HOW TO USE HEXI BICYCLE?
Just follow 3 easy steps:
1. Register on Hexi App
2. Unlock Bike by Scanning the QR code on the bicycle/Lock. Start your Ride
3. Once you reach at the destination, locate nearby Hexi station using app, lock the cycle MANUALLY and END TRIP on the App

ABOUT HEXI APP
1. Download Hexi App
2. Signup with your mobile number (verify using OTP)
3. Create Password
4. Login to App
5. You will land on Home screen i.e. Map with all nearby Hexi Bikes and stations (Blue Pins for Standard Bikes & Orange Pin for E-Bikes) plotted on it.
6. Buy Subscription (separate subscription for Standard & E-Bikes)
7. Home screen has UNLOCK BIKE button for you to Unlock Hexi Bike by Scanning the QR Code on lock. Complete your ride and park the bicycle at hexi station (Shows as P with blue & yellow or Orange Pin on map).
8. Lock cycle manually. Click on END TRIP within the App.
9. Left slider Menu will allow you to access all other option available within the app (Top Left Button)
10. You can access & Edit your profile by clicking on your Name field at the top of menu. Profile screen will also give you option to access your personal info , Your Hexi Statistics, Your Ride History, Your Transaction History, option to purchase subscriptions.
11. The Menu also gives you access to list of all other option in the app like About Us, Contact Us, FAQ, Like Us, Subscription, Report Problem, Logout

It worked perfectly fine for me. Some users are cancelling when booking process is going on due to slow processing. So it is neither booked nor cancelled. Now when someone else want to scan to ride, it showing - " IT IS RENTED BY SOMEONE " - So guys when ever you try to book, complete the process of booking or ending ride. Need work: 1- END RIDE RIDLE- You have to make it simple. 2 - Don't show the countdown and "return station" button right on the top of End Ride button. Show it on to middle of the screen.

Would give 0 stars if there was a option to do so. The app has so many bugs it shouldn't be launched. I subscribed to weekly pack and I am unable to end the ride. After a week it is still showing the trip is on and whole week subscription is wasted. I reported the bug in app, email and even called customer service which is always unavailable. Kindly test your application before launching the app to public.

It was a great experience riding cycle in Jabalpur. There are plenty of stations in the city and usage charge is minimal. Hexi app needs some basic improvements like i) end trip was not smooth ii) app does not show a timer iii) There is no navigation in hexi app iii) hexi stations can't be searched by typing locality name of city iii) app does not recognize station quickly thanks.

Had a really bad experience the first time I tried it.. I saw the cycles on the road.. thought of trying it out. Downloaded, registered etc. When I located a bike and went to unlock it.. it said I needed a subscription in order to unlock. When I went to subscription and tried to buy.. it said I already had a subscription active. When I tried calling the customer care.. they kept me on hold them disconnected my call... Twice. I ended up uninstalling this app and walking it.

Wrost app ever. My money got deducted but I can't access the bike. After my subscription pack, everytime it shows you did not have any subscription so you can't use the bike, but in my profile section it shows you have subscribed pack. And its customer care no. is always switched off, so, you can't do anything .. Totally worst app

The idea of hexi is wonderful but the app hangs very often. At the time of return "at hexi station", the trip does not end easily, a msg pops up that "Seems you are ending trip outside the hexi station". The app is otherwise good, but this issue often creates problem.

It is showing only loading bar and error mesaages. It's showing too much toast messages or errors. Issue with performance, stability and optimization of App. You shoud work on these aspects. I had a bad user experiance with this app. Please resolve these issue.

The initiative is very good one! But I encountered some problems * while unlocking it * Earlier I had rode bicycle many times but now it doesn't show any history because of which I cannot claim Hexi reward points Moreover I would like to suggest that that establish an alternate manual payment system because everbody doesn't have online payment accounts(especially students)and are not aware of net banking and I bet you that this manual payment(By cash) system would boost your company Revenues

The app is very slow. it takes a lot of time to start, then to search for bicycles and always creates problems while returning the bicycle. Most bicycles available are in very poor condition. Sometimes you will find the seat broken, somethimes the wheels are wobbling, and often they keem on making cracking sound. Most bicycles are of small size. They take a lot of effort in paddling. It is easier to walk than use these bicycles.

I faced some locking and unlocking issues in starting. First I thought that there is some problem with the App or server. But the problem was with the bike, either the Bluetooth of bike was not working or it was discharged.and coincidentally only one bike was out there.So I gave 1 star. But now everything is working fine. I have already bought 1 month pass and drove 51KM in just 2 day. And I have not faced any issues till now. So I am editing my ratings.

i am new on hexi. I tried it today for first time. initially it was fine but later it irritates you 1) app doesn't work properly 2) even in hexi zone you cannot end ride 3) ending ride is kost difficult task 4)app suddenly stops working and loads for longer duration. I locked bicycle and left the station as app was loading for half an hour. It was pathetic. even after 5 and half hours. It is showing that I haven't returned bicycle

Completely and Utterly Useless. The map shows bicycles but when you walk and reach there, the bicycles are no where to be found. And even when you find the bicycles, they are in Maintenance and cannot be availed. Hats off for robbing my money in name of Subscription without refund and no rides taken. Wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

I have spend more than 2 hrs to connect and sign up for the app but no luck. I didn't receive code yet. Such a disappointment. The cycles close to forest park were looking dirty, dusty and not maintained. Not sure if it will be some help or it is lying around the city as show off.

some times the lock will not open, due to poor connection. So technical modification required to solve this issue. Exception option for temporary storage of information with unlock condition. Lock will not be closed automatically after end of travel, we need to close it manually. Need more technical advancement.

This is a very good initiative. I really loved it but the thing is people in our country are illiterate and backward they don't use the cycles properly. My cycle's front Tyre had bend in it. And this app is not working properly there are so many bugs in ut. U should improve it.

much room for improvement with the app 1. the docking station never detects while returning, i have to force return even though I'm parking at the right place 2. app crashes and hangs often even on high end phones (observed on one plus 5 and moto one) 3. 20 rs for day pass and additional chsrges over to 30 mins usage is much more than other bicycle apps 4. low cycle availability, just 1 in chandaka sez area

once you unlock bike you have to ride the same bike even if it's faulty. after Parking it back at its station, the app still warns u to park it back at station dont knw wats wrong. it's irritating. customer help line doesn't receive the call Or do not connect. worst experience. will never try it again.

The worst service I have ever got. 1) There were no one near Novotel hotel, RK beach. I took a cycle and scanned it. Then I unlocked it anyhow . I have seen that the cycle isn't working and I clicked end ride and I'm over there where I took the cycle but it is telling keep the cycle from where you took.......(lol) 2) Near kursura submarine there were 2 people and they were talking to us in a very harsh way. And the time for the usage of the bicycle is very less( 1min 30 sec). These are not minor mistakes these are major mistakes.

Very frustrating. Keeps showing that I'm parking outside the station eventhough I'm not. Ended trying multiple stations and still failing. The cycle's stand was also broken and the quality wasn't very great either.

Ride was good but aap is slow and not user friendly. MAIN PROBLEM was dropping the bycicle at parking point. I tried 3-4 times to end trip at parking point but app every time keep showing me you are not at parking, finally I forced locked manually and ended the trip.

The app won't work sometimes. I paid 10 to get a bike. After paying the app said you have chosen a wrong bike and then I was asked to pay 10 extra for another bike. They didn't return the money as well. I returned the bike from same place where I picked. It then asked me that you are not returning at same place and then asked me to pay for the same as force return. They have a customer service but they don't respond.

Good initiative but the app working environment is very bad... App isn't working properly... We have to force return a bike even when we are on hexi stand , it shows u r parking outside station... Plus it should give more time for one ride to its regular subscribers...
