Receive Automated bill reminders with accurate amounts through SMS. This is also visible on the app.
Pay to a mobile money merchant till, paybill number or at a Point of Sale (POS) directly from your HF Whizz app. You will receive a unique transaction reference instantly that you can present to the biller in real time for verification.
HF Whizz enable you to reload your phone airtime for any mobile network in Kenya.
Loan Services:
HF Whizz enables you to apply for instant loans which are disbursed into your HF Whizz account. We use unique data driven scoring algorithms to offer purpose led lending, for instance, school fees loans. This is through information that you provide with consent e.g. Financial related SMS.
Our products and pricing of services are all approved by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK).
Privacy and Permissions:
When you download HF Whizz, we will ask to scan some SMS information to verify your identity and creditworthiness. We are regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya and abide by the Prudential Guidelines, Consumer Protection Act and all other laws in Kenya that relate to Banking services and customer privacy.
We also abide by global data protection practises.

Useless app. Tried activating it. The activation text OTP to my phone but the app can't even read the text to activate app. So im stuck in using my online banking. Completely useless app. The programmer should find another profesion.
It's just a waste of time! Deposited there my money and I can't even transcact. Each time I try a transaction it is failed contact customer care. Don't try it! Look for an alternative.
Update details at credit info. The loan was paid way back in 2019 without default. That customer service email does not work. Very unprofessional.
Very good experience on the App. Am able to pay all my bills, Dstv, kplc on the app. I am also able to access a mobile loan & make transfers between HFC accounts at no charge. Its the best of the best !
Deposited money to the account and not reflecting!!!!!! My friends also Deposited to my account but it CANT REFLECT!!! Iam ashamed of myself for joining this bank!!!!!!!!!!!
Am unable to Access my account. Says i have changed my sim card and i have not. ....i called and got assisted. All sorted now. Thankyou so much for the quick response

THIS APP IS A JOKE....IVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES SINCE MY TRANSACTION HAS NOT GONE THROUGH AND ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM THE ACCOUNTS HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE....ALSO THE APP HAS ERRORS WHEN YOU JUST NEED IT THE MOST IT IS NOT A RELIABLE SOURCE TO DO TRANSACTIONS.....
Can't reach the customer care on app, can't access my account/ sign in.
Very useless app. I deposit some money to test the app and the balance has never updated. Two months down the line still no balance
This app is more of a bank on its own,works perfectly fine for me with 24hr customer service!!!..Bravo!!to the makers
All I know is that I opened an account few months ago and deposited something little just to try, and that something DISAPPPEARED! I tried severally to withdraw it in vain. I struggled for so long until I lost my phone. I tried to send my complaint severally and no response ever came through. It's been another 2 or 3 months with the new handset and today I've decided to download the app again and see what it tells me.
EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I couldn't get through for a week and when I finally did, my transaction was pending. I've been disconnected pending what you guys do. If paying bills, pay WAY ahead of due date. The app is 60% awesome.
This new version is sending verification messages to the registered number and it's expected that the phone will read them and self-verify but it's not doing that. The privacy permissions for the app doesn't have messages as an option. Again the app messaging system takes long to dispatch the messages
Very poor. Tried changing my mobile banking PIN, but all I keep getting is "error" . Then "update" , which doesn't happen no matter how many times I try! Completely hopeless and frustrating. Still can't use the app really.
The app is great but there should a button where one can reset his/her pin. I always calls but no one answers until my credit gets exhausted. I always tries to call for u to reset my pin but no one answers. That's so inconvenience.
I forgot my password now I can't access my account. Improve the app and make sure there's an icon provided to reset password. Not everyone can afford to call that number you provide there. Also I haven't gotten any loan despite saving with this app. I doubt if they offer loans on the first place
Your app has issues you don't provide me a loan and then send me an email telling me I have an outstanding loan amount of 187.48 from where. And yet when I log in to the app I find that I have a loan limit. The app also doesn't provide a means to pay for loans. I just deposited some money in my account and after the deadline the amount was deducted in excess claiming it's for late payment and yet the money was in the account way before the deadline.
Very disappointing. Most of the times I click on the icon it takes me straight to "buy goods" option. And it is doing that no matter how many times I uninstall and install! Hopeless app!
Trust me,been paying all my loans on time..everything as scheduled,never been a min late in paying all my loans..keep in mind my limit was 19000..the app is so unreliable,they keep texting and calling but when you pay on time it doesn't reflect on time immediately it takes a day or two..even the last time of which I paid early by a day,it took a whole day to reflect on the app..I don't understand how you can get from a kshs19,000 to 0 even if they talking of credit score which I haven't violated.
The bank itself is not reliable. You pay for whatever it is, money is deducted from your account, but the transaction hasn't gone through. It's for you to figure out there's a delay with the bank itself. For me it happened when the seller called to tell me he hasn't received any money, imagine the embarrassment 😕 And those delays can take upto 2 days. The delays are very much constant. Do not count on HFC banking!!
The app is ok, not good but just ok. The problem is there is bo quick simple way of depositing money to another account. Secondly once i deposited money, the apl failed to work on me. Just a blank screen. I even though it was a hoax or a different app.
Reliable and fast
Greetings HFC, I appreciate the app but unfortunately my last experience was not great. There is no way of contacting customer care for any sort of assistance. After paying off my loan, I did not receive a notification that the payment was received despite MPESA confirming payment. Further, you have charged a penalty as a result of the payment reflecting a day after the due date.
I had to trash the app.The experience was unbearable.1.due dates keeps on changing a thing you don't expect from a banking institution. 2.you deposit enough funds to clear monthly loan a day or two before the due date then the next thing you hear from customer service is that the system is down meaning you are unable to pay the loan.3.you have sufficient funds in the account on the due date and the following day your limit falls from 50,0000 to zero.or the limit is lower than the previous one.
I can't get the app to work properly. Unable to view bank statements or balance, send to mpesa or load from mpesa always errors(An error occurred during processing of your request. Please try again). I was asked to uninstall then install but it didn't resolve the issue.
Very disapointed with this app...I paid my loan earlier only for my limit to drop to zero. Overall it is a good app but kindly check on the issue of loan limits.like how can my limit just drop to zero!!??? Bearing in mind I even paid earlier!!!

Really annoying, It tells you to go transfer using Pesalink, its not in the menu. You try something else it tells you confirm the terms and conditions before proceeding, there is no box or bar to check/tick accept. I wonder how many time this developers review thier work🤦
