I didn't want to write a bad review, but I'm two weeks try entry the app and it's only shows me the label "Temporalmente fuera de servicio. Disculpe los inconvenientes." I already report this problem two times and I don't received solution.
The app is very difficult to use, the UI is not intuitive at all, you need to explore all the menus everytime you need something, I have had many troubles trying to fund my wallet and card, it has no third party 2FA options and sometimes login doesn't even work.
The Notification system for Android is not developed, needs to be improved. (Popup with every purchase. The digital debit card doesn't have a dynamic PIN, it's insecure.
The facial recognition NEED a polish (video). A few of people do the verification, and if you do tedious, is upset.
Application cannot verify my user, I open many tickets and call customer service, still couldn't verify

It's a great app, but when waiting for your physical card you must have patience, and some problems with verification but overall good stuff.
Smooth and easy to use, best bank app ever. As I mentioned before, best bank! I love using and recommending the app/bank to all my friends and family ❤️

Stopped working after last update. Login screen freezes and then closes the app
Does not let me scan my ID from the back,the interface sucks, good thing I did'nt deposit anything to avoid headaches.
This app isn't bad; I think but its ads says something "you will receive $100 MXN, if you download the app and if you sing up on it. But I didn't receive my "reward". Whatever. Anything else, I have no a nearby an ATM or a bank of "Banregio" that's why I couldn't continue to using this app. And its screen login has no fingerprint scanner option for unlock your app by selecting the fingerprint sensor. That's all I think. Don't download it please! ☢️
Very horrible UX and UI, I completed my profile and set up my account but can't access the information of my account to make transfers as it always indicates Web Page Not Found. My account is practically useless
What a good app!! Functional and accessible for everyone.
Haven't had any bad issues, it would be nice to have notification when performing updates, server maintenance. But everything is working just great.
They force you to have a password without special characters, their security sounds like a joke, not gonna risk having my money there
Good app, it just works. It's been getting better version after version but still could be improved UX/UI wise. Keep up the good work.
I can't login back in with the new update. Now it wants me to create new logins, makes no sense to keep doing new logins each time there is an update.
Don't waste your time, it crashes all the time and offered services aren't that great. If you live in Mexico, Albo or Klar are much better!
Good idea bad implementation, I spent 4 hours trying and I cannot move to the next step after uploading my ID. I think it would be faster just go to the bank and open the account in normal and burocrathic fashion

I just created my account and it won't allow me to continue because when I want to authorise the location the application closes.
THE WORST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! It's 2021!!! I can't stand Bad Cx service!!! It's been a week and 3 complain tickets open and I still haven't heard from anyone!! AND THEN WHEN I CALL THE PHONE NUMBER NONE OF THEIR PUNCH IN COMMANDS WORK PRESSING 3 TO SPEAK TO REPRESENTATIVE ACTUALLY SAYS " WE DIDN'T GET YOUR ANSWER" AND HANGS UP!!!
The app is always crashing.. right now trying to access and it continues to say that it is not able to access to the bank.
You have to open the app at least 4 times because it always had issues getting your information and won't load everything.
Be advised customer service is the worst of the worst, once you open a ticket, you will be reached out within around 7 to 15 days, plus the resolution may and most likely will be inaccurate and generic, with no proper support, if you reply back it will take an additional 7 days to receive a response with once again. At last I had made a deposit back to my personal account from Hey Bank and never received it, of course I opened a ticket but they have no commitment. PLUS I was unknowingly charged
No option to show your passport or visa if you are a foreigner without INE/IFE.
Horrible experience... They claim to be a digital bank but the application downtime it's ridiculous... I've been trying to get the application working on a new device but according to their support reps the system is undergoing maintenance and that is preventing the app to activate on my new phone, they've been saying that for 5 DAYS!!!
