Hexa Knot

Almost perfect puzzle app. Larger puzzles can be tricky, and that's great because they are especially satisfying to solve. The game is so good that I am playing it through a second time after playing all 500 levels. I have a few complaints: I wish there was a dark mode. Next, it seems to drain battery - maybe dark mode would help here. Last but definitely not least: I know the dev has to make money but I wish I could purchase the game and get rid of the fairly frequent ads. The in-game music seems pleasant but I can't enjoy it because I turn sound off due to the ads. The ads can be skipped after 5 seconds which is why I didn't subtract a star, but it would be nice to pay a couple/few bucks to get rid of them completely.

A simple game with no pressure to score points, and no impossible levels that require you to buy power ups. Anyone can play this game. Sure it gets more difficult as you progress, but you tend to work out ways of solving it that apply to any level, regardless of how many pieces are involved. No quirks, no glitches. Just a well-programmed, enjoyable game.

Different sort of puzzle, requiring more intuition than logic - though it is logical as well. Easy and fun at first, becoming steadily more challenging. I have no great skill with it but I keep getting drawn back in. Two weeks later. Giving it five stars. There are tricks to be learned. And getting it all in place is still such a delightful surprise that I often laugh out loud when unexpectedly it all locks into place. Love it.

Very enjoyable, using a similar concept to the table game Tantrix. If you like HexaKnot, consider the actual Tantrix. There are quite a lot of ads. I'm all for game developers being allowed to eat, and aware that ad revenue can be quite small. Please give players the option to buy an ad-free version, there are sometimes one ad per level if you've taken your time with it. If not for the veritable flood of ads, all of which are click-off-able in a nanosecond, this review would be 5 stars.

No obnoxious ads makes this a relaxed puzzle but it needs something more. It feels like I can just solve this without any thinking by just trying out stuff. Usually puzzles need some deep logical thinking. I'm not really sure why this feels less of a puzzle game but the levels for example are also not clear. Rather you just are presented to a new puzzle when you solve the past one. So it feels less of a puzzle game and more of an activity.

Loved this game after playing for ten minutes! It's very addictive, makes you think and it's very satisfying to complete a level; especially when you think you're stuck and things suddenly fall into place! As I'm an electrician it resembles a tangle of wires which need sorting out! I don't often review apps but this game deserves it.

Very much enjoyed this game. Clean and seamless interface, really nicely done. Downside is that it's very samey. I completed all 500 puzzles in less than 2 weeks, although they got bigger in size they weren't any more challenging. Also a shame it does not connect to Google Play games. Would have liked some challenges and rewards.

SUPER ADDICTIVE! This game is a wonderful combination of relaxing yet challenging and I was so sad to finish all the levels. Please, please create more puzzles and even harder levels.... I'm even considering going back and playing all the levels again. P. S. To the devs, as an upgrade it might be nice to allow colour customization as sometimes the primary colours get tedious.

Lovely tile arranging puzzle. Mechanics are very simple: press on a tile & then press on the tile you want to swap it with. For all but the tiny & small it's best to arrange the edges first, then try to find the rules that can only go in one or two positions. Diverting and aesthetically pleasing.

I love puzzle games and this one certainly doesn't disappoint. It is not fast paced and that is a good thing as it is full of tricky levels that takes a lot of patience and thought to solve. Very nice clean and clear UI and nice graphics, this is going to be keeping me busy for a long time. Great work indeed.

Wonderful puzzle game! I have real tiles like these but it's impractical to carry them around with me, and even when I'm home, I don't always want to sit at a table to play, plus my cats like knocking the tiles off the table. This app? Portable and cat-proof! What more can you ask for?? Actually, there is one thing: Developer, please please PLEASE make a premium version! I'd cheerfully pay money, both to get rid of the ads & reward you for an excellent app!

Very addictive. You soon develop a system for solving which gets sort of robotic as it only works if you stick rigidly to it, but despite this it is still addictive. You can skip the easier levels. A real time waster.

totally addicted grabbed me quick it's fun the first time I played I went to level 90 before I stopped and took a break I can't stop playing it there needs to be more games like this i definitely recommend it fun fun fun (2019) ** I had completed this ENTIRE GAME in 2019... It gets very challenging towards the 4th chapter- but i never quit the game. When i finished I was SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED the makers of the game didnt even have ANY remarks like▶ "congradulations u have completed our game!"

Easily the first puzzle game in a long time able to keep me invested and able to keep playing until the levels all were done. Got me through a semester of college, and I'm going to miss this game as I progress forward in life.

Loved it! Lots of levels, gradually more difficult. Recommend it as a time filler. And a huge plus: the ads are not obtrusive - they only appear between levels, never interrupt the game

Great little puzzle. Once you figure out the formula it flows really well. Adverts are short and unobtrusive. Bit of a battery muncher though. Seems to need a lot of power.

Lovely game music is very relaxing and encouraging, game is extremely smooth and very well polished. Way more content than I would have expected. I just wish I had a option to pay 2 or 3$ to get rid of the adds

challenging enough to be fun, but not so hard it's frustrating. the controls are simple and never glitch. ads are not intrusive and only come between levels.

Love the puzzles, perfect for occupying your mind without being overly difficult. Also had a great experience with the developer when I had an issue with the ads I was seeing.

I love the puzzles but being served an ad after everyone of them is just too much. I'd happily pay for an ad free one but that doesn't appear to be an option as of now. Uninstalling until it is.

Very comfortable game. It controls well and looks nice. The ads are sparse enough that they're not a nuisance. It's a very competent, relaxing product.

This game is great. With a clean design, simple but enjoyable gameplay, and little to no ads, this is everything someone could want in a free game.

I find it very therapeutic. Enjoyable but low pressure. As levels increase in difficulty you start to learn more tactics to completing quicker.

just a satisfying puzzle game. if there was an animation i wanted to see when you solved a puzzle, like when you win a game of microsoft solitaire it would be perfect.

Somebody stop me pls... This game is crazy addictive! Simple mechanics. One suggestion to devs - please consider making the lines color-blind friendly - perhaps add shading to the different color lines. I'm having a little trouble making out the difference between the green and the orange lines (I'm a mild deutan).

Relaxing and easy to pass the time with throughout the day. Clean and polished. I'd gladly pay a buck or two for an ad free version if it were available.

nice simple puzzle on first 100 levels to get use to it , no pressure with time to complete , just passes time when doing ,there are harder levels with 100 on each ,great fun thanks

Out-freakin'-Standing! Originality is excellent! Jigsaw puzzle with a different twist! (No pun)! Corners first, edges next, and solving the middle becomes easy! Not for toddlers or the color blind!

Fun puzzle but the ads after every solved puzzle is getting annoying. Wish there was an option to remove ads. Once option is available definitely 5 stars
