105 about 3 years of time invested all gone. Worst dev team you will find in the gaming industry i think.

Very good game, i love the small updates. I wish we get more updates and more events 10/10
