Asking to pay while we already redeemed the code that came in the box. Can't even insert it again because it crashes when going to settings and putting your year of birth. No issues when asking you to pay though, everything is working perfectly there. Uninstalling the app and using the YouTube videos instead.
excellent app for kids. easy to follow instructions and lots of different options.
Download app, then download something else, then log in, then search for tutorials... keep searching for tutorials... This app is not intuitive if it even works at all. Skip the all the downloads and find the tutorials on YouTube.
Once you download the client, it forces you to download the local client regardleaa of what language you speak. The app started in English then switched to Greek (which I don't understand). The kicker? No language selector. From replies the app developer believes only one language per country exists, which is kinda racist. Also no tourists or visitors could ever happen! edit2: the developer has made it clear with their second response that only one language per region exists.
I really like the app other than that you have to pay for all of then exepet for the first one in every like group
The app is really bad! Crashing repeatedly when entering the last birth year digit in settings. Crashing also in some other cases. I am going to change my device. Is there a way to set an account? Because there is no such an option. Edit: Support was great. After my comment support team contacted me and they fixed the crash 2 days later. Because support is the most important in my opinion, I'm changing from 1 to 5 stars. Good job guys.
Not working, kids frustrated, unlocking each character one by one is very frustrating. We unlocked one, and later we tried other ones after entering the code, it stated, it did so successfully 'ut nothing is happening after that and the characters remain locked just a clay without an app but a book with instructions would be much better. Wouldn't buy it, it was a gift.
Purchased this at my local art store. Downloaded the app and when i go to enter the code in the box it makes me attempt to log in to Facebook or Google. Each one gives me an error message over and over. I like the idea you have here but without any instructions in the box and relying solely on the app. You may want to make sure that your app actually works.
Very bad first impression. We got a Hey Clay set as a gift. We opened the box, downloaded the android app, tried to unlock the characters included in the set using the code shown in the box, and nothing happened. The app returns a message saying that the code has been used before! How is this possible??
USELESS item bought in Poland, but app is not working. Is crashing constantly while connecting to the server.
Not impressed with having to pay for the tutorials
Even after reading other reviews, I still decided to try out the app. It took FOREVER to download the stuff and it was only for a few creations. The animations were cute but for most of the clay things, you had to pay. There was barely any things to make and the instructions were useless. You might as well Google what you want to make and base it off of that. This app needs some MAJOR improvements before anyone should ever download it again. Don't bother getting the app.
World be great for learning different things to make with clay but its so limited & requires multiple downloads. After app downloads & you open it a pop up says it needs to download various packages. Once finished your pick you're animal & another popup to download that specific package. Finally you find all but 1 animal costs$1 for each to learn . Absurdity when YouTube has vast amounts of better content for free to learn how to make things with clay. Don't waist time, $,or storage on this
Does exactly what it supposed to do. I read a bunch of negative comments on it saying that it's not a game. No, it's not a game. It clearly indicates on the Hey Clay box, the app is for interactive guides on how to make the little critters. I received the access code to unlock all the interactive guides to make the dinos. No fuss. I will definitely be buying the other kits. My daughter and I had a blast with this.
The title screen is good and all but I think you should make some touches to it or you updated it so much that you broke it because you can't even go in the game when I downloaded it and it first was playing it bright when the title screen was done it kicked me off because apparently I didn't have enough space in my phone I deleted most of my games only had two games left and I bought them so I can really delete them but you should probably fix it because I couldn't even the dumb game

we love hey clay and the app but we cant get the updates to the app to take affect. we have tried everything. We want the veggie/fruit ones so that we can make them with our hey clay kits from co-op but we have tried to update the app and it says updated yet the other characters dont show up. we have restarted also.
The content takes forever to load
Cute animated clay figures but where are the instructions to build them?? Kind of useless.
App doesn't work. App shuts down immediately after opening. Totally lame given the whole point is to instruct those who bought their clay kits how to make certain creations. So basically we just bought clay. Which would be fine if it was just advertised as clay. EDIT: If customers can't get the app to work from Google Play then they certainly should NOT go elsewhere to download it. Google Play at least has some minimal standards for apps. Who knows what is in an app on an external website.
I have the HEY CLAY toy, but I cannot get the app to download on my computer or my phone. I tried the QR code with my phone, as I had lost the paper with the code. Then the app started to download, but will not download past 0 %. Now it says that I have the app, when I don't. It will not let me try to download to my computer now - it only recognized my phone.!!!! I have lots of memory available on my phone. I have contacted FatBrain, and the Hey Clay company with no help so far. I have deleted the undownloaded app from my phone, but the program will not let me put it on my computer. My granddaughter is very disappointed. I put the QR on my computer, but same problem. It says that the app is already installed, when it is not. Peggy
Makes you download additional content with the app and sits at 0% forever rendering app useless. Updated: upon instructions from developer got app to work but shouldn't need to do that kind of backend stuff just to get a kids clay app working. Fun app once it was running though.

Wont open. Cant get past the Hey Clay greeting before the app closes. Very frustrating for my 4yo and me.
This app is terrible and disappointing. Crashes every time I try to play a video. Makes me regret buying the product to begin with. I wouldn't have if I realized the app doesn't work at all
App is unstable. I try to open it, and when we try to watch one of the videos, it crashes immediately and won't let us watch the videos.
Nice app with a step by step guide. Also the support team rocks. In less than 24h, they helped me with an issue i had with activating a code. Very good job!!
I may be in Spain but I'm a local English speaker. Please do not automatically download to the regional language. This has cost my 3 year old child 20 minutes of frustration not using product as intended. Give your users the option from the beginning to select their language.
Couldn't finish installation because at 72% it said asset pack error Update: reinstall solved the issue for the third try, the app itself is great, thanks for your answer!
Horrible experience. Not so much to talk about but I wanted help with building Scorpio irl but it was not available in my country. Disgusted with the experience.
