Great that you can see what books you have out on loan. Very annoying that there is no renew all option and you have to go through each individually. It takes a very long time to do this.

Very clear and easy and understanding too I like reading books and magazines.

Can no longer search for ebooks in this app. I used to search for books that had won awards, or in foreign languages. Now it takes you straight to borrowbox, which doesn't have advanced search options. Pls put the ebook search back on the library app.

Not easy to log in. Android phone doesn't seem to remember userid and pin, and cannot paste them in from my password app.

Fantastic connection to the library services without the need to visit if your not going in just for books etc. Some slight improvements such as paying library fees but overall a nice designed app

Easy to use to check what I have on loan . But I mainly use this to search and reserve and this app does not allow scrolling down when book details are shown so I cannot see all the copies available nor sometimes even access the reserve button

Quick to use but I can only manage one account on the app which is a pain as I also need to manage my 2 young children's accounts too.

Nice app but I'm disappointed that Hertfordshire libraries has paid companies like pressreader and rbdigital that do not work through this app.

Downloading this app was literally the best decision I've ever made

I wish like wisepay you could have more then one account. I have two children, always have to log out and into their accounts. Even being able to save card details so not haveing to look for library cards when you need to quickly renew books.

Good app, but missing imp features likr support for multiple accounts, not getting loan renewal reminders. Please improve.

It's an okay app - does the job - but every so often things glitch, and the catalogue feature is too basic. It's really handy when its not experiencing difficulty though.

It is okay for checking opening hours and book return dates, but the most important bit, the catalogue search is the worst search tool I have ever seen. When entering more than one word it just brings up loads of irrelevant titles with seemingly no way to get better results.

Great idea. My daughter starts a new school soon. With a long reading list. Some ebooks. App wont even take our log ins. And keeps crashing

I've had no problems. However, the search catalogue feature is rather basic with no option to filter results.

Good app but would be useful to be able to have access to previous loans as I keep forgetting what I've read.

Doesn't do anything well. All I wanted was a catalogue search. Total waste of time. If it was trying to put people off libraries it succeeded. I love libraries. Given the funding pressure I hope this didn't cost anything. The latest version has improved functionality but rinses your battery. Uninstalled immediately.

Checks book availability, reserves and renews. Dated app but doesn't affect functionality.

I was in great need of an app like this and for me this ticks all the boxes. Installed and homepaged.

It is okay

Whole app freezes regularly. Charges incorrect, cannot scroll through loans, please fix as it could be so good...but isn't. After selecting any option everything blanks out and I have to restart the app. Other function like events, ebooks do not work. UPDATE: new update fixed it all, very happy, fantastic app!

The vertical Scrolling through the catalogue, details and loans doesn't work anymore. Please fix asap.

Some buttons do nothing. Some timeout. Sometimes the app hangs completely. Pretty poor really. A shame as library users are in dire need of an app like this.

Wish that I could save more than one account though, as I have 2 children with library cards too!

This app when you try to read e-magazines or e-papers it redirects you to different paying sites which can charge you, after they have taking your e- mail, name & passwords. We already pay for libraries through our council tax no charge for mags or papers there. I don' like being conned through the back door! Do councils sell our information to these companies ? They do with the electoral roll.

However, some suggestions: how about a logout button on every screen. Couldn't it remember my library card number and pin? Phone notifications for loans reaching their renewal date...?
