customer service okay. app decent. msg notifications don't always pop up but seems better in more recent app versions. i don't like that you talk to 10 different people (whoever is answering messages it seems) because it lacks consistency. causes user to repeat themselves. the overall experience was a 3 1/2 or 4 but if you include the hassle to get support involved after misunderstanding, it is a 3. probably will not use again. others seem to have better experiences. good luck!!

I rarely review any apps without good reason. I would always recommend this to anyone in need of quick non intensive medical services. I've been plagued by an infection for weeks and all the offices near me are far too busy to help me. Not these guys. I had issues picking up my prescription for Antibiotics, within 30 minutes they fixed everything and I was ready to go! 100% the best thing I ever discovered. I went from skeptical to believer in 30 minutes. They are super timely and professional.

The doctor service is great. Very helpful and responsive in a quick manner. The Android app is glitchy though: it wouldn't find my correct location for pharmacy; messages from doctors wouldn't load. (yes, I cleared the cache and reinstalled the app and nothing worked). So I had to use the app on my Ipad and the web to finish the consultation and communicate. But the service from the staff was A+++. Highly recommend.

This app is absolutely fantastic. I stumbled across it and figured "why not?" As someone with phone anxiety, it seemed like the perfect solution. After i filled out my info and paid the fee i was informed that it could take up to 4 hrs to hear back, i got a response within 10 mins. I was sent a treatment plan, prescription and a coupon incase my insurance didn't cover it. The med. was ready 2 mins later. They continued to check on me to see how i was doing afterwards. Fantastic service!

So, let me start by saying this app is legit and very straight forward. There is nothing hidden. I got my application reviewed and was talking to an expert very quickly. I only give 4 stars because the chat system itself is pretty bad. It is kinda slow, bad at suggesting, and holding delete makes it spam random chains of letters. Other than that, the app itself is good for it's purpose! Can't beat the price of you know what you need or is wrong.

It was simple, quick, effective and affordable. I didn't have to wait for a Dr to be available to face time, just complete the questionnaire, which was thorough, and in a few minutes my RX was sent to the pharmacy I chose and all other information was provided. The app is easy to navigate! Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing! I moved to a new state and couldn't see my old doctor anymore. I don't have insurance so this is a great alternative! I was even able to change the prescription after my appointment. I used their messaging patient portal saying the first prescription was too expensive for me. It took a few hours to get a message from a medical professional but they changed it immediately to a prescription $500 cheaper no questions asked! Truly a great app with great medical staff and support!

This app is honestly great! Made my experience so much better and easier. The whole process was fast and awesome. I did an order of birth control pills refill. The questionnaires were simple. The whole process of prescribing and picking it up was done within two hours. Will be definitely using it from now on. Thank you guys for making it so easy and great!

I was incredibly hesitant about using a telehealth service, but since my problem seemed simple enough, I figured why not. The doctors were really nice, the evaluation was super simple, and I had zero issues getting my script filled at my local Walgreens. I will definitely be using this service again.

I signed up last year when it was HelloDr. I really like the service but this app is not great. I could not reset my password. I had to access GOODRX through a browser to complete the task. There are several other buttons not working like the coupon button.

Super convenient app. Make a profile, pick your symptom/issue you want to take care of and a dr. will contact you. If you need a prescription they let you choose a pharmacy, and even offer discount coupons. My script would have cost me nearly $2,000, but with the coupon it was just $35. Thank you!

This app is amazing!!! It made it so easy to renew and refill my prescriptions. The doctors were knowledgeable and professional. I was amazed at how fast the response time was. In a time of uncertainty pertaining to doctors visits and covid-19, this app was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

LOVE this program from GoodRx. I was able to speak with a nurse practitioner via secure messaging in the app to get the medicine I needed without having to go to the doctor's office. Very quick, easy, and relatively inexpensive. I would recommend this for anyone with minor seasonal issues such as cold, flu, UTI, etc.

I've used them HeyDoctor twice and each experience has been superb. I even had to speak with customer service and not only were the quick and efficient (on a weekend no less), but they were kind and personable to boot. I'm thankful for this app service!

This is wonderful! It is very reasonably priced. The level of care combined with the pricing blows seeing a PCP or urgent care out of the water. I used Teledoc in the past for minor issues and I would definitely recommend this over Teledoc.

Great service! Easy fast convenient! I get utis relatively frequently, I know my symptoms and how it feels. And it's annoying and expensive to go to an urgent care bc my primary care physician can't make appointments quick enough. So this is so nice. They send a script within a half hour. It's awesome, can't say enough good things.

Waiting rooms suck, and so does this app/service. You still end up waiting for hours when all you need is a script that should be over the counter anyway. There's no way to get in touch with them. They dont answer messages and calls go straight to voicemail. Not a scam, but not any improvement over old fashioned waiting. update: Actually went to urgent care and it was faster than using this app. Updating to 3 stars because they finally responded and at least refunded fast.

Super easy to use. Sometimes necessary even with insurance. Even with insurance, it's a pain when you're traveling and away from your designated hospital to see your physician for an emergency. With heydoctor I was able to quickly meet with a physician and get the meds I required during travels. 10/10!

Wow. My experience with this app was above and beyond. For simple illnesses this can't be beat. I've always hated paying a $60 copay and waiting around just to see a doctor to get a simple prescription that they write after seeing you for 5 seconds. This makes so much more sense to do that online. Especially in 2020 when I'm not too keen on going into a doctor's office in person unless necessary. Customer service is great too. I'm so glad I found this app.

So far, Its been easy to use and they answer your questions so fast. I'll keep this rating updated, but so far so good. Edit: still an amazing app. So much cheaper than any other app I've tried to use. I use this for birth control and it's so cheap for a 9 month supply. Edit: they've switched to the goodrx app and now the prescriptions page doesnt work and the other app doesnt even have one.

Great experience. 👌 This online med service is perfect for common medical issues. I've used them twice so far with better than anticipated results. They respond quickly and provide thorough information. A doctor will immediately prescribe a med if needed and you can easily fill it right from this site. They have Good RX coupons readily available too. I love this concept and couldn't be happier with the service . The pricing is very good as well.

Incredibly convenient and quick assistance. My doctor's office has been slammed since they've implemented a new scheduling due to COVID-19. This was a quick and easy way of being assessed and taken care of.

The convenience of Hey Doctor is great. Not only was I able to have a doctor "visit" as soon as I needed one without leaving my home, it was more affordable than going to the walk in. The app still needs work as it started giving me grief after I paid. I used the site instead then uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it seems to be back to normal.

I like this APP! The interface is very streamlined, at the time of this review, and is very easy to navigate. Communication with a Rep. or physician was prompt and professional. So far, no Ads. 👍🏽

Their service is excellent! I answered 20 questions regarding my health problem and within minutes of submitting it, I got a reply from a doctor! They are very nice and helpful! My only "complaint" is that the app doesn't keep me logged in, but that's not a huge issue. I highly recommend this app, especially for those who lead busy lives!

Outstanding service! Very responsive and actually exchanged questions and information about my personal concerns. Provided valuable insight on additional things I could do to improve my care, while sending a script in less than 1 hour. The only hiccup is the website can crash occasionally but your existing visit is saved for return.

Very easy to use and super quick!! Within minutes after answering questions there was a prescription called in to the pharmacy of my choosing! Also, very nice that I saw price of prescription for each pharmacy so I could choose the cheapest. Good rx coupon very easy to use

This app is AMAZING!! I am in translation between moving to a different state, and ran out of my antidepressants, with no hope of getting to see a doctor for another month and found this app on-line. I was really unsure of using an app but I was in a bad way and within 30 minutes of starting my prescription to get me thru tell my doctors appointment was at the pharmacy ready for pick-up. LIFE SAVERS. THANK YOU!!

Amazing! I spent less than $5 on something usually $20!! I needed an Rx last minute and set everything up around 2a.m. (I was up late). Bright and early at 7 a.m. one of the drs messaged me and in 30 minutes sent my Rx! After that you get a list of where you want to pick it up and pricing. The cheapest place ended up being my local grocery store pharmacy! Before I would have to set up an appt, and wait days to be seen. The visit would take at least 2 hours from my day. I'm glad I found this!

Skeptical but so awesome! I was nervous to use the app. I do not have insurance and hated to pay the doctor visit $150 just for birth control. I got the same medicine I have been on for 7+ years for just $20. That's amazing. It was super easy to sign up and fill out the information. I got to chat with a doctor and they sent me a list of pharmacies and prices and I got to choose which one I wanted to use. Highly recommend!
