Very good idea but very bad service. I can't use hey blc for my personal account because my phone number is linked to my company's account, even from anotter device. So I have to use only one account while I needed to transfer money from my own account not from the company. I called 1510 and Christelle told me that I can use only one account, my own account or my company's account, even if I have 2 devices. Everything related to applications of BLC Bank is very helpless and very difficult to use, even the BLC Banking Mobile. This is why we are opening accounts in other advanced banks. Note that this application is not updated enough to work on Samsung Note 5 "my Fiance device", even with the help of an employee in the bank. She said that the device is not good. Lol
How many passwords, pins, and patterns do i have to remember to use this app? Not to mention the different credentials i have to remember to use online banking and the your mobile banking app... How about combining these apps, hiring real UX and UI experts who aren't still living in 2001, and implementing a single authentification system for all mediums..
